Really disappointing because I actually love this car wash and cannot say a single bad thing about how it works. However, I can't keep going there because this is the second time in a row that I select the $6 wash and it charges my card $10 instead. It wouldn't be so annoying if it gave me the $10 car wash but it's still giving me the $6 one just charging me extra for it

Venessa Valez I'm the manager at the carwash it will charge 10 when you swipe but should refund the 4 back after 24-48 hours if it doesn't, I work Monday- Friday 9-5 and we will get you taken care of.

Incredible place operated by a veteran, who was so nice and helped me with the change, great person.The place is very clean and very well maintained, great price! Our car is now is clean and shiny thank you!

Ya'll ever be leary of going to an Establishment because of the words of others?? Me either!! Haha!! I hadn't stopped in at this carwash in over 5 years!! It definitely has changed!!! I was greeted by a very friendly gentlemen named Matt as I was about to enter the Automatic wash, he offered to help me get the machine loaded for my car wash, handed me some tokens for my next visit, AND a free air freshener!!! Totally made my day as I had just experienced a rude cashier at another establishment.I know there is alot going on in the World, and that's never an excuse for rudeness, but more and more rudeness seems to be the new normal.... it was really nice dealing with someone that is Friendly for a change!!I will definitely be stopping in again!!!!

This is my favorite carwash. They maintain the property really well, and the carwash itself does a great job. The rainbow soap is always a big winner with the kiddos too.

Self service stalls are nice and big and always working. Not to mention the attendant here is FANTASTIC! His upbeat personality and kind demeanor actually made my day better. Thanks for that.

Car was clean for maybe about 5 hours I washed it and it rained that day ...lol. To be honest the car looked really good after the car wash. It is maybe an eight year old or 10 year old Chevy. There was an attendant that was super helpful. For those of us waiting in line for the automatic car wash this attended offered either new car smell or some kind of cherry smelly air freshener. All around good staff place was clean and the equipment was working.

This car wash is always clean and feels safe. The equipment is well maintained. This is a decent value for the money. The drive through gets my car clean without me touching it.

Drive through wash isn t kept up on supplies. NO SOAP?!!! Thanks for spraying my truck with water and slapping it for 5 mins.

The drive through carwash was only $8.00 and the results are the same as the big automated carwashs. I'll def be back.

I use the wash bays instead of the automatic wash. Some of the bays don t have warnings when your time is about to run on but they usually have a note saying it doesn t work. My main complaint is switching from the tire cleaner to the pre wash. It takes forever for the tire cleaner to get out of the system and then when the pre wash kicks on, it barely/slowly comes out.

Always clean & in working order. Has a on property attendant that is ready to help if any customer has any problems with change machines, washers or anything else. Nice place to wash your car. I've been going to this car wash for years & will continue to return.

I like to use the car wash to clean my vehicle. Their price for auto wash is reasonable and it work for not having time to wash it yourself.

I love this place. If I have problems the nice young man comes out and graciously helps me. The vacuum is powerful and efficient. The car wash is clean and quick

Pros: Gets the Alamogordo dirt layers that magically appear off your car. Cheap ($8) and fast. Takes credit! Cons: Didnt peel the week old bird poop off. Brushes seem brutal; I probably wouldn t take a car I owned, was in a rental. But it s NM and everyone seems to own a truck that costs more than their mortgage so up to you.

Don't waste your time at this car wash. For six dollars you get a rinse NO SOAP!

Love this car wash. Over by the fairground road. Washes your car amazingly. $6 for a simply wash. Really like this wash compared to others in town.

best in town the vacuum. work greatand there is actually soap&wax and all the chemicals that are on the dial EVERYOTHER CAR WASH IN TOWN Have 1 or the other missing.

The self serve bays no longer have alarms to let you know when your time is almost up. You get to start all over again.
