I use this car wash because it doesn t use brushes which can and will scratch your paint. It always seems to stay clean with trashes emptied regularly. I do wish the blowers would last a little longer, like 10 more seconds would be nice. Since there is no attendant, using the hand sprayer at another car wash would be helpful if your vehicle is very dirty. It is awesome that they accept cash unlike Zips. There s even a monthly plan you can save money with.

Absolute worst car wash experience I ve ever had. It just sprayed my car (NO SOAP). I came here because ZIPS customer service and lines are getting out of hand. Big mistake. It sprayed around my car twice with only water and then told me to exit. The dryers did nothing and I had to towel drive the entire car.All bug marks and dirt is still on my car. Can t believe I wasted money here. Should ve just waited at ZIPS where I would ve had an actually clean car and FREE vacuums.

I had a few worthless car washes at B&J Car Wash. I got an "upgraded" one too. No customer service to talk to. See photos for what the car looked like immediately after the car wash....which is exactly what it looked like before the wash.I've been through 3 times. The first wash was decent. The past two have been worthless. I thought maybe wash number 2 was a fluke. It seems to be the norm. My guess is they don't maintain them well. If the machine is working properly it's probably an ok wash.

The gentleman that owns this car wash cheated very clean. It's only open certain hours. I joined the club he is a member of to pay a flat fee to wash my car every month it's a good

Service has been slipping last few months. Washes not working correctly and no one there to help as was in past.

I have used this car wash 3 times now and each time my car has to be re-done by hand when I get home. I like that it's touchless and I don't expect the car to be perfect but for crying out loud, it should at least get the entire car washed. If I could, I would demand either a refund or a free wash. And just so you know, for the money, you can go to Desert Suds and they will detail your car for an extra $5.

Overall a good place for car wash, appreciate toughness, but many times some of the foams don't spray that well. Also the undercarriage is really more like a wheel and wheel well spray not a good undercarriage wash. Price is a little on the high side for the ultimate wash if you just get one, but with the new monthly wash program it's a pretty fair price. I use this place more often than anyone else due to touchless wash equipment. Person I assume to be the owner has been very helpful and nice, even flipping out a mirror once after a wash when I was by myself so I didn't have get out of the truck.

Worst car wash in town. The drive through wash was only half working and there was no one on site to refund my money. I'll never use them again

Quite simply, this car wash does not fully clean your car. Always have dirt remaining on the lower half which needs to be wiped off. Conveniently located though so sometimes I have to sacrifice quality for saving time.

Has gone down hill a lot in the last year. Used to be 100% reliable now every few washes there's either no soap or it continues to spray water on your car during the drying process? Or the vacuum tubes aren't working. The price increased to be comparable with the Big Wave Express but not as reliable.

Washed the car every day for a week straight and it s still not clean. I mean it will rinse the car off well but don t expect a spotless finish. The dryer doesn t stay on long enough to even remotely dry the vehicle so there are water spots everywhere. A little pricey for what you get but if you get the monthly plan it ends up being worth it as long as you go often. It s hard for a touch less wash to clean As well as the others.

Went on Friday, April 18 2019, I paid 11.00 for a wash, worst car wash ever , leaves your car with hard water spots all over. I had to re wash my car at a different location. Best car wash in Alamogordo for 10.00 is located at the corner of Fairgrounds and Florida. It's not brushless but will leave your car clean.

Would have gotten a better car wash spraying it with a hose. Side mirror has so much soap still on it I am going to have to wash it. There was a leaky hose when I just started to pull in before I could roll the window up it sprayed inside my car. The whole car is covered in water spots and dirt that didn t wash off. This was the supreme wash.

The B&J wash is an attractive addition to our community but as of late there seems to be problems with the operation. I have seen it shut down when I would think it should have been open, last week my wife took her car through after some problem with the payment system. When she finally got into the wash, it was very abbreviated. Today took my truck and saw 2 vehicles being washed and assumed everything was working. There was paper taped over the monitor with a penned message stating "Open". The wash operation seemed all right until the drying cycle started before the rinse cycle, hence drying the soap on my truck.

B & J Car Wash is clean and well priced. For $11 we recieved a decent wash for our car. I like the two entrances for washes, as well as the vacuums on site. I also appreciate the easy location and would recommend this car wash to anyone who asks.

Touchless, means I can take the Jeep with light bar and tube bumper and not worry about damage both to the vehicle and the wash equipment. Comes out nice and clean, even the wheels and tires, the drying fans do an OK job so bring a towel.

Often closes early, sometimes a wait, not a very good wash, vacuums are a separate charge. Only good thing is it's cheaper than Zips, but not by much. Just go to Zips.

Thought it would be better than the car wash on florida... but it didn't have any washing things that actually wash ur car... bugs sill on my car grill and windows... it sucked...

DON'T USE THE RIGHT CARWASH BAY. I've lived out here for a few years and have accepted a lot of things about a small town but this carwash is just aggravating. The right car wash station doesn't work anywhere near as well as the left and the payment system is temperamental. Better off to use one of the DIY stations around town and save yourself the 8 bucks.

This "car wash" does a terrible job cleaning your car. It doesn't even have brushes, just water jets. This does nothing for getting dirt and dust off the bottom half of your car. When I left, the only thing clean was my roof and windshield. Will not be returning here.

Got the basic car wash. Didn't really see much soap and still had excessive amounts of dirt on the car. Also, my card didn't work so I resorted to cash.

Soup residue was left all over my windows. Normally I use the wash on the right, but today I used the left one. Not happy, now I have to go wash my car again to clear my windows. Can barely see.

Like this the best of all the car washed in town. Brushless. Offer a monthly plan that you can wash your car up to every day for a price less than 3 car washes.

Not my favorite. The towel dispenser and the vacuum both took my money and there was no attendant around. I havent been coming here because my car is usually still dirty on the outside afterwards, but I was in a hurry so I stopped. Same results, plus took my money.

Fast and cost is reasonable. Car goes in dirty and comes out clean. Vacuum ing is free. They also have a month of car washes for 19.95

The only place in town that will fit my truck for drive through car wash but would be so much better with brushes. My truck is never clean after going through.
