Alamogordo Beware this business and its owner is a verified CROOK this is what he considers quality work at $95/hr He used junk yard parts and charged and stated that these were OEM DEALER BOUGHT PARTS. This is what he delivered after a year and half and over $5000.00 in fraudulent charges then called police to have me trespassed to weasel out of so called 1yr warranty guarantee.THIS IS A CHOP SHOPServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Have known Jose for 5+ years, having him do all my car repairs. Driving cross country this past March our engine blew up. Had it towed 200 miles to Eagle Automotive being we know and trust Jose's skill and honesty. He got the best price on a replacement engine, and now the car drives like new. Booked a U-haul 3 months in advance, called the day before to confirm only to find out that they didn't have the truck. I got nothing but the run around and the blame game. I would NOT recommend using them as your U-haul pick-up location.

Traveling across country,, Had uhaul pick up scheduled at 1:00 and no one was in the building at my SCHEDULED time. Upon waiting, I got a call from uhaul stating the truck won't be available the full time, even though I reserved it with cc and had an confirmation call confirming its availability...DONT WASTE YOU TIME LIKE I DID

Been trying to get of hold of someone since last week, door is always locked. I need exhaust work done but I guess he doesn't want to make money.

Jose and his wife are literally angels.I was driving cross country from Indiana to Los Angeles and my car started to make a weird noise. I stopped into a dealership which suggested I go see Jose at Eagle Auto Center. Jose took my car for a test drive and then took and look at it and thought some loose bolts would solve the issue at first. It became evident after testing it that I was in need of a new transmission. This was an absolute disaster for me in the process of trying to move. As it would be a disaster for anyone.The closest rental cars were in El Paso, so Jose DROVE me and my friend and some 60 odd miles just to help us out! He tracked down a transmission which ended up harder than imagined. He texted me daily informing me of updates. He had a very fair price on everything. Once finally done I made my way back to the shop from LA. The couple convinced me to stay in alamagordo and not drive through the night. They found me a decent hotel and dropped me off so they could keep my car and belongings safe in the garage of his shop. His wife picked me up in the morning and we got coffee. She was so sweet and helpful!I cannot think of kinder, more compassionate, or hardworking people I ve interacted with in a long time. If you need a trustworthy mechanic, this is IT! The couple even said next time I m having car issues I can contact them for advice.Thank you both for everything. I truly have no idea what I would have done without their support.

I came here strictly to rent a u-haul trailer. The person on duty was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them next time I need a trailer

Easy place to get a Uhaul rental. Gentleman was kind and quick. Love the 24 hour drop off option.

Took my car in for repairs. Shop "fixed" problems. Car was still making noise. Went elsewhere and found some of work I paid for was not even done! Stay away from this place!
