Fast and friendly service. Didn t have to wait hours or days to get my tires changed and the prices were reasonable. They have a nice and cool waiting area with coffee, tv, and various magazines for you to relax while you wait for your car to be serviced. They do offer military discounts.

We are from out of town and smelled burning rubber while driving through the nearby mountains. We called ahead and when we pulled up a mechanic immediately walked over and checked out our tires/brakes for us. These guys were so quick and responsive and we spent 10 minutes total there! Super helpful and gave us the peace of mind that we are safe carrying on our travels!

Honest and reliable, definitely appreciated their professionality and work ethic. Customers should keep in mind that it takes time to do things the right way, especially if a place already has happy customers and not enough mechanics on hand all the time. Definitely my go-to service

New in town and bought my RV in to replace a spare with a repaired tire from my move. They swapped the tires and checked pressures on the other 3.Went to pay for it and received a handshake instead. thanked him and let him know I was looking for a place to take my business.I was greeted when I pulled in and they went to work on it right away!Very impressed!! They will have my future business!

I'm commenting on many years of experience with Alamo Tire. I hope this carries a lot of weight as a review. John and Jeff are owners and business partners here and both are upstanding gentlemen. If you live in the area, get to know them, give them your tire business. They know tires, and I mean in detail. I have probably bought 10 full sets of tires for 5 or 6 different vehicles over the years. I was a Martin tire fan until Jeff left there many years back. When I found Alamo Tire through a friend's recommendation, I was locked in as my current tire dealer. They can get you the perfect tire for your car, truck or trailer and their prices are fair and competitive. Once the tires are on, they will care for them until they are worn out, they never forget about you after a year or two. I've honestly never had a bad experience with them. If you are a stranger to town and have a tire problem, you can feel comfortable stopping in, they will treat you like family. They're terrific, I'm done.

This is my go-to spot from now on. Even though they're busy like many of the shops here. They are professional and honest which is really hard to find. They helped me with my situation and I'm very happy with their service. These guys do a great job and are the best shop I've been to in NM

Great customer service. The shop and I had a hiccup with the transportation company. My tires were not put on the delivery truck, and I needed the new tires since I was riding on a spare. However, with the help of John and Alamo Tire, I was able to work because I got a temporary tire installed until my tires came in.Once my tires came in, it was quick work to get them on. Great job from Hillary and Dillon as well.

They re amazing! Would drive from another state to get work done by this shop. Personable, professional, and great at keeping you updated on progress/getting in touch with any concerns or questions. Just got both head gaskets fixed on my Subaru and the car runs better than it ever has! So happy to have a great and trustworthy local mechanic. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Absolutely fantastic service! I had to have my flat tire fixed as well as remove the temporary tire & return it back to it's position under the bed of the truck. They took my truck right away (I think his name is Charles?). He was super fast, friendly & professional! I'll be going back to utilize their services, if needed, in the future.

i took tire off my expedition and needed it repaired, after 3days i got a ride to take the tire over..the guy inside took the tire out of my friends minivan he asked if i was dropping it off and i said i could even though i wanted to wait, i was told that he would call me when it was ready and left my name and number.. i sat waiting for 4 hours when a friend called me and told me they were closed at 5... that means i got blown off today and my suv is sitting on a jack over night. inconveniently, im now having to find yet another ride to go down there tomorrow to pick up my tire that had btter be done when i get there or they can forget my business... i have taken them lots of work through the years and i dont appreciate such lame service...

Great customer service, fair prices, and quality work. I needed a couple new tires for my trailer and gave these guys a call off a recommendation. They had the tires(special size that most people don't carry) delivered the next morning. Got me in and out in under 20 minutes with no BS fees, complimentary coffee, and a knowledgable guy helping with questions I had about wheels for my truck. Only thing that would improve this place is a cleaner waiting area, but that doesnt take away from the great experience. Would recommend!

And here I am, a year later, and still relying on Jeff and his good guys at guys at Alamo Tire. So helpful, fast, and friendly, I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks, Jeff! A year or so ago:A definite go to place for tires and repair work on your vehicle!! Thank you Jeff Tanner for making me see the light. LOL! And thank you to Forrest for his mechanical abilities and for taking a look at my pickup. It's so refreshing and wonderful to find a place you can go where the people are fair and trustworthy. This establishment is solely focused on their core competency. In layman s terms they know what they do well and that s all they do !For those that have lived in the area their entire lifetime Alamo Tire is a no-brainer. For those of us who just arrived in the past few years from parts of the US with tire shops that are a little more sketchy to say the least , well Alamo Tire is welcome relief.I have bought snow tires the past coupes seasons for my 2015 Silverado 1500 from Alamo and by far they were my best investment ever.John and his guys are honest , guided by integrity and respect. They don t play favorites so someone just walking in is given the same friendly experienced service as someone they have seen for 20 years .Keep up the good work guys !!!

Alamo tire great customer service. It was 430ish they close at 5pm and they got me in for a patch in my tire. Done within 5 to 10 minutes. Who could ask for more... I was turned away from other businesses because they were booked. I highly recommend them...

Awesome place! Took my Jeep in a couple weeks ago for an alignment issue. Corey put it on the rack and got it really close but a faulty part wouldn't allow him to set it perfect. Since he couldn't gaurantee it would stay, he sent me off free of charge, even waived the fee he was supposed to charge just for setting up the machine. He was knowledgeable and courteous and didn't try to bs me. So far what he did has held up and is buying me some time to put the funds together for the parts and labor. Ill be returning here for my future needs. Thanks to the Alamo Tire crew!

My wife took one of our cars in to get a quote. They said that we needed everything new in the exhaust system including the catalytic converter and quoted us a price over $1200. Went and had a 2nd shop look at it, They ran a test on the converter and said it was fine, parts and labor...$550. I have had Alamo Tire work on my truck before and always thought they were fair. I don't know what happened here.

Our family has been buying new and used tires from Alamo Tire for years. The staff are experts. I have never felt pressured into buying higher priced products than what I needed and wanted. I trust this company completely for their expertise, great service and quality products.

Coming from out of town had a very bad tire the gentlemen there were very respectful helpful and informed us of what was needed on tires... we were driving to Oklahoma from Arizona gentlemen checked all our tires told us which ones were bad Nd helped us out... for us being two girls they educated us well on tires... thank you so much for providing such great service you have no idea how much we appreciate all the help.

Had a nail in my tire and thought I'd take it to a local shop. Brandon was there and greeted me before I even got out of my car. That's never happened anywhere I went before! After I explained what happened, I was led into a stall where he started work on it immediately. As he took off the tire and saw the problem, he explained what he was going to do so that I know what was going on every step of the way. He did a great job buffing, applying the rubber cement and patching it up.I then went inside and was greeted by Jeff, who I'm assuming is the manager/owner. He asked me if the work was performed to my satisfaction, which I said yes, no doubt. He then saw that I was in my uniform and thanked me for my service and gave me a very nice discount!Thank you Alamo Tire for taking care of my car and me!

Stand-up owner running a professional business! While traveling through town I blew out a sidewall and needed a replacement tire. I called Alamo Tire b/c they are a TireRack recommended installer. I spoke with Corey who informed me a matching tire was going to take a while to special order, but he did offer me a few affordable alternatives. As my tires were relatively new, I wanted a match, so I ordered one through TIreRack and had it sent directly to them. I was told to come in anytime once the tire arrived, so once I got notification I rolled in to get the tire replaced. Unfortunately, during the replacement process, my wheel was damaged, scrapes on the front and a fairly significant gouge taken out of the lip. This was brought to my attention immediately and I was told I'd be reimbursed to get it replaced. As I'm traveling I didn't have time to have it replaced locally. I got a quote from VW and checked online resellers' prices for an OEM replacement. The next day I stopped back in and spoke with Jeff, the owner. After a quick chat he cut me a check for an agreed upon fair amount, no hassle, no drama. Like I said, stand-up professional with top notch customer service. Despite the damage (s@*t happens), I would give them my business again and recommend you do the same.Thank you Jeff!
