I first started going to Casa Chevrolet 3 years ago for my oil changes back when it was Desert Sun and I had to in order to keep my warranty. However, about a year ago they changed hands and screwed us all out of that warranty.Let's say in average about 10 oil changes over the last 3 years I have received. They have now messed it up 5 times! The first time I can give them the benefit of the doubt cuz they didn't realize my car takes some extra lil washer or seal. The second time I can even let slide cuz I forgot to mention it. However, this has now happened a 5th time that I get home from my oil change and wake up to oil under my car.I called this morning to ask them to fix it and had to leave a message. After work (7 hours later) I had still not received a call so I popped in there. They told me they had received my message. (And just chose not to call me back?!)Anyway, they "fixed" the issue once again. And all they say is sorry and tell me it won't happen again. Clearly that hasn't been true each time. Thankfully this will indeed be the last time as we are moving and my husband will be home and be able to change our oil.All this to say, I am a pretty reasonable and not a selfish person. But I'm sorry saying "sorry" and sending me on my way after making me sit there not once but twice on 2 different occasions for an hour each time in the span of 3 days is unacceptable. They don't even offer like a free oil change, or even a half price oil change for my inconvenience. I mean heck I would've even accepted a free keychain! But nope....just a sorry!I strongly recommend anyone who needs service done on their car that is not bound by warranty to do it literally anywhere else in town!

Dashboard lights were blinking so I took it in and $1800 later and it being there for a week it's still doing the same thing. I tried calling back to get it looked at again but I couldn't get a hold of the guy Brandon who had been helping me and he wouldn't keep in contact with me about what was going on the whole week it was there. Now I'm taking it elsewhere

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got our oil change done as part of our warranty. We moved, so no point in taking it to a dealership. Got to the drain plug and it was so tight and already half rounded. No wonder they want you to only use them- no one else would let you go back once they saw the quality of work these guys do on even a simple oil change. My drain plug is torqued at atleast 55-60 foot lbs. Manual calls for 25. These guys clearly just used the ol' ugga dugga and moved on.Service: Oil change

We received wonderful service from Anthony Carter at Casa from start to finish. He's very knowledgeable with the various makes and models and follows up as he promised. Thanks again Anthony!

STAY AWAY. PREDATORY SERVICE.Brought the Cadillac in for an ABS light & service Stabilitrak. They charge $150 outright for an hour of 'diagnostic service'. After the hour is up, called my wife and tried to pressure her into a myriad of services, to include an oil change (we brought the car in for anti-lock brakes, why they are wasting that hour on 'oil inspections' is beyond me). Continued to pressure my wife into authorizing services and warn her that the car is 'unsafe' and she has to 'acknowledge the car is dangerous' to release them of liability. Not one thing they brought up had anything to do with the ABS.After I spoke with them and was very clear about the ABS issue I wanted fixed, they said we need to authorize another $150 diagnostic hour to look into that (since they didn't the first time). Finally, after 2 days without the car, they came back to tell me that the issue is exactly what I told them the issue was (and asked them to fix), but that they don't have the part in stock. If we'd like they can order it and bring the car back in later to replace it.In the meantime they charged us $320 to do nothing about the problem we brought it in for, just to tell me what we already knew.Recommend find a local trustworthy mechanic to work on your cadillac, or different dealer. This place will try to milk as much cash out of you as they can.Service: Brakes
