This is 100% the best place to come when buying a car! Luis Covarrubias was absolutely amazing and took the time to get to know me and actually listened to what I wanted and was in my budget! He treats you more like a friend and not just another sale for him. And not to mention he actually answers and gets back to you with any questions or concerns. I have no complaints about anyone who works at any of their dealerships! They all treated us with respect and were very helpful! I 100% recommend anyone looking to buy to go to them. I drove from Las Cruces just to buy a car from them! And it was so worth it and I appreciate them so much!

Due to family obligations, I was having difficulty bringing my Ridgeline from Alto to the dealership for needed and overdue recall and maintenance service. Brandon (Service Department) responded to my request for help with empathy and efficiency. It was such a relief to hear him say, "I've got you." With his assistance, I was able to get everything taken care of. Thanks so much, Brandon!

I had an interesting phone conversation today with a sales rep. I live in Texas and was told JUST because I live in El Paso, the Type R would receive a $15K markup. I want to ensure the dealership is aware, I will NEVER purchase a car from your dealership. Obviously, the dealership is blind to the fact dealers are UNABLE to sell cars, and you guys continue to try to markup cars. I will wait until dealers like yourself are about to go out of business in the next few years, so I can get a huge discount, before the dealership goes completely bankrupt.

Over charging. For brake service $ 525 .00 . Service adviser was telling that we r cheaper then other location. But not tru i personally call 2 different locations and there price under $400 . Its better to drive el paso .

I took my car in for service got it back a week later and it was still having the same problem took it somewhere else for a second opinion which they found the problem but I had to take it back to the dealership to see if my warranty covers the problem and it's still there since Saturday 4/6/24

I was transferred from Casa Chevrolet to this place to see if they can work on my 2010 Cadillac. They told me they aren't equept to work on old cars.

Sending so much gratitude to Casa Honda and their team! Everyone at Casa has gone above and beyond for my family and I - whether it is for a service appointment or through the car buying process! My Mom recently worked with Lawrence, Saul and their salesmen when she purchased her new Honda. Their team was so helpful, knowledgeable and eased her nerves throughout the whole process. They even delivered her car to her! We wouldn't go anywhere else for our vehicles.

Went to this dealership to get info on purchasing my current Honda lease. Everyone was friendly but that's where it ends. I was informed that to do business with this company I would be charger $500 for document fees and an additional $1700 add on to do business with CASA. Sorry. I walked out and will not do business with them in any capacity, sales or service. I called a dealer in EL Paso Tx and they had no problem taking care of me. They secured a new loan and did the paperwork to re-register the vehicle and charged a $150 document fee. I do not think I was asking CASA to do anything different that the other deanship did. If this is the way they will be doing business here in Alamogordo, their time here will be unprofitable and short. Take the drive and go elsewhere.

Casa Honda made my buying experience very easy and pressure free. Lawrence Chavez is such an exceptional sales man I came from Colorado to make my purchase from him. I plan to do it again with my next purchase. I am absolutely % so pleased with my car buying experience from Casa Honda.

First I want to thank Jane Gonzalez she was absolutely amazing and in my personal opinion the best sales consultant. I have now purchased two cars with Jane a 2022 Toyota Corolla hatchback, and a 2022 Honda Civic sport. I love them both so so much, I've had a horrible experience with a Honda dealership before in the past. However if it wasn't for Jane and how down to earth and respectful she is I don't think I would have ever bought a Honda, The entire process with the Casa Honda team was extremely smooth and easy. A big shout out to the Sales Manager and to the Finance Manager also because they went to bat and got me the best deal possible. If your in the market for a new vehicle I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through Casa Honda and asking for Jane to be your sales consultant!

Service Department Review for Casa Honda. Overall, I recommend for service for a Honda vehicle.I took my Honda Fit in for starting issues. They were able to diagnose the issue and fix it (new starter) as will as replace a separate part that was under Honda Warranty (total, took 7 days). As they advertise, Casa Group really is very nice. Friendly service and kept me informed. 4 not 5 stars because it was a bit expensive ... but probably in line with service work at a Honda Service Center.Note: They are temporarily located up the road a few miles.

Total gratitude to Casa Honda for helping out two retirees on a cross-country trip. My husband and I have a 2018 CRV (which we love) and were passing through Alamagordo when an emissions warning appeared on the dashboard. It was late on a Friday afternoon, but when we called Casa Honda they said to come in right away so they could run a diagnostic check. The service manager ran the diagnostic and conferred with a technician. They told us they both were confident that we could continue driving safely. No charge and we were on our way. We are now safely arrived at our destination in California. What an amazing place. It was a Friday afternoon and both men were undoubtedly eager to be on their way at the end of the week, but they were kind and helpful to two strangers. We are immensely grateful. Thank you, Casa Honda.

To many big changes for the worse. I used to do business with Desert Sun but not impressed with the new management. I have bought 6 new trucks from them in the past and there is no dealing with this new regime from out of town. I have bought out of town before and looks like that s the future for me. Good luck to the employees that haven t quit and moved on yet and hope the best for you.

Just bought a new Honda CR-V from Desert Sun in the middle of a car shortage. Really great dealership! They did not raise the price above MSRP and did not force unwanted accessories on me. Additionally, they drove me to Alamogordo from Albuquerque at no charge! I really appreciated Reno's no pressure approach and willingness to work with me. I highly recommend both Desert Sun and Reno! Thanks guys, you're awesome!

This review is for the service department of Casa Honda: my partner and I made the stupid, costly mistake of putting the wrong fuel into our rental car while we were on vacation. Instead of getting the car towed 3 hours back to Albuquerque for the rental car place to fix it, we decided to fix it on our own and Casa Honda's service department was able to get us in right away.Although it did take a few phone calls trying to accurately convey how desperate of a situation we were in, once they understood the urgency, they were great to work with.Brandon and his team worked hard to get us back on the road with an incredibly tight timeline due to having to catch a flight back home. We felt prioritized and could tell they were serious about doing a good job and not cutting corners despite having to work quickly.We were able to get on the road at the right time, get it back to the rental car place and make our flight.Thanks, Brandon and team!

I spent 30 years in the automotive industry from washing cars to managing.I worked at one of the most successful dealerships in the USA.Our recipe for success was providing A+ service to all of our customers.I had never experienced that at any dealership that I purchased a car from since leaving the business in 2004. Well I can now say that I have experienced that. My buying experience was A+ all the way through. Saul and Ivan were awesome. If you want an honest,friendly and positive buying experience this is the place to go.

What a refreshing experience, very casual, low pressure and customer focused. Jonathan and Saul were great to work with, I got exactly what I was looking for. Of course, there's no negotiating with Honda these days but trade-in value was pretty acceptable. I had several bad interactions with the major dealers in this area and sales people either didn't return calls or want to discuss my needs, since I was paying cash plus a 5 year old trade-in. I can tell you that the next Honda I buy will come from Desert Sun. Ask for Jonathan Irick!

Very sad and disappointed with this dealership, I bought my first car from casa ford and thought this experience would be just as good . Definitely not. Very unprofessional having to call and text or wouldn t get updated on what was happening with transit, left deposit, and when trying to work w/ the financial side got a call from management saying basically we took too long and they sold our car even with that deposit. What s the point of a deposit then if they will sell it anyways? Car was supposed to arrive Nov 20th, had to reach out after not hearing anything from sales guy Reno, ended up arriving Nov 26 Thanksgiving weekend which is busy enough, for them to barely give us two days to get financing. Felt pretty horrible after time spent making phone calls to credit unions and such to have them do that to me. Trying to get in contact w Casa regional or owners to discuss this disappointing business practice.

Save your self the lies,headaches and ridiculous interest rates. Gavin and Lawrence are liers they will tell you an out the door price and and run the numbers adding 5000$ at 22% interest at capital one. They are scam artists and liers. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT RELATED TO CASA!!!

Very fast transaction, and Ivan took time explaining everything to us and made sure that everything is ok when we got the car. He even delivered the car to me because of some circumstances. Thank you so much Ivan! Best customer service experience so far! I highly recommend his service and their company, bec they don't overprice their cars.

We bought our Honda online and had it shipped to us in another state. While we had some hesitation completing the purchase from afar, Devin our salesperson was very responsive and addressed all our questions and concerns and made us feel entirely comfortable throughout the process. Randey helped us complete all the paperwork electronically as well which was super convenient. Our car was transported safely to our home within several days in perfect condition and we couldn't be more please with it and our overall experience at Desert Sun Honda.

This review is aimed at the service department, and will hopefully warn others... They tried to tell me my $20 cabin filter would cost $70 to replace during my oil change service. I wonder how many customers have fallen for that? Not me. I will not be coming back.

Sales people were very helpful and listened to what it was I was looking for in an SUV. I told them my budget and they helped me to get what I wanted in my price range. When it came time to purchase they made the process quite painless and carefully explained everything I needed to know. They were very responsive ... yet, not "pushy" ... allowing me time to do my own research and think through my purchase.

Great staff but the oil change price is ridiculous. I have had 3 civics over time since 2007 and been getting my oil change at the dealership every time. I never paid more than $70 (usually about 50s and I verified this with years of receipts) but this dealership charged $95! It was almost double the price from my last oil change 4 months ago. How s it more expensive to get my oil changed at this dealership than other dealerships I been in multiple states. I ll go to another dealership in El Paso or Las Cruces whenever I visit/drive-through them.

I was very satisfied with my experience even though it took too long. I realize there are issues over the states with getting parts. The service manager was very respectful - a real treat I this day and age.

Brandon and Becky in the service department always have the best attitudes. Their customer service is wonderful. They always deliver on time or early. And their work is top notch. We ve really loved the service from Desert Sun Honda.

Brand new Pilot, moved here, got an oil change, and the Pilot was leaking oil and the interior lights when the doors are opened no longer worked. So my Pilot although had new oil, it left it worse condition than it came in(New Oil good--leaking oil filter + interior lights not working bad). I called a week later to get an appointment to get it fixed--25 min later on hold, and then they said they would call back-- 2 hours later said they could get to it. You would think fixing their own mistakes would be a priority?!?!!?
