The sign on the door says they are open from 3-5 on Wednesdays. I went at 4 & the door was locked. Its a office in a gas station. The clerk at the gas station told me the lady isnt there half the time & that the sign on the door is a joke because the lady is almost never there in the greyhound closet office! I drove an hour & a half to talk to them. They never answer the phone either.

I found out that I could load my bike on the bus at Las Cruces NM because it was only a bus stop and not a bus station. Why that should matter I do not know but it was the reason I didn't use them. Plus, Greyhound has some of the worst employees anywhere

The server was slow and not at all attentive. The tables were dirty and something she did freaked me out a little. But $7 for ff, coffee, and iced tea wasn't as bad as it is in other places

Phoenix needs a larger bus station too, I've never been able to sit down here anywhere else but on the floor. Always overcrowded.

Update your business hours online so people don't drive an hour out of their way to update ticket info only to find out they have wasted gas, time, money, and missed a funeral!UPDATE! NEXT DAY, MONDAY! HOURS ARE INCORRECT AGAIN! GREYHOUND WILL DO NOTHING WITHOUT GOING TO A STATION! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER OVER THE PHONE!

Greyhpund really taking advantage of this virus outbreak by almost tripling tickets prices per person...a 40 $,per person ticket is suddenly 109$???? For.my family of three that's almost 300$ more than we normally pay plane tickets are cheaper....whenni called to inquire about price change tgwu hung up on me go fly a kite greyhound

There is no way a station here could be so busy that they can't answer a phone call or at the least call a person back when they leave a message.

Not a bus station any longer. Now is a marijuana dispensary .
