Great guys at this store and they stand behind their warranty. My Explorer was down for a few weeks waiting for parts from another parts store and then I received the wrong rotors. These guys got me the right rotor but, unfortunately, the first one was warped. I called and talked to Jason and he told me that rarely ever happens but he swapped it out for another one. I changed it right there in the lot and he even carried the new part out to the truck for me. I definitely will be bringing them more business.

This store's manager, Jason, is top notch and really knows his business. He makes me (customers) feel like a human and valuable not just a bother and pocketbook. He gives sound auto advice and always great service. I really appreciate his positive attitude and wealth of knowledge also.

Bought an alternator and was told to turn in the old one for a credit. Came back with the old one and they wouldn't give me credit because I didn't have the box -- something I was never told I needed. The worst part is that the kid at the counter could not have cared any less. I rarely go to that store. Won't be going anymore.

Complete lack of customer service!!! I was stranded in the rain with no tools and a dead battery, and walked in to buy a new battery. I was the only customer in the store and there was at least 3 employees behind the counter. They had no problem selling me a new battery but there was absolutely no help to be had as far as help with tools or installation. Maybe it's company policy to be as unhelpful as possible, if so I guess they are living up to company expectations. Do not recommend, and have no plans to spend another dime in that store.

I went in there the other day to buy a tarp. The store only had one quality of tarp in a few sizes. There was only a price tag for one of the sizes and not the one I was looking at. I was in there for several minutes and not one time did anyone ever greet me, Ask if I needed help, or even acknowledge that I was there. I was the only one in the store besides the employees and there were three employees behind the counter. I even walked around for a while looking to see if I could find other tarps. Very very disappointed with their customer service, variety of products and lack of pricing. I thought it was also priced a little high myself. I found another tarp down the road for $10 cheaper in a store that acted like I mattered and they appreciated my business. You will not see me in that store again!

I have now gone in here twice to order unusual or hard to find tools. Both times the staff was able to find what I needed, and special ordered it for me. I don't mind having to put down a deposit or prepay for a special order, it insures you will get it when promised. The store is usually very busy, so often you have to wait, but the staff does listen, at least to me, my requests.

Came to this location to return a battery I bought not long before. Guy behind the counter argued with me. Said I m not getting the core charge back because I would have to bring in a bad battery. I pointed at the one I was returning and said here s one . He didn t understand what a core charge is. Not completely anyways. I believe he knew something was supposed to happen with a core charge, and that a battery is involved in a core charge but he was all amped up talking about the governor and guns that he was scatter brained.maybe he was just having an off day He said if it was up to him I wouldn t get any money back, after I had the manager step in and outrank his common sense.

Do NOT order by phone and pay for your parts on a debit card.when the parts are picked up they will not know a thing. Another New Mexico rip off.

Great place to get car, pickup and also 18 wheeler parts. Lots and lots of merchandise the man if the house may need for their vehicles. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales people. If they don't have what you need they will do their best to get it for you.Hours are Mon. - Fri. 7:30 to 5:30pmSat. 8:00 - 3:00pm. Sunday - CLOSED.They are located at 707 West White Sands Blvd. Alamogordo. NM. Phone # is 757 437-3!20.

Great group of people. Had a hard time getting proper u-joints for a truck else where. Not sure why I didn't start here first. Anything remanufactured I have always used napa but when it came to name brand products I went to the cheapest places but was well worth the napa know how.

Very knowledgeable staff; went in to get some steel brake line and they kindly showed me how to use the double flare tool I needed to use to get the job done. Definitely recommend.

I was talking with three other dissatisfied customers about NAPA in Alamagordo and one of them told us they are a company owned store, not a franchise. That is why you can't get waited on and no respect. They collect wages and just don't care. I am done with NAPA in Alamagordo.

Apparently the store closes at 5:30 during the week??? The hours on here and on their website says 6:00. Showed up at 5:33 and the doors were locked... Hours next to the door are different than listed online.

When other stores don't have it NAPA has it. Good experienced staff sometimes a couple dollars more but quality parts

Online says close at 6pm showed up at 530pm and wouldn't let me get a part I already paid for when there was still 3 employees there.Fix your hours online.

The guy picked up the phone and looked up a part at 5:47 p.m. the website says they are open until 6. The guy says we close at 5:30 Buddy. Why would you even answer the phone
