Most excellent. Had my duramax allison transmission and transfer case. Serviced. Great service and great price. Very knowledgeable. They actually do the work you pay for. Much better than the chevy dealership. Or shall I say Pirate ship.

Decent pricing. Highly recommended by a local. Fair. Had a little bump. Told me that the car was gonna get fixed on a Friday. Shipping messed up the part. My car got fixed on Monday.

I have visited Mike's shop several times and was initially recommended to them by a friend. They are incredibly busy and I could see how a few others misconstrued this as rudeness. Mike and his team have been nothing but consummate professionals. Their combined knowledge and expertise with diesels is unsurpassed in my 9 years of owning a diesel. If you want the best mechanics working on your truck, want fair pricing, and honest inspections of your vehicle, do not pass this place up. Call ahead and schedule, though; as stated, they are very busy.

GREAT mechanics, GREAT customer service. They are always friendly and trustworthy. Very knowledgable as far as diesels go (we haven't had them work on anything else). Thank you for all that you've done for us! We hope your business prospers greatly! Sad to be leaving and not having this place to take our vehicle to.

Just got off the phone with this shop, they were rude and acted like they had no time for my business. Then tried to tell me that they couldn't adjust the valves on my car because they thought they had caps on it. They don't, you just use a damn feeler gauge and a turn a damn bolt. There is no shaving required! No machine work required! So go to school again or get a better computer system.

Mr. Guy and his shop was a wonderful find during a terrible time! He under promised and over delivered on everything! We were on a trip from San Antonio to El Paso and NM for college visits and ski trips (we thought). Our car died on the way to Ruidoso. After an unhappy visit with the local dealer (car no longer under warranty & new motor was almost 10K) and various other bad experiences in Alamogordo we found Mr. Guy. He secured our 2011 Lincoln MKZ while he had it. He found a used motor quickly for us, though my husband had already ordered one, Mr. Guy was kind enough to work with us on receiving it. Then he was kind enough to work with us on having the car transported back to us. He was very quick to repair even though he was understaffed temporarily due to spring break. I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately, I do not live close enough to use him regularly. I would if I could.

Belt broke. Was stranded in Alamogordo for the night. Mike Guy s Automotive squeezed us in first thing in the morning. Fixed us up and out on the road in a hour. Thank you
