I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at Big O Tires. I was about to embark on a road trip when I encountered a tire issue. The team at Big O Tires not only efficiently fixed my tire but also went above and beyond in ensuring a smooth and prompt resolution.Their professionalism and friendliness stood out, making a potentially stressful situation surprisingly pleasant. It's been some time since the repair, and I haven't encountered any issues with my tire since then, a testament to Big O Tires' quality work.I highly recommend Big O Tires for their outstanding customer service and expertise. If you're in need of tire repairs, this is the place to go for a positive experience and reliable results. Even though I'm not from Alamogordo, if I ever need anything related to tires, I will definitely be going back to Big O Tires.

We had some unexpected noises and a smell of overheated brakes. Their online scheduling process worked great. The staff got us in timely and did a thorough inspection for no charge. Thanks

We have ALWAYS, ALWAYS went to this place for all of cars. The service they provided before, was not the service I received a week ago, might of fact, I got my car back in a worse condition than when I dropped it off.Before dropping it off, hubby and I looked under the hood, to see what we knew what was the problem, however we knew it needed to be checked out. Long story short the car was taken to big o tires for a diagnostics. We got the cost of the repairs and that was that.We went back under the hood and found things that were not connected, parts were taken off and was not put back on. It was shocking, we looked before we tooked it. You can obviously see the way we took it, was not the way it was given back.Again this was the place to go, we have never had any problems with the work and customer service. This was very serious and an accident could have happen with the things we saw under the hood afterwards. Highly disappointed.

We were passing through town and discovered we had a bolt in our tire. We went to Big O to see if they could help...it was at the end of the day but they got us in and fixed our tire! They were awesome!! Great service! Thanks!

Dealing with everyone at Big O was a great experience! They were all very helpful and found ways to make the alignment rack work still with my truck being wider.

Last minute oil change close to closing time and the team at Big O got me in and out and the time it took was very fast and great quality will definitely trust them again....great Job!!

I had to stop in for an emergency brake check on a road trip and CJ and Sergio were polite, professional, and immediately got my vehicle in. They were helpful and took all of my concerns seriously, figured out the issue, and got me on my way!

230pm.on a Saturday.... they close at 4pm, I am on the side of the road with a blow out and 40 mins away. Joseph is one of my hero for today. Not ONLY was he the only tire shop with the EV tires but they stayed late (almost an hour for me to arrive) and put new shoes on this girl. Thank you for everything (my day has been nothing but break downs, Radiator leak this morning 8hr down time).I usually don't do much with big chain companies just I like to support the smaller guys, but I have to tell you here lately they have been changing my mind... thanks again

Excellent service. I was getting some work done myself and needed professional mechanic skills for just one aspect of it. They guys at Big O didn't judge, didn't question, they just did what needed to be done at a great price!CJ is always a great help for recommendations.It's hard to find trustworthy mechanics, but I feel I have found the guys you can count on.They are now my go-to for everything automotive.

Big thanks to the entire crew at this location. Was 3 hours from Alamogordo, passing thru to DFW, when we had a blow out. Made calls to shops around town and the Big O crew were only ones able to get our tires ordered with guaranteed delivery for 0900 the next day. They had us in and out all while accommodating our need to stage luggage during the visit. Thanks again guys!

Update: I had a slow leak in my tire and asked for a repair at Walmart in Roswell. My husband does our mechanic work but he wasn t with me and I don t live in Roswell. It was reported to me that I needed a new tire. There was a nail on the flat part but angled towards the wall. I just asked for them to put it back on and add some air. Well when I got home we took it to big o in Alamogordo and they fixed it no problem. Thank goodness for honest service people. I can t say enough about big o in Alamogordo. They are awesome. Best customer service. No wait, and service with a smile. Great tire shop. I will definitely go back again.

These guys are awesome. I went in for a tire alignment. They were very honest and took great care of me. I walked in and walked out in a very timely manner. Thank you for an outstanding job. My car drives like it is brand new!
