My wife decided to use a broom full force on an exterior window to kill a wasp. She killed both the wasp and the window in the process! :). I called B & T Glass this morning and already have two window repairman here this afternoon! TJ is very professional and knowledgeable in his work. Glass was promptly replaced and I could not have asked for a better cost! Great Job B & T Glass, you continue to take great care of your hometown customers!!

I signed a contract with this company for shower glass and paid the deposit. After realizing they charged me the wrong sales tax I notified them; they denied my request to adjust the tax. After sending them the NM state tax bulletin (New Gross Receipts Tax Rule) regarding tax at the sight of product installation or delivery they phoned and told me they would not do business with me. They broke a signed written contract; they did return my deposit. If you've done business with them and live outside the Alamogordo city limits check the sales tax they charged you. Can't understand why they did not know about the July 1st, 2021 tax law bulletin. Shameful business practice.

Thank you B & T Glass. My back door is broken and I had to break a window to get in my house. B & T came right out and replaced it. Everyone was friendly & courteous. Fair price too. Thanks again.

Two bathroom showers turned out fantastic! Installers Aaron and Darren could not have been more professional, personable and perfect in their work. Sherry is the first contact at B&T and she is caring, conscientious and smart. This is a wonderful company that does expert work and has three superb employees in Sherry, Aaron and Darren. I called and was given a quote to fix multiple house windows from a bad hail storm. I received quote by the afternoon, B&T Glass was out on site and had my windows replaced by noon that next day. Just wanted to say that this company is the ones to go with. Their window techs, TJ, Arron and Digger were very courteous and had the job done within just an hour or so. Awesome Company!!!!

Im a truck driver I deliver here they treat me great and if they do that to someone who isnt a customer I would imagine how they would treat there customers

OMG!!! Let me tell you what an AMAZING team BT Glass has! And Sherry is amazing! always pleasant to speak with, and can get things scheduled and done in a split second! We were closing on a house, and needed window cranks for some old windows replaced and while doing this repair the guys noticed some cracked panes - but these were not listed on the repairs for closing on our house, so I didn't have them done.Now the day before close, I get a call from my realtor saying the she had missed that there were cracked windows on the initial report that we need to have repaired before closing! I just got off the the phone with Sherry.. what a Hero! She managed to get her team scheduled to repair these today! So that I will be ready for closing tomorrow.These guys are the only guys I will ever use! Such great service!!!!!

All employees we interacted with were friendly, courteous and professional. Wore masks when coming into our home and were considerate and thoughtful. Definitely will use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing windows replaced.

They repaired two windows in our house. Thermo-pane windows where the seal had broken. On time, polite, cleaned up everything after. Great job. Highly recommend, would def use their services again.

Sherry is so pleasant to work with! She helped find the exact color of hardware we wanted. We had two glass shower enclosures installed and the guys were quick and efficient. They look great!

We had a broken window from some high winds. B&T Glass repaired the glass in minimum time. Prompt and excellent service, would recommend.

Called to get a price to replace a broke window panel. Price came in much lower then expected. Had the estimate the same day the technician came out to estimate. Talked to the technician about future replacements and was given sound advice.

They are very high. Sorry they don't do RV windshields. They wanted 600 to do a side glass on my RV. We had a large back Glass for 330 at Baker glass in El Paso.
