Ozzy is an honest and fair mechanic. Anytime i have an issue, big or small, he is my go to. Gets the job done fairly quickly and always calls with a detailed description of the work being performed, so you know where your money is going. Solid guy!

Ozzy is very honest, I called to make an appointment about a leak in one of the tire in my car, and he said I can come down right away! I was there in few minutes and he said the person is almost done with the other car, he will take care of me, and exactly in 10 minutes I was all done, he charged very reasonable price! They also do state inspection and other repairs, now I am going to take my BMW to him instead of the dealership!

The only place I ll ever take my cars for as long as I live in the area.Ozzy is honest and fair, and I always appreciate how detailed he is about any issues with our cars.I recommend them to everyone.

The most honest mechanic I have ever been to ! The prices are very reasonable too. I just wish that I wouldn t live 2 hours away so I could always take my cars to him. I stopped by for a small fix and he notice some other issues and gave me a fair prices and fixed it quick. Some stuff I asked if needed fix and he said no, it was good enough for couple more years etc.. any other guy would ve charged me for something not needed to be done.

The owner Ozzy is so friendly and always goes above and beyond to help. It's my 2nd time going back to him for a state inspection. I will continue to do so bc of his wealth of knowledge on cars & wonderful customer service skills.

I've never had a mechanic who cares so much about doing the right thing. They get that there is a right way to do business and take care of your customers. Prompt service and the work done right. I moved to the area a couple of years ago and am so happy to have a mechanic I feel I can trust... and THAT goes a long way. Got referred to Ozzy by SilverStar wheel repair. Ozzy took great care of my S-Class while I was away on my vacation and blew away my exceptions! Very professional and detailed service. Now a days it is very tough to find trust worthy shops and I felt very comfortable putting my car in the trust of Ozzy and his team. Wheel Repair I dropped off my wheel and tire to be repaired Ozzy himself helped me following day got a call the wheel was ready. My wife stopped on her way home from work as a Nurse and Ozzy was very nice to her and loaded the wheel and tire in car for her after placing it in a plastic bag. Would recommend to anyone, very courteous and friendly

Arrived as Ozzy s was opening. Never been here. Had a slow leak in my front tire. Asked if they had any time this morning at all to plug the tire. Ozzy was able to do it immediately for me. He was very polite, professional, and gave me some advice related to the tire and my vehicle. I ll be returning for future auto repairs. Highly recommended.Service: Auto tire replacement

Ozzy is the best! Super nice guy who tells it like it is and doesn't try to fleece you for every dollar you have. He has fair prices and always gets the job done. One time, he forgot to charge me for a service he provided and instead of having me pay again, he said forget about it. I mean, when does that ever happen? He's also great to talk to and ask questions. The man knows his stuff. My wife had a serious engine issue with her car and instead of fixing it for a few grand, Ozzy told us to sell the car since he anticipated the issue arising again even after fixing it. He then recommended some more reliable vehicles to consider. I won't take our cars anywhere else!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My new "go to" place for car service/repairs: Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair prices!I took my truck to Ozzy for the NJ inspection, and other repairs. Ozzy is super friendly, takes time to discuss, and called me to keep me updated, and ask me whether i wanted to do repairs as he found things to fix. He has done all the work in two hours.So far i had always done my services etc.. but going at Ozzy's was definitely less stressful.The lady in the office is really friendly too, if anyone in this area of Bergen County needs car service/repairs, I would definitely recommend you pay Ozzy a visit!

Had a great experience working directly with Ozzy. He was very knowledgeable on my vehicle. He did a lot of work within a few hours and I was very happy with the price. He is very honest and does not take advantage. I highly recommend This establishment. I will continue to bring all of my cars there. Customer service was excellent!!!

Ozzy loves his job and it shows! Our two well driven vehicles (close to 350,000 miles on both our GMC truck and Mazda) visit Ozzie for repairs and regular maintenance. He is always smiling, full of expert knowledge and fair with his pricing.We highly recommend Ozzy s Auto Repair!

For the past few weeks I've been going to Ozzy's for their amazing service. Ozzy and his team are well informed and Ozzy does a good job leading the team when it comes to repairs and suggestions. The amount of trust he gives to his customers is outstanding as well as the fair prices he charges for the work. I highly recommend their services and I will continue to use them in the near future.

Ozzy is the best! I've taken numerous cars and my work trucks to him repeatedly over the years. One time one of my truck generators broke down and he got my unit up and running immediately so I could start making money again. He always fixes my vehicles quickly and is very reasonably priced. If you are looking for an honest good mechanic Ozzy is it.

Ozzy and his staff offer many things you won t find elsewhere. From the family and friendships within to the extensive knowledge of different generations of mechanics to diagnose any problem. They offer Ozzy care which has helped me out so much between the oil changes and 10% off service and with my older vehicle tows when it would break down with honest diagnosis never overcharged or felt in anyway taken advantage of as they are willing to show and explain why things must be replaced or to the best of their knowledge what could cause something to fail. Ozzy s staff out does any shop I ve been to with his relationships with customers as more then a customer. First i would like to start by saying Ozzy is the best mechanic in the area. From experience. Also he is the best guy you want to deal with. Honest, Hard working man with integrity to accomplish the most invasive job to perfection, even better than the dealer. I have watched this shop since they started and they have come very far in that time. This shop is the best and choosing to pull into his shop for any reason is a great choice... and the only choice for me . No matter the job Ozzys Auto is the place to go !!!

We needed to have major engine repair work done i.e. head gaskets, radiator, water pump, timing belt, valve replacements and "Check Engine" light inspection issues on the SubaruForester. After looking at reviews for Ozzy's Auto Repair, I decided to have him look at the car and give me a price, which he did. We went with him to do all this work, but the radiator had a small leak which hadn't been figured into the cost initially. As it turned out, the car got a new radiator and the overall price of the entire job actually came down about $300! Ozzy got a better price and job done on the head gasket machining than he had originally quoted. So he passed the savings on to us entirely. I think he is honest and trustworthy. He employs good mechanics who can handle taking apart an engine and putting it all back together again. He also has the equipment, such as an engine lift to do this kind of work. Actually the car is riding much tighter and smoother and the gas mileage has improved as it hadn't been for years.My husband had his car worked on a couple of weeks later. He needed new engine mounts. Ozzy had given him a wrong price that was only for one mount, not two, but he honored his original quote. I would highly recommend this repair shop. Also, they are very pleasant to deal with and accommodating too.

Went in with an old Mercedes that I'd been unable to get fixed properly for a long time. Ozzy did diagnostics and fixed all electrical issues in my car, went above and beyond. Price was very reasonable and will definitely be going back for any future repairs. High quality work, fair price, great service!

Definitely 5 Star service. My car won't start and Ozzy sent someone to my car right away and helped out and jumped start. They do care about their customers. Very transparent and honest. They definitely earned my business.
