DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!! My mom bought a car from this place and the car broke down within 10 days of warranty. They tried to charge my mom for the repairs. She hardly drove the car cause it smoked. They assured her that it was a good running car. She turned the car back in due to her not be able to drive it. Get this they told her that we fixed it. She only had the car for three months and only to drive it for one month, due to them keeping it for weeks at a time talking about we fix it. Please don't buy a car from them you will be sorry.......

Just glad its done thousands $$$ later... -_- updated February 2018 so my 99 Tahoe that I bought from these guys the transmission went out so I went to go change it out I realized when they went to change the engine out cuz the original engine blew up they only put 3 transmission bolts in to hold it to the engine... save your time and money go somewhere else! Not to mention they also use the immobilizer tracker to disable my truck to make me think something was wrong with it and charged me falsely for repairs! And the only 3 five star reviews on this is the people that work there...

I was actually looking at a car for a cousin of mine, and just pulling in, and getting out of my car, nobody of the three outside came to ask if I was looking for or anything. Only one of the mechanics did, and told me who to ask about pricing. I went to a lady that worked there, asked her about pricing on some SUV's, and she got me some keys for the SUV's, and asked me which one I wanted to see. I told her I wanted to check the 2001 Mitsubishi Montero they had there, and so she took down my license number, and I looked at the car, and took it for a very short test drive. The SUV was noticeably very shaky, and the acceleration was a little bit poor as well. Was out for only 5 minutes, turned around and went back, the car was smelling hot. I get back and pull in, can't get the key out of the ignition, there is no release, the suv is smoking profusely. So I go and ask a mechanic to help me. He came over, couldn't get the key out either, and told me basically that they had put three different engines in that vehicle, and it was basically a piece of junk, and the key wasn't his problem, and just let the people inside know that it won't come out. I went and let them know, and she said We've never had problems with the key before, and then said they had just done something with the transmission, which the car shouldn't be smoking. Her and the guy said, well if you're still interested in the vehicle come back later, and we will try to fix it. They wanted almost $6,000 for a rather junkie SUV. I've went to Justin's, and seen cars for cheaper, that are WAAAY better.

Called several times about a couple vehicles they had on the lot. Whomever th woman is that answers the phone tells you something is wrong with it and hangs up. Called today about a Cadillac theu had on the lot. Same woman answers then hangs up on me. Called back thinking bad service, nope no answer and no voicemail to leave message because box is full. Will never shop there ever!!!.

Terrible customer service! They absolutly screwed my friend over and have no clue what they are doing. 300 miles put on his car and nothing but issues. I would not tell anyone to visit this shop. Goto The Auto Shop as they stand by their word and not only sell quality cars but amazing customer service.
