Best tire shop in town. Have always found the best competitive pricing for my needs. Customer service has always been quality hometown like you used to see in the good ole days. Quick service and helpful employees. My experiences have always been of the kind that i see no need to go anywhere else even if i had to pay a little more I'm always going there first until something about their operations changes that would make me look elsewhere. Loyal to quality service until the quality is gone! Keep up the great work Martin crew!

WOW! Honest and efficient service is hard to come by, but you'll surely find it here. I brought my car in thinking the alternator was bad. Not only did they service it one day sooner than expected, but they explained every step of their process along the way, even calling to check in before proceeding. It turned out to be only the battery, and they even gave us our old one back since it was expensive and went out way sooner than it should have. Amazing service, and honest people. 5/5 stars all the way. THANK YOU!!!

Speedy and friendly service. Took my car in for oil change and was taken care of quickly. Of note, they do not take appointments and work on cars on a first come first serve basis. Would definitely bring my car back in in the future. Thank you! :)

I bought a 2021 Silverado Trail Boss and I had to have it re-aligned when I put on a leveling kit and new tires. It s difficult to find a reliable place to get an alignment here in Southern New Mexico but the team there at Martin Tire did an excellent job with the alignment, a couple months later it was slightly off. I took it back and they fixed the problem for free, as well as other items on the vehicle without any charge, great experience! I highly recommend Martin Tire in Alamogordo!

I dropped in at 3:15 pm without an appointment to get my tires rotated and a slow leak diagnosed. Thomas and Dyami jumped on the truck and took care of everything in minutes. They didn't charge much at all. Great service at a great price.

I came in to Martin Tire to have them check a slow leak for me. I'm glad I landed there, because these guys are fast, professional, and super nice to deal with. They hooked me up and made a client out of me. I'll be back!

Excellent service. I was only in town for short period and they fit me into their schedule. Diagnosed the issue and ordered all parts that may have been needed and had them overnighted to the shop. They called and explained to me what could be issues and gave me a breakdown of parts and costs depending on what they found during break down. Luckily it was the least expensive and they had my vehicle ready the next day. They kept me informed and only did what was needed to fix the issue and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use them again for any future maintenance or issues.

Took my truck in for alignment and tire balance/rotation.First time I ve had a vehicle serviced at Martin Tire.I was impressed.They got right to work and had the job completed in a timely manner.Friendly and courteous employees. I highly recommend Martin Tire.

I was a walk-in for oil change and check engine light diagnostic. They took me right in. They let me know it would be a bit of a wait, which is understandable. It didn't feel too long at all. Everything was taken care of and explained, the cost was not outrageous, and everyone there was so nice, respectful, and friendly. Thanks so much guys! My car is running just as smooth as when I first got it.

The staff was very kind, and accommodating, due to the fact that the filter they purchased for my car was used(not their fault), so they had to retrieve another. This caused a delay, but they were kind enough to givw me a bottle of water and discount my service. Next time I will give them a call in advance, so they can have the needed parts on hand.

The staff at Martin Tire were super friendly and honest. Dropped my car off at 11 and within 30 mins they found the issue and fixed it after another 30 mins. Definitely recommend and will go back again!

Friendly, competent, and honest! I came in for a brake inspection after Jiffy Lube in Las Cruces had tried to sell me front brake pad and rotor replacement on a truck with only 22,500 miles on it. Thomas at Martin Tire checked all the brakes and said they were fine - told me I should get another ~ 20,000 miles out of the front brake pads. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Needless to say, Martin Tire has a new customer for life! Thanks guys for being so helpful.

They were able to detect a faulty brake job applied by jiffy lube elpaseo location. If it wasn't for them I would have lost a tire. Great job Martin Tire.

Very helpful and friendly. Went in with a flat and found out my tire was split and unrepairable. Got me set up with a new set of tires and out the door within the hour (probably 45 minutes).

Fast professional service, lowest price within 150 mile radius, great product. My tires are not a common size but they had a great all weather in my cars size at an unbeatable price and had me out the door in under 30 minutes. I ll definitely be getting my brakes, shocks and cv joints done here too.

great place to get tires! I have an old toyota and can never find my rare 13 tires but low and behold, Martin Tire was only place that carried my size. Customer service was awesome. They worked with my husband for a fair price.

I didn't even know that Martin Tire in Alamogordo did mechanic work. I thought it was just tires but after having some bad experiences with other shops in town I asked around and was recommended Martin Tire. I decided to give them a shot and was extremely pleased with the very professional service, reasonable price and the fact that they got the work done in an effective, timely and successful manner when other shops couldn't. I'm very happy with the mechanic work Martin Tire did on my truck and they will be my go to mechanic shop from now on. I have also had oil changes done with them and have been very pleased. Whenever I need some vehicle related work I'm gonna first check with Martin Tire and see if they do it and go with them every time. Be careful with other shops in town because they want to charge very predatory Diagnostic fees which are unjustified. Martin Tire in Alamogordo is extremely transparent with what they charge for and do not try and sneak sleezy unearned fees on you like many of the other shops in town.

Great service, professional technicians and quality products. Had a slow leak in my wife's car tire, they diagnosed a nail was lodged unfortunately right against the sidewall which cannot safely be fixed. And the age of the tire anyway was past its time, ughhh so New tire time, I had that feeling anyway. They had the correct sizes in stock and took great care with the wheels not to scratch them when installing new rubber. They also provide a great road hazard protection + all future rotation and balance are (free) yeah free just go in and request it and they make it happen when you purchase and install from them. They offer a Military Discount that helps as well. I've used Martin Tire in Alamogordo for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else because I have always got the best personal service and professional technicians.

Outstanding service and work. We are from Texas and had a leak. We first went to discount tire and there was a 2 hour wait. I asked if there was another tire shop that does quality work. Without hesitation he said Martin tire. I am so very pleased with the recommendation. I highly recommend this tire shop. There is none better!
