They had to replace a stripped original lug nut and the stud. They did a good job, but replaced the shiny lug nut with a non-matching lug nut (which looks like a regular nut), which they did not mention to me. I noticed it the next morning at home. When I asked about it, they said they have to order this from the dealer and they only were concerned as to it fitting. Fair enough, but I was not advised of this up front, and would rather have been given the option, or at least been told instead of discovering it on my own (and on a different tire). This is not earth shattering, but somewhat annoying.

The rep named Rami was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also very honest and did his best with assisting me with choosing right tires at a reasonable price, not trying to sell me a bridge. I will be back!

Stopped by this location today to perform a brake check service and they were wonderful to work with. Harold and Junior provided me the root cause of my issues and guided me on next steps to perform the needed maintenance on my vehicle. Great people to visit and have work done on yours as well.

Went in today for the first time with my brand new Honda Civic and was greeted by Harold who was perfect! He was professional and we had great general conversation. I did need a tire replacement with the tire being in stock and it was handled by Frank who was also very professional and treated my car like a baby. Frank did a great job changing my tire with zero issues or imperfections on my car. I will make this my default tire store without a doubt, I was in and out in no time and again, the staff was wonderful and the store was spotless. Great job gents!

I was sent here by the garage nearer to my work they said the staff would be helpful. It was 20 degrees out and snowing. Harold let me pull my car in to the bay so that they could fix the tire pressure immediately. They were friendly and SO helpful. I ll definitely be coming back because of the great customer service.

This morning I was warned that I had low tire pressure in one tire. I stopped to fill on my own. However, when I pulled up, Vinny came out and helped filling all tires to correct pressure. Thanks again Vinny for your wonderful customer service.

As a female I hate mechanic shop and coming here was stressful. I spoke with Shasha she was very knowledgeable, very patient and very easy to work with. She goes out of her to make sure the entire process goes smooth! I recommend this tire place for all your needs.

As a female I have to say going to the mechanic is always a bit stressful . I often feel targeted for my lack of knowledge on automotives. Last week I was having a few issues with my car and stopped by to see if anybody would be able to help me out. I was helped by a gentleman named Jesse . To say he was helpful is an understatement. He made me feel super comfortable and explained in great detail what was exactly wrong with my vehicle and what needed to be done to have it running as good as new. Not only was he very comforting but also very knowledgeable in what he does. I can t thank Jesse and the rest of the Mavis Discount tire for the awesome service I received . I will definitely be making this my normal spot for any ofMy cars issues !

Everytime I need service done on both of my vehicles, they always take care of me. The manager, Jesse, always has a positive attitude and takes care of my needs. Never a dull moment at Mavis. I specifically come to this location because of how well they take care of me and my vehicles there. I won t take my car anywhere else.

They broke the interior door handle and they don t want to take responsibility. They claimed that it broke due to wear and tear. When I dropped it off, it was fine. This definitely happened inside the store and they don t want to take responsibility. After I call the hotline, the customer service folks called the store. One of the employees at the store said bring the car, they can check. It was one day after. It was on the driver s side so I had to fix it immediately as I rely on this car for work. I had to pay and fix it at some other repair store. When they called me, I told them this so they said bring the invoice. I took the invoice and the broken piece, went to the store and met the manager. He just looked at the broken piece and said okay. That is all. I asked them so what are you gonna do? He said nothing, we can t refund for the other store invoice. I asked why did you call and make me come here. He said just want to see the broken part. The manager was rude. Not helpful at all. Avoid this place.

There is this guy . Literally had a mullet half of his life . Seems like he met a special someone . CHANGED HIS LIFE FOREVER! He is cleaned up . Dyed his hair . HES A NEW MAN! can I just mention he might be the only honest mechanic in the universe . I think his name starts with an F Just call him F for FANTASTIC . This is not my first time here . But let me just say . I promise to be back I saw a guy in a white shirt and he had really clean hands . I think he s probably manager material . I d rather die than trust my child or car to him . Great service! Brought my car in and they held true to the appointment time. Half hour later and I have new tires. Clean waiting room. Clifford was great to deal with. Highly recommend

Did a great job! Was able to get an appointment same day and have my tire checked because tire pressure symbol came on. They found 2 nails and patched it up! Only took 15 minutes! Great place to get serviced quick!

I had noticed a rapid drop in my tire pressure after just putting air in my tires this past week. I called Mavis Tire this morning on my way to work and they asked if I could drop by for them to take a look. Shortly after checking in they shared that the issue was a nail in my tire and they had already fixed it! From start to finish the entire process took less than 30 minutes and I was seamlessly back on the road. Mavis Tire got me out of a bind without needing to schedule an appointment so I could go on with my day. This is my second time visiting this Mavis Tire location and can t thank Jesse and the team enough for making sure my car was safe to drive again!

Come on Nick! I had a great experience here. Called and made an appointment and when I got there at about 830am NICK didn't put my information in. But despite that I was able to get all the work I was planning done. Which the car was done about 1230pm.They're busy and it seems like understaffed. Though it could have been that day. Pricing is fair and they're honest about what needs to be changed and what doesn't. Can't ask for more. Thanks, Rami.PS. Alex your shop dog Mila is adorable.

I went there on a Monday morning to have the guys look at and potentially replace the faulty valve on my tire. The man at the front desk was very friendly and the mechanic was able to replace the valve without me having to buy a whole new sensor. I was in and out within 40 minutes. I highly recommend the friendly service technicians at Mavis, Wyckoff.

Five stars for Harold and front end guys at this Mavis. I have used other locations and not as happy with the staff and service like Wyckoff. Over the past few months we have used their services on many of our cars and they always explain and take good care of us. Harold always gives the best customer service and very competitive pricing.These guys really care. Thanks again.
