I normally don t do this but I had to. I appreciate them fixing my car considering insurance is covering. I gave them my key as is which has a handle loop thing. They lost the handle for it. Claim they take it off and give to customer before they leave but they didn t. Don t understand why they took it off in the first place. Car is a push start. Minor scratches on my car. Didn t say anything. But now the led on my driver side isn t working. Mind you car is brand new. Was working perfectly fine. It s one of my favorite features on it. All Vanessa told me was they don t know what to tell me. How helpful. The inside of my car is beyond dirty but I m not gonna fuss about that either. And they were working on my rear right side of the car , and now my rear right window doesn t work. I ve tried putting it down this morning. Nothing. None of the buttons to lower the rear right window work. I don t understand. They go thru quality checks for what. I never rush quality work. I assumed because of the location and nice area that quality work was implied. All the quality check they do , but some how few things slipped. I don t blame the mechanics I blame Vanessa because she over looks everything and tells them how she wants things done, what should be looked more into and what shouldn t. I appreciate Theo for speaking to me and being extremely nice. I appreciate him acknowledging what I was upset about and not making me feel like I was wrong or crazy. So he saved his place a lot. If I ever needed to , or a friend needed to, I wouldn t recommend this place unless it s the last option. Or unless I m dealing with Theo directly. Thank you Theo for your hard work.

First of all I have to say; The very respected president Vanessa Worthington is an exceptionally friendly, helpful, extremely kind, smiling person. Delivered my car in great shape. Vanessa is an extraordinary person. They did a great job. I left very satisfied. They recreated my car with a very professional team. Thank you with all my heartJust one small negative: I got my car a few weeks late and spent a lot of money on rental car companies. That was their only flaw.But it was worth working with Vanessa, right?

Great service, super helpful and knowledgeable staff, and unbeatable prices. I went in for a damaged panel on my car that I was afraid would come loose and fall off. Paragon employees were thorough, friendly, explained everything, and fixed the panel for me without overcharging! Looks like new. I couldn t have asked for better. This place is amazing. I (unfortunately) had the need for collision services following a fairly major accident. Having used Paragon for a small job in 2014 I requested the insurance company use them for these repairs.They completely exceeded expectations, managing the entire insurance process seamlessly (which included arranging a rental car for 3+ weeks). All I really had to do was show up and drop off the car and transfer to the waiting rental..then repeat in reverse when the repairs were compete. The process could not have been easier.The quality of their work was excellent, so good that on the way home from picking up the car, my neighbor asked if I got a new one!Let's face it, we all know that major auto body repairs are usually an inconvenience, however if you leave it to Paragon that inconvenience is reduced to the bare minimum (maybe even eliminated).I usually don't post reviews but this experience was so positive they deserve credit for it. I'd give them 6 stars if it was an option.Service: Body & Trim

I had a great experience. I have Geico insurance and Paragon is one of those Geico preferred places. The owner was very nice and personable, the work they did was great and they were very communicative. I got regular text messages letting me know estimated start and completion dates and every time I called or went by the staff was very nice. The absolute best part? My car was gross when I brought it in needed to be washed and the inside was in a sad state of uncleanliness. When I picked it up it made my day to find that they had cleaned up the whole car inside and all! I thought it was a really great added customer focused touch.

The quality of their work is really great! I brought my carb in through a GEICO claim and weird definitely continue b going there for body work. I do have to say the final price tag was way more than I anticipated but it didn't matter much as this was getting covered through insurance.

I dont understand why their rating is so low. These guys provided fantastic work and service for me. For no charge to me or the insurance comp, they gave me the pleasant surprise of additional work, in which they made a prior mismatch panel (from a poor body shop in the Midwest) blend and match their paint to the front, and the car original paint to the rear. It was a matter of pride in workmanship for them, and what a car they worked on would look like on the road. Who does that anymore?! Communication was excellent throughout, never leaving me hanging. They let me know when all the parts had arrived, and met the completion date they had given me.

I was involved in an accident and my car was damaged. Paragon working with GEICO was just excellent. Repairs were timely and the work could not be better. If you need body work, Paragon is the place to go.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Don t bother. Under a different manager. Very different place. They are in a scam with Enterprise which is located inside paragon. They take forever and then you get charged extra days for your rental. You can call and call to ask about car. They put you on hold and never come back. A month goes by. They have your car hostage. And you too. Also don t ever use the Enterprise rental inside Paragon. They put me in an unsafe car with a leak in the tire and I had to fill it up twice a day. Then they charged me on my credit card for things I shouldn t have been charged with. Even Paragon will tell you how terrible Enterprise is.

They repaired the side of my car and had to use a metallic black paint. When I got the car back I could not notice any difference between the factory paint and the newly painted side panels, plus the body work itself was perfect. I've never before experienced such a high quality job.

We took our car in for a repair of a collision. They were great. They fixed the side of our car-but when we got home our gas tank flap is broken. If we open side door it hits the gas door. They would not call back after multiple calls then their paperwork person conflicted what Mike said. We have pictures showing they fixed that side and she admitting to removing the gas tank flap, yet Mike said it was wear and tear and he will not replace or fix. He got angry and said despite her saying they touched it he will never admit to it. "Good luck with that" was his angry parting to us.Beware, it worked when we went in and doesn't when we left. Challenge them and an angry response and "do not come back here" will be your answer.Do not visit!!!

Horrible experience with this Geico Xpress Body Shop.Total lack of communication, repair went on for weeks.We had to take our vehicle elsewhere to resolve the issues with the new tire that was put on our vehicle at this shop.We were told that the vehicle was dangerous to drive.Bolts were left loose and an incorrect tire was put on the vehicle resulting in a tire pressure monitor problem.Absolutely HORRIBLE!Stay AWAY!

Staff the service provided was fantastic. Made my new car back to the way I bought it. Everything was made easy from start to finish. Hopefully, I won't need to you guys again, but I will go back if I do!

Did the bare minimum even left garbage in my car after done and didnt even fill windsheild fluid after replacing the container

Nice little body shop in the middle of wyckoff. Had an appointment at 12 wasn't seen till 1230 very disappointed.
