These guys have been real good to me. They do great installs. They left my truck interior looking great after replacing my stereo.No complaints, all compliments!

What are you waiting for? Treat yourself to life and invest in a quality stereo system for your vehicle and you ll be glad you did every time you step in your ride. Ben and I discussed a package that fit my needs and man I can t be any more thrilled with my quality sounds. In a world where it seems no one cares about the quality of the work they are doing, you will find nothing but professionals here. Thank you Basin and looking forward to another install on my wife s vehicle in the shortcoming.

Had a new stereo install completed. There were a couple of minor glitches, but they were corrected quickly and professionally. These installations are extremely complicated and Basin Electronics knocked it out of the park. Great job guys. Will do business again.

Had to replace the front speakers on my wife s 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. I called and talked to Antonio, who checked his inventory and had replacement speakers. He didn t have the exact adapter kit so he asked me to bring the old speaker in. I did and the adapter kit for another Hyundai worked. He had me listen to several options and select the best replacement. I was very impressed with his overall product knowledge and his attention to quality customer service.As a result I was elated with my purchase and would recommend Basin Electronics to all my friends. Antonio is an awesome employee. Thank you.

Absolutely Excellent employees. I purchased a Wiring kit and an RCA converter, I had never installed the RCA converter before. The employee's were super helpful and gave me tips and advice on how to install when I called, despite doing it myself. I would 100% recommend this business for anyone doing electrical or audio work on any vehicle.

If you are in the area, don't even think about going somewhere else for audio. Even short staffed they were able to get my car done in the time frame that worked for me. The installation is VERY clean and the 12" RF sounds amazing. I've already had people ask me about it, and where I got it installed. I'll be coming back for window tint for sure. (Also having a lifetime warranty on the installation is very reassuring).

Had a Commander XM radio installed in the wife's 2019 Honda CRV-LX(base model). Basin doesn't sell the Commander due to it being available so widely & inexpensively. We got ours on Amazon at half of what Sirius/XM sells it for.Basin Electronics did a great job & the radio works perfectly!

Very friendly and customer service oriented personnel. First time walking in and I had answers to all my questions in very short time. Would definitely recommend them to people wanting to improve their car audio. People may complain about prices, but that comes with the territory of this business. Cheap can be found at box stores like Wal Mart or online if you prefer to install it yourself. I prefer to leave it to the professionals.

We ve taken all of our vehicles to the guys at Basin Electronics for custom sound system design and upgrades. Ben and team are always very friendly and helpful, as well as detail-oriented to the highest degree- they are total perfectionists! We ve been extremely pleased with the state-of-the-art ceramic tinting that they offer. Having the clear ceramic tint installed on the inside of the windshields of two of our rides has been amazing. Seeing is believing!!!

I have taken 2 vehicles to basin electronics a ford edge 2013 & now a 2014 dodge durango, I can absolutely say with no doubt these are the guys to go to when you are in need of any good work, Their profession is above average. Antonio & the grew are very awesome & respectful. I'm still stunned on how professionally my system was installed. Thank you Basin Electronics.

We had TV monitors taken out of our vehicle. Basin did an excellent job, very reasonably priced, in a timely manner, and they have a friendly staff. Will definitely go back again if we need anything else done.

stopped by basin electronics and was very impressed!! they have very good prices and are very helpful. I told the guys what I was looking for and they showed me exactly what I needed. the install bays were also very clean and professional. these guys know what they are doing!!! nobody else will touch my vehicle after I found these guys

Ben always takes care of me there. Been a customer for over 10 years, and my dad even comes over from Texas to see Ben and the gang. Don't trust anyone else with any of your electronic needs. They're amazing people.

Took our 2018 Honda Civic hatchback for a full around tint job. When I came to pick up the car, it looked ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I m on day 4 of the no window roll down and the tint has zero bubbles and look professionally done as expected. I had my 2014 Dodge Durango tinted by them a year prior and the tint still looks like it s brand new. Definitely recommend them. Very great, faithful team here! 5 + stars! Thank you basin electronics for my tint... again!

On a personal level, I really like these guys. They have done a lot of good work on my van, are polite, competent and honest. I have had very pleasant conversations with the mother of the owner. Definitely good people. However, they-- very much like the Dry Cleaners across the street and so many other businesses in this relatively remote town--clearly suffer from lack of competition or they would not be able to sell junk like the 2017 Kenwood DDX9604S (with Android interface). I have spent the best part of three days to get it installed and subsequently troubleshooted, and it is still a daily aggravation, which cost me more than $1,200.00 (incl. rearview camera). First, they didn t discover that my 2014 Ford Transit Connect is not equipped with an interface module until after the unit was installed. As a result, I am unable to use any of the vehicle monitoring functions, a big letdown. Then, it took three visits, before the usb cable connection is finally stable and reliable. Prior to the third visit I ended up replacing the cable at least once a month as it seemed to burn out. But the worst offender is the touchscreen, which is lagging by at least five seconds, if it responds at all and the Bluetooth connection resets at least once per half hour, causing me to frequently drive to and from work without music because I just can t be bothered rebooting the system. When I am in an unfamiliar city and want to use GPS to navigate, I will have to idle my vehicle for at least 30 seconds before it finally tells me which way to turn out of the parking lot, so I end up using just my phone and google maps (like I used). It s much faster and allows me to avoid using Android Auto, which is mandatory for the Kenwood unit and one of those shark apps, designed to totally control your cell phone and your life (hate it!). So, after spending more than $1,200.00 and nearly three days of my life all I have is a different rearview camera (already had one before), a compass (the best feature of the unit), frequently interrupted music, unreliable GPS and no, no charger for my phone either, as Android Auto requires so much power that it only just barely keeps up the state of my phone battery. If I actually want to charge the phone, I have to plug it into my cigarette lighter. Junk. Supposedly, they are hoping for a firmware update to resolve some of these issues. After a year, I am not holding my breath. So, if you are in the market for new hands-free car audio, get it done next time you are in Las Cruces or Albuquerque. Supporting your hometown businesses can really cost you.Click here to Reply or Forward

Basin Electronics its a very nice shop with top of the line products and service. I procured a window tint service; the quote was very fair and the quality of the film is great. Very impress with the tinting facility; its a sterile area dedicated just for tinting where no outside particles are allowed to fly in and interfere with the process. Lastly all the film is cut digitally by a plotter eliminating the human error on trimming.

Exceptional products, cool showroom and professionals. Knowledgeable staff that listens and provides expert input. These specialists tinted my new car and fitted the perfect powered subwoofer in a hidden spot. The tint is installed in a specialized environment and the subwoofer sounds better than expected. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I went in and was helped within 15 minutes which was great because I was on my lunch hour. Antonio went above and beyond to help me and even left me the information to help me in the future. Will definitely go back in the future with all of my electronic needs!!!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a car audio shop. I've been there a dozen times and each time I walk in, nobody acknowledges me or asks if they can help me. They just take a quick look at me and thats it. I guess they dont give a crap about return customers since they are the only store in this town. Prices are extremely high as well.
