Michael, the manager is always friendly and knowledgeable. We have had multiple family cars serviced at this location and other locations he has managed. He always goes out of his way to make sure our needs are attended to and with no worries about service and products that are recommended and needed. We are always comfortable with the timing and the value we receive. Firestone is lucky to have such a dedicated and informed employee for so many years. he seems to be a valued manager to those under his leadership

Team was great, Tom was great, store manager was awesome (didn t catch his name). I did a drop off after 10 am for wheel balancing and alignment. Got it all done before end of day as they promised. The store manager really took his time on understanding and explaining my car issue. I can t be more grateful.

The customer service was second to none. Mike and Stephan worked with me throughout the process, they even organized my trunk making sure the donut and jack were properly in place. Will definitely recommend and return. Thank you

Since the new manager Stephan is now in place, I am a return customer and extremely pleased. Stephan is very polite, friendly and explains everything in detail as opposed to the previous manager Glenn, who was very dismissive ,arrogant and argumentative. The vibe of the entire establishment has changed with Stephan. I can say that I felt very comfortable with the summary of what was wrong with my car. I will be coming in for all and any future work.

Stephan provided me with excellent customer service. A true example of dedication to work. He didn't just say "sorry we don't have it in stock".He searched around and sent me to a Firestone location that has what I'm looking for.Friendly caring customer service. Thank you Stephan.

They were professional and fast. They have a nice waiting area and they were knowledgeable and thorough. I had a very pleasant experience. I came without an appointment and they had my car done quickly and im the shop is walking distance to boulder run and downtown Wyckoff.

Just started going to this location & it s awesome - the manager Stephan is great to work with! I appreciate that everything s explained as thoroughly as possible, including hearing directly from the mechanic working on my vehicle, if needed. Great location!

Yesterday the tire pressure light on my car lit up and indicated that the back tires were low. I added air to them and started driving. The light on my dashboard was still on so I drove to Firestone in Wyckoff even though it was getting late. Stephane, the new manager, immediately spoke to me and told me to bring the car over to the fourth garage door. He proceeded to check all my tires and add more air. The light was still on but he checked with one of the mechanics who said it would go off once I drove for a couple of minutes. I offered to pay but Stephane didn t charge me. My husband is a loyal customer at Firestone. I am now too. Very grateful to Stephane for his help and courtesy.Service: Tires

Honest and Incredible! I can do most of the work my car needs on my own. However, for certain jobs or if I'm short on time, this is where I take my car. I have even tested the mechanics here, when they say I need something, I used to check the area of concern using my own tools. They've always been honest.

I was obligated to have service on a rental car,and was fortunate to have selected Wyckoff Firestone. At no fault of theirs, I had to wait there over 5hours while they were waiting for the required approval from the rental company.They stayed on top of the issue and spent so much time dealing with the horrible rental folks. Mike,Stephan,and the rest of the team could not have been nicer or more professional in all their efforts to get things done. They made an otherwise horrible experience endurablebecause of their stellar customer service. Firestone should take notice of the outstanding way these guys represent them. I plan on using them in the future and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.Great job, great shop!

Made an appointment a few days in advance to allow tires to come in. Made the appointment at their suggestion as to when the tires would arrive. Called to confirm the day of appt, and to see if they wanted the car earlier. No we didn t get the tires, well, you can get a different tire, it costs a little more (almost double) When will you get them on? Let me call you back. Called them back a little late. Well, you can get tires today, but they will cost a little more or you can drive to a different location to get them. Asked when will you get the ones we ordered ? I ll have to call you back . They never called back.Service: Tires

Definitely recommend Wyckoff Firestone location. Been to several around the area, this firestone location is very clean, manager in charge is very professional and efficient. I have found this to be a good, dependable shop for tires, flat tire repair, and oil changes. Several times they have been able to complete same-day, unscheduled work which I've greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Markus who worked on my car last week. He kept me advised on what the vehicle needed and called me when it was finished.Services: Tires, Oil change

Shady business practices at this place. Not sure if it's all locations or if they just rip off customers in certain Zip codes. Bought a set of performance tires online at Tire Rack and they offered delivery and installation at a local Firestone. I scheduled a week in advance and called a few days before to confirm that I had the appointment and was going to wait. I was told it would be less than an hour which is reasonable. I got there 10 minutes early but still had to wait for almost 20 minutes before they took it inside. It took over an hour and a half to swap out 4 tires. They also charged me $20 for some vehicle inspection that I didn't ask for and when I paid I asked for a receipt but was told it was only available via email. When I got around to check the bill I noticed the charge and called expecting them to apologize. Instead it was like they get this all the time and said "it was $20 but we gave a $10 credit". They issued a refund immediately but it felt like they charge everyone and figure the odds are on their side you're not going to catch it or are too busy to bother calling. I've been there before but will never go back.

If there was a way to give negative stars, I would. 1 star is a compliment and one not deserved.I am on business and needed to get my rental truck an oil change. I only have a couple days off so I decided two days ago that I would call ahead to ensure a position as I know mechanics can get very busy very quickly. I called and made an appointment but I should have known when they didn t take my name, phone number, or any other details like that over the phone that I would not be written down. I confirmed with them I would bring it in at 9am on the 15th.I show up at 9am and they could not find my appointment. But they decided to take me in saying that I could leave it and they would finish in a few hours. As I have no truck, I m not in my hometown, and I was not about to pay for an Uber, I walk to the local Starbucks to finish some work on my laptop.I returned a little after 1pm as they had not called. My truck was sitting in the same spot and I was informed they just confirmed that they were able to work on my truck and would get right on it. They gave me a time of about 4pm it would be ready.So I sit in the Starbucks I had to walk back to again until 4:30pm (gave them extra time as they didn t call to tell me it was ready.)Upon returning, my truck still had not moved. I asked to check up on my truck knowing the answer and the guy behind the counter rummaged around for a while trying to find my keys and informed me that I was taken care of and good to go. I asked if it had already been paid for and he said no they hadn t gotten around to it today. I asked why they hadn t and he said they ve been very backed up and have had people sitting waiting since 9am. YES I KNOW THAT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE 9AM! All in all I wasted 8 hours waiting for an oil change. I promptly left and found a jiffy lube and was done in 15 minutes. This place sucks and I will never spend a dime at a Firestone ever simply because of the ineptitude of everyone who works here and everyone associated.Service: Oil change

Updated review based on my most recent experience on 12/12. I had a 5pm appt for an alignment. I have the lifetime alignment plan. My car was not brought into the bay until 5:15. The kid who drove my car into the bay pulled out of the parking lot like he stole it. He also didn t turn my lights on and it was dark out. You may drive you own car like that but not a customers car. I was already irritated, so I was watching them work on the car through the lobby window. The car was up in the air for maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Marcus comes into the lobby and tells me the car is finished. I asked him how the could possibly do an alignment in 15 minutes. He said it was done. He hands me a print out with the actual specs. The time on the paperwork says 4:56. The car was not brought into the garage until 5:15 so I m not sure how they printed out a spec sheet before the car was even in the bay. I asked him for the before and after specs. He tells me they no longer do that. I went outside and grabbed my folder, full of receipts and showed him that I ve always gotten a before and after spec sheet from Firestone. He said they didn t need to because they weren t trying to sell me . I might be a female but I m not stupid. I do not believe the alignment was done. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I m waiting for the regional manager to call me back. If I have to take it elsewhere, FS will be footing the bill. I am aggravated to say the least. This FS is hit or miss. I have had problems in the past. Mike was great. I am not sure if he left but Marcus is not filling his shoes.Service: Wheel alignment

What makes this place the worst is this person working here- Jeremy. He should be banned from working in the customer service. He is the perfect example of what not to do. He is unprofessional, unhelpful, miserable, and absolutely not caring for the customer nor the business. He makes appointments and then lies that they are overbooked or cant find the tires. I had to change this review from 5* for Mike, to 1* for Jeremy. They need to know whats happening. Once i mentioned that i will complain for the way he treated me and asked for the customer service number, he called me 10mins later that they magically found the tires. Unbelievable.

Extremely friendly and helpful service was actually very quick as well. Be for warned they will recommend services of which you do not really need. Such as changing air filters, fluids etc. Just stick to what you came in to get and look into the other stuff later and find out if you really need it. How do I know this because I have replaced all my filters 3 days before my visit but was still recommended to replace them. But again overall and nice environment very professional.

Wonderfully cordial and accommodating. I was on the road traveling and was in need of replacing one tire. Glenn took the time to investigate and was able to find one, the only one they had in stock. It was as if the universe had made it so.The tire was already off of my car, so they put me through quickly and sent me on my way.Good price, good service, and good experience.Thank you so much.
