Totally useless service department. 9:30 appointment, no communication at all until I insisted at 3. NOTHING was done. They said I needed an axle, so the alignment could not be done, but they had no estimate of parts, labor, time. Blown head gasket and they want 13k to replace the entire engine. Not gonna happen.
