Amazing dealer! It was my first time buying a car from a dealer and Robert was so patient and helpful with me, I love an hour away from Alamagordo and he helped me do everything over the phone, they also gave me the opportunity to trade in my old car for some value and i was able to get my dream car that i wanted since i was young! i would definitely recommend this location and Robert as a sales person!

Although I rarely give a 5 star rating because I am a strong believer that there is always room for improvement, Austin was very good with his constant communication in finding me the car that I wanted. I went to only look at it, not with the intentions of buying the car however, the trade in value that he gave me for my car I could not resist. He was very proficient in handling the paperwork and checked back in after I purchased the car to make sure I was happy with my purchase. His professionalism was beyond compare and I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new car to reach out to Austin.

I was looking for a vehicle in the area and the Honda Dealership was the first to respond to my request. I am extremely satisfied with their approval process and I would highly recommend the sales person Cassidy Gorby! She helped me every step of the approval process and answered all my questions.

Cameron G. and the Casa Honda team in Alamogordo, NM were very helpful, even though I came up from El Paso with another Sales Rep, he did everything for me as if I was his own client. They worked for over 3 1/2 hours with me to get the monthly cost to where I could afford the car! Definitely recommend!

My experience with buying my first car was great with the help of Fernando! I ve been looking for this specific accord for a while but they were always sold before I could even get the chance to look at it. Fernando held it for me so I could check it out. He was extremely helpful with the whole process and explained all of the features of the car to me and answered any questions I had.

I received excellent service from Jeben Swartwood during the purchase of my car on Dec 15, 2023. My experience at Casa Auto was both drawn out and quick. I met Kory months before my purchase. He worked with me, each month sending me updated inventory notifications. When i finally found a vehicle that met my needs, Kory made the whole purchasing process hassle free. The deal was done in less than two hours. I recommend working with Kory at Casa Auto.

We are enjoying our new Honda Pilot that we bought at Casa Honda in Alamogordo NM. Stephen Scott was very helpful in helping my wife and I find a mid-size SUV that we would be able to pull a camper. Through his tireless effort we found the perfect vehicle we liked that fit our needs and was within our price range. The whole Casa team from internet contact to pick-up made it a less stressful experience, even joyful.

I had a great experience at Casa. I initially did a test drive with Reno, then finalized the deal with Gavin on a different car at a later date. I was very impressed with how well everyone worked together and that they were willing to work together. Overall great car, great price, great financing!

I had a wonderful experience with Fernando Vaquez at Casa Motors. He was able to show me several different type/brands of vehicles which led me to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee L. He answered all my questions and explained the pros and cons of everything I looked at the dealership. It was one of the easiest car purchases I ever made. All the staff were kind and helpful, never pushy as some places. If in the market for a new or used car, this is the place to go.

I have been trying to get the perfect camping car for a long time. I let Jonathan irick and Saul know that and they showed me my dream car. During this car shortage most places are charging too much over MSRP or adding a 5,000$ finders fee. Not only did dessert sun's not do that but I got 3,500$ rebate off the car. Then they also got me a 1.9% intrest rate. Jonathan made sure to explain all the bells and whistles of the car. They even stayed after work to help me find my dream car! I couldn't be happier with my experience. After having so much trouble trying to find a car I had almost given up hope, but desert sun's helped me find my dream car. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I purchased a car on Monday; was promptly met by a salesman (Reno Underwood) and was courteously shown to several vehicles and took a test drive. After two hours, I left with a new car. Thanks for the great service. The finance office was wonderful also. This is my fourth Honda I have purchased from Casa (formerly Desert Sun) . I am certainly a satisfied customer. Thanks.

Although this is a negative review, I do want to preface my comments by saying that the service advisor, Kepler, was extremely helpful in finally getting my service issue resolved. He gets 5 stars, but not the service dept. I recently bought a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland with a 5.7L. I did not buy the car from Casa, however I decided to have some maintenance updates done like a transmission service due to the miles on the car. I initially emailed Casa, gave them the make, model and even the type of transmission it has and asked for an estimate to do a transmission service. A lady ( I won't name her) called and said it would be $245 plus tax. I scheduled the appointment for the following Monday. I took the car in. After a few minutes of them having the car in the shop Kepler came out and told me they could not do the transmission service on the car that I was quoted. The service on the car would be about $480 because of the transmission type and they would have to drop the pan, etc.. So, I agreed. Hey, people make mistakes even though my email told them the type of transmission I had. About 3 hours later I get the car back. Tuesday morning, I go out and there's fluid under the car on my carport. I back the car up and check the fluid. It's transmission fluid. I called Kepler and he had me bring the car in. They drove it and told me they couldn't find a leak that it was probably just residual fluid from the change. I drove the car home. Wednesday morning, I go out and there's another spot of fluid on my driveway. I can't get under the car due to recent surgery, but my neighbor was walking by, so he stops. I show him the spot. He crawls under the car and 30 seconds later emerges with transmission fluid on his hand and says, yes, the pan is leaking on the driver side near the front. I call Casa again and Kepler has me bring the car back again. This time they tell me that they will have to drop the pan and reseal it again. 3 hours later I finally get back home. So far, no leaks after the third trip (initial visit and two additional visits. Also, on Monday at my initial visit I asked for the cost of replacing all the spark plugs. I never received that figure. So, I've scheduled the job with a local shop in Alamogordo who gave me the cost estimate in a single phone call. I will not be having any additional service performed at CASA. If I absolutely have to have an issue fixed by a Dodge, Jeep dealership I will look elsewhere. As I said, Kepler gets 5 stars for his help, but CASA service needs improvement.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Fernando Vasquez at Casa CDJR Honda. The entire process was extremely smooth from start to finish and this was all due to Fernando s attention to detail. Highly recommend Casa CDJR Honda to anyone in need of a new or used vehicle in the future.

We bought a Ram 2500 from this Stealership on June 28, 2023, however to my surprise I get a call from my credit union 3 weeks later wanting their monthly payment for the vehicle I traded in, I informed them that I traded in that vehicle but they said I was still responsible for the monthly payment until they recieve the payoff. I contacted my salesman Korey but management at this place has no interest in customer contact or satisfaction so to protect myself from late fees being added and late payment I made my payment even though the stealership had my trade vehicle already listed for sale online! So now I m out that money because I still didn t get it refunded by the credit union after the payoff because of the late fees and lateness of the payoff! To date I have yet to recieve a call from management for reimbursement for that payment and no apology either because they sent the payoff in an untimely manner! Never again will I buy or get serviced by this family of stealerships!

This was the best and easiest car buying experience of my life! Devin was a great salesman, Randy was great in the finance department, and Saul wrote a deal that worked great for me. This is a very nice group of people with great customer service skills and a positive, friendly attitude. I love my new car! I highly recommend that you shop for your next vehicle at this dealership.

Gavin, our salesman is very knowledgeable and helped us order our truck, frequently provided updates on it's build progress, and was very thorough showing us how everything worked when we received it. Saul, the store manager took great care of us as well. Very friendly staff, easy to work with and we would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Thank you CASA CDJR!!

I ve been here twice for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator and both times the service department totally failed to schedule me properly and the best I got was an apology. They owe me $300 in wasted effort and fuel cost, and can shove their apology up their corporate rear-end.

1 star for the tech not knowing the difference between lbs and in.hg for vacuum/boost pressures. My car isn't idling with 16 lbs of boost. An extra star for doing a recall quick enough. Seems the fuel injector cleaner I put in tank is actually working out better than their diag.
