I had my Rt rear quarter panel repaired. The general manager Victor was kind and helped me gave a ride back while my car was being repaired. Although the job was done correctly and the ppl I spoke with was professional including Dylan at the front desk it is no excuse to leave my vehicle full of dust,stains, and smelling like chemicals. As you can see from the pics it s obvious whoever was repairing did nothing to cover up the seats and interior leaving all the mess around. I didn t realize this until I got home to check it as the urethane smell was intense. I just want the public to be aware what they can be getting into when they take their cars here for repair. When I called asking if they had forgotten to clean up their answer was they were short on time in getting my car to me and wanted to repair it as quickly as possible so I can catch a flight. So is that an excuse to leave all that mess?? Also they told me it would take 5-7 days which later turn into 11 days which I had to press for since it was going to be another 3 days when I called for update. The ppl who did the repair needs to be fired. This was unacceptable.

Victor and his team at Collision Pro does excellent work. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. My van looks beautiful again!

These guys are unprofessional and inept. I had damage repaired there through insurance i went to pick up my car and upon looking around my car they didnt even repair half the damage that me and insurance had paid for. It took months and fights with the shop and had to get my insurance to get involved. My car had to go into their shop 3 times before everything got fixed. And on top of that they disabled some sensors on my shop that they said they would get the dealership to do again i pick up my car and they didnt do any of that. Steer clear of these crooks and on top of it if you look at what the owner just replied .they dont feel accountable for their jobs instead they blame the customer. Did u fix everything that was claimed oh and i wrote a check out of my own pocket for $1500? I did pay for my own damage that was separate from the insurance claim if they cared to look at my claim .or admit when their work was less than acceptable even according to my insurance USAA. Again, save yourself a massive headache steer clear!!!!

Victor and his team are awesome. Despite their busy schedule I was accommodated very quickly to repair front end damage on my vehicle. I was given timely updates along the way and any issues I had or additional requests I had were taken care of no questions asked. These guys are honest and hard working. They took such good care of me and my vehicle. I even stopped by a few months after because my fuel door was stuck closed and I was unable to gas up. No appointment or warning when I showed up, Victor took my car back right away and his team had it fixed within 10 min. Now that s small town hospitality.

After much thought, I'm leaving 1 star cause - is not on the list. In the 1st place they use after market parts but bill for genuine, left my back tail light still broken, over sprayed, terrible buffing, and quality control was a total failure. They were also late fixing it without bothering to call me. Owner went back on his word when we discussed specific things/items/matters. Claims he's to busy to deal with me cause he has "TO MANY CUSTOMERS ".Service: Body & Trim

Had two different insurance claims. In May, we got the front end repaired by collision pros. We noticed two parts that were left out of the damage report, (windshield wiper cowl, air intake box) and another was completely missing, (lower rt fender liner) after repairs were complete. Furthermore, the front end alignment was never done.Forward to August, second claim was a door damaged and a window broken. I brought up my previous concerns and the manager told me they would take care of the other repairs from May.Upon initial inspection, the door looked good but the pillar cap was not replaced/painted. The manager told me the part was still on backorder even as he claimed the vehicle was complete. About a week later, they installed the new WW cowl, the pillar cap and sent me to get the window tinted. The tint shop found the new window was scratched in three different places and the door harness feed through clip was not installed (broken) on the new passenger door.I have had numerous discussions with the manager concerning this vehicle and he has yet to resolve any of my concerns. The wrong fender liner was ordered/replaced and then the manager tried to blame me for that mistake. Also, the air box lid was replaced, not the air box.I had to get my insurance involved with getting me a refund for the alignment, and getting the shop to order the correct parts (part numbers I had to provide), for me to install myself. Both parts did not come with any hardware, so I had to personally order these items.The vehicle is finally back to where it was before the accident in May .it is now November.I refuse to let collision pros touch any of my vehicles again. Save yourself the hassle and take your vehicle somewhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Choose another window repair business! I paid up front for my back window and was told it would take two weeks to get the glass ordered and cut. After two weeks no one from collision pros called me back to follow up with the status. I called them and was given the run around if the glass even came in yet. After 16 days I finally just asked them for my money back!

I answered the office and no one was there. I finally found a man in his back office eating and he said he would be with me shortly. He finally came out of his office, brushing food off of his face. I asked him to please give me an estimate on my car damage. He said he could not because it was not a Tuesday, the day they give estimates. I explained that I had driven 45 miles from the mountains. He said there were no exceptions. I said so you don't want my business and he said no

Within less than 24 hours of having my car towed to Collision Pro's, I had an estimate and subsequent total of my vehicle. Not only did I have a three page itemized list, but they contacted my insurance immediately. They were fast, professional and will definitely use them if I have any body shop needs. They are fantastic.

I had my windshield done here, excellent work! I was so impressed with the clarity of my new windshield I had my other vehicles windshields replaced here as well. They also fixed my air conditioning super fast, as if it was nothing. They also helped me diagnose a fuse issue I couldn't figure out. Had been told by a lot of people in town to not take my car to this business because they had messed up their cars by doing cheap repairs. Brought my car in to just get estimates done for insurance repairs and two months after I brought my car to them to start estimates they still hadn't done the estimate. I called a few times a week the first month asking for updates and had been told originally the estimate was done then later told they hadn't even started them. They then asked me if I could price the parts for them and send them all the prices for the broken parts. I highly recommend you taking your car somewhere else. My insurance even called and couldn't get the estimate from them and so insurance had me just take photos myself and send them to them directly since this business couldn't even do that.

I took my car here last year and this was my experience: I had been previously told they were not great, but went with them anyway since USAA recommended them. I had nothing, but problems with them. I got 4 phone calls stating my car would be ready a certain day, but got a call the day of stating that the car was not ready. When the car was returned there were several screws missing in the front fender liners, bumper, and belly pan and the belly pan was installed incorrectly. Along with that, several of the OEM screws were replaced with other screws that did not fit properly. They over torqued my lug bolts and end-link bolt. They did not properly fix the oil pan so it was still leaking and there were contaminants in my oil (paint chips and RTV chunks) due to their "repair." They also said they aligned the car twice, but it clearly was never aligned or was a careless job. Due to the improper alignment, I now have damage to one of my front end-links. To finish it off, they tried to commit fraud. According to the invoice, they had replaced my exhaust and charged the insurance company for parts and labor even though it was never replaced. I told USAA, they called the shop who told them that it had been replaced and they had all the parts that were removed if I wanted to come look. Collision Pros called me the next day and admitted the exhaust had never even been ordered, but that they just ordered it that day. I brought the car back to be aligned and have the exhaust installed, but they only installed the exhaust without an alignment. At this time of dropping of the car, I had stated all the concerns listed above, to which they did another unsatisfactory fix by replacing all the missing screws with incorrect ones and removing the excess visible RTV on the oil pan. They wanted to try to rectify the situation since I had complained to USAA about everything, but I told them I do not trust them to actually do a proper repair at this point since they have already messed up so many times. I ended up having to replace all the missing/incorrect screws and replace the oil pan myself. When I took it back to the to get aligned, they said they brough it to three different shops in town for an alignment, but none of them wanted to work on my car because it has aftermarket suspension. I ended up having to take the car to Firestone, an hour away, to get the car properly aligned. Based off this info, I assume they lied about the first alignment they did. Lastly, they painted the front bumper and a fender. The front bumper had marring in the paint and the fender paint chipped within a week with the car mostly being parked in a garage. The did fix the bumper paint, but just painted the chip so it was still easily visible, but it was the same color of the car. Honestly, this was the biggest mistake I have ever made trusting my car to be fixed by this shop. I would have been easier to fix everything myself and do it right the first time.

This was the first time I've had to bring a vehicle in to get any kind of repairs done to it. I hit a coyote that did a ton of damage cosmetically to my car and collision pros made it look good as new, you can't tell anything happened.They kept me informed every step of the way, making me aware of new problems they found and new timelines of when the repairs would be finished and it ended up being finished a couple of days early than the final timeline given.Very professional and friendly service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Collision Pros has the best customer service I've experienced at any business in Alamogordo! They have a clean, professional facility and go above and beyond to take care of your needs. For example, the tech working on my vehicle noticed an inoperable brake light and replaced it for free, even though it had no correlation to why the car was in the shop to begin with. I highly recommend this place!

My car was taken here through my insurance and it was a good experience. They were all really nice and helpful when it came to my many questions. Basically, the staff was professional and updated me and the insurance very quickly.

They were very rude and disrespectful. They refused to send to paperwork we needed my insurance company after several times of asking. When they didn't want to talk to us we had our insurance agent call, she was cussed out and laughed at. Not to mention they took a month to finish my car and when I got it back the hood was put on incorrectly. We called several times to speak to the owner about our issues and our calls were never returned. I highly DO NOT reccomend them!

I have used CPI on several occasions after getting hit 3 times in Alamogordo. This last time my 2018 Cadillac XTS had rear bumper damage, the service was great Victor did a vere good job of explaining everything and the quality of the work has always been EXCELLENT. If in fact there is an issue they will work with you to get it resolved..Thank You CPI..give Victor in the front office a raise..keep up the good work..Service: Painting

Top notch service. The repair was done thoroughly and properly. The timeline they quoted was right on the mark. They even walked me through the shop when I asked about some of the equipment they use. Excellent customer service as well. They remembered my name, and were always ready for me when I arrived.

Great customer service, great turn-around time for a back-end replacement, and even detailed my car inside and out for me before giving me my car back. Definitely plan on going here again if I need any more work done.

I went in to get hail damage fixed. The body work was great! Couldn't even tell there was any previous dents. They didn't have to paint anything. Where they fall short is in the finishing details. They had to take apart some of the interior and some of the black exterior detail and they didn't put it back together securely or with much care. I took it back but still am a little disappointed. Where they took off the black plastic wheel well guards looks like they pryed it off with a screw driver so there are scratches and inside they got grease on my light gray interior. :( I only had the car for 2 months when the hail storm hit, so to get it back and it's not "perfect" is a bummer. As an added suggestion, they should really start doing a walk around with the customers before they release the cars.

Cost was twice what they quoted me and took three weeks to complete (they said it would only take one). Work was ok, but it's kind of a moot point after the cost/delays. Would have taken vehicle somewhere else if I would have known how long it would take them. It just a bumper replacement.

Told me a chekc engine light was nothing and it would turn off, turns out it was a sensor that was rusted from water damage and will be a total of 4k to fix. Good body work though,ask if they can use oem parts for replacement in advance
