I was very pleased with the service and professionalism and warmth of the staff they were excellent. I liked that I was informed of the status of timing of when my vehicle was going done. My car looked great when I picked it up. And everything was shining! I would recommended them highly to anyone who may be in need of bodywork on their car.

Son s collision repaired my vehicle in a much shorter time than expected which was greatly appreciated. Every employee we met with was courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was thorough, fair in cost, and esthetically a near perfect match in paint to the rest of my vehicle, which required a three-stage paint process. Overall we were so pleased with Son s Collision and will definitely recommend it to others.

A+ in my book!!! What was a very stressful situation and being a woman, I was worried they would give me the runaround. Not your typical town mechanic shop AT ALL!!! Guy's were very respectful and put me at ease from the moment I stepped into the shop (very clean & updated waiting room) told me it would take atleast 3 weeks (I have older Toyota- getting parts would be a little challenging so I thought) I was fine with that as I had substantial damage to the whole drivers side. Enterprise rental delivered a beautiful 2024 Ford Edge (didn't want to turn in as it had all the bells and whistles my car didn't have) within �hr to the shop while I filled out paperwork. I was updated every other day by text as to the progress of my Toyota. From start to finish- took them less than 7 days to complete my repairs.I work crazy hrs so was also concerned about being able to pick up after 8 pm. They were very helpful in that regard dropped my rental off (keys in drop box) and drove away with my better-than-new Toyota!!!! I couldn't believe how beautiful the job was as I examined it with a fine tooth comb and could not tell there was any damage at all (I know, I know that's their job) but this was beyond my expectations!!!! Thank you to all at Son's Colission for making what was a very stressful situation for me, not so stressful it was a positive experience would recommend them over & over again!!!! Top-notch

Son's Collision is a really well run business. Getting a quote, drop off, and pick up were all super easy and while my car was getting repairs, I got text updates on the status. It was done ahead of the projected schedule and my car was cleaned. I had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone.

They were terrific. Minor side door damage to our 2021 Honda CRV. Other driver backed into our parked car. Son's appointment scheduled within a week, repairs promised completion in 2 weeks, done and picked up in 9-10 days. Stopped back today with seat position memory button/light out and not working. They took it right in, plugged in the connecting wires to restore to normal and we were off. Total time under 15 minutes. Great job, service, and attention to customer. Definitely recommend.

Fixed my car (through geico). Replaced headlight, bumper and side mirror. See how good it was painted. Also I would like to highlight friendly staff. I visited a couple of places before choosing a body shop. And there I got all the details of what I should expect and how long it will take (this is my first accident and repair).They ordered parts and called me 3 weeks later. I dropped car on Mon and got a call on Fri. Work looks great!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Overall fantastic experience! The biggest thing for me was their simple yet effective method of keeping me updated through text messages. On day 1 they set up an estimated timeline and kept me updated/informed every step of the way - and finished on time! The car had ALOT of front end damage but it looks and runs like new. Great work!

Used the shop to fix our car after being rear ended. They work directly with Geico and State Farm so the insurance details were easy to work on. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and communicative. And more importantly honest. Highly recommend.

Honestly, the best, cleanest, most efficient, stand up, most on time delivery auto body shop I have ever seen and or have been to. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND SONS COLLISON OF WYCKOFF any day and twice on Sundays. They did great work on my Honda

Sent some friends I know to get an estimate on their truck, met with Joe and he was very rude, when he came out to greet them he was on his phone and then when they were explaining what happened to their car he was extremely demanding and obnoxious, they wanted to go through their insurance but Joe proceeded to tell them that the damage that their truck had could have never happened from the accident which has nothing to do with him, all he had to do was let the adjuster decide was was going to be repaired, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE OF MY CLIENTS TO SONS AGAIN, I ve worked for dealerships for over 21 years and deal directly with insurance companies and their policy holders, it is not up to us to decide what is repaired or not repaired, when the adjuster comes we show them everything we find and they make the decision with their client, we have no right to say what can or can t happen and this isn t about that, this is about how rude your employee was to the customer

The body work they did on my car after an accident came out perfect, like nothing ever happened!! I couldn t be happier with my car. Very friendly and work very fast. Someone hit my car from the side in the back and even though it the parts were on back order for almost two months, when they did receive the parts, it only took them 1 week to repair my car. If you ever unfortunately need body work done on your car Son's of Wyckoff is the place to go! Waiting room modern and clean. The staff is courteous and professional. They answered all my questions and texted me throughout entire process. My car needed a new rear bumper. It was fixed and returned to me in one day! I was hit by someone and their insurance contacted me. I told them to recommend a spot to get the repairs done. They said "We will have Son's Collision in Wyckoff call you".... in 10 minutes these guys called and set up an estimate time. I showed up with my 4 year old son and Paul from Son's said "Hey this is gonna take about 20 minutes but there Is a park right across the street".. PERFECT... came back 30 minutes later and all the paperwork and estimate was complete. Paul stated that he would be calling on Monday after he ordered the proper parts. He called me 2 hours later that day saying he had ordered them and we could drop the car Weds. I did. They text you every business day and update you on the progress. No gaps in communication here. They told me it would be done in the morning of September 1st. It was.... I even had an issue with the rental car place but Son's handled it because they have a contract with them ... unreal...... Please use them if you need to. I would go back in a heartbeat if I needed to.Service: Body & Trim
