I cannot say enough good things about this business. Recently, I was the victim of a hit and run. I called them for an appointment to get an estimate and was told that I could bring the car right away.I met with Alexa and she assured me that they could deal with my insurance and get everything fixed promptly.Within 1 week, the car was fully repaired and all of the cost was covered by my insurance (less my deductible). Short of filing an incident with my insurance company (who initially low-balled my repairs), I did not have to deal with anything!Plus, Alexa and all the whole staff were so professional and caring throughout the process!Five stars all the way!!!

UC2 did an amazing job repairing the damage to my car. My car doesn't even look like it was in an accident! The before and after pics tell the story better than words. The accident occurred on 22 June 2018 and I got my car back on 29 June 2018. Alexa's customer service was top-notch and professional. She kept me up-to-date during the repair process and handled everything with my insurance company. I highly recommend using UC2's services should you need body work done on your vehicle.

Complete professionals! This is the third time that I have been to Ultimate Collision 2. The first two times were for simple fender bender/door-ding repairs (with two different vehicles). I noticed how much care they were taking to get the job done right. When it came time to get my aftermarket grille installed on my new car, I knew exactly where I was going. I took advantage of the front bumper being removed, and decided to get some paint work done too. Wow, they are very knowledgeable about prepping/painting all of the different surfaces so that the paint lasts. I am very picky and when it comes to cars I can be overly particular. It didn't seem to bother Alexa, the one who led me through the entire process, one bit. She worked with me and was very understanding. I didn't have to call up to the shop to ask about the car at all. Alexa kept me in the loop and asked questions before any work was done to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I was also able to get quick quotes for future work I will want done next. All-in-all, this is how it should be done. Go here and get it done right.

I was on assignment for one month at Fort Dix so needing to find an auto shop last minute in an area I do not live in or am not familiar with was difficult at first. After hitting a dear in the beginning of August, USAA gave me several options in my area to choose from. Upon visiting Ultimate Collision for the first time I became extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the shop and the staff. The Military/Veteran friendly organization did not have me wait at all and they handled all of paperwork in less than a minute. After dropping off my 2017 Subaru Forester I was constantly informed through phone calls, emails, and text messages about the status. They kept me up-to-date with current events, orders, progress made, and timeline being met. I became very comfortable that my Subaru was in nothing less than exceptional hands right away. I was even happier to find out that my repairs would be done even faster than expected and delighted to be able to pick up my Subaru ahead of schedule. Alexa and the other staff of Ultimate Collision met all of my Subaru s needs and made my vehicle look magnificent! In addition to cosmetic work; they did an excellent job cleaning and detailing the vehicle prior to pick up.I give Ultimate Collision in Wrightstown, New Jersey THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION! I share this message with friends, family, coworkers, and will continue to use Caliber Collision for all my needs. They do excellent work for everyone and do an amazing job taking care of people in the Military passing through, by keeping with the Service Member s schedule.

I highly recommend the team at Ultimate Collision. I was in a rush to get my car repaired after a minor accident as I was preparing to leave on a road trip. They took great care of me, got the work done quickly and kept me up to date every day as the work was being completed. They really went the extra mile to do a thorough and professional job. Thanks!

I stopped in for a quote. Met with one of the office guys explained what I wanted to get done. He looked at it and said he'd get back to me the next day with material and labor. The lady who was intent on watching a Sci fi movie on a big television across from her desk took my info and saved it into the computer.Never heard from them. No, i did not call back, I took the time to try to hire them, it's not my responsibility to beg them for a quote. I went the the body shop in New Egypt...very friendly and they took care of me very professionally.

I m very pleased with the service I received from Ultimate Collision. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, and my SUV looks as good as new. They kept me informed every step of the way. I received regular phone calls letting me know the progress of the repair, and they finished a day ahead of schedule. 1st class service all around.

I thought they did a good job repairing my bumper and replacing my door for a big dent. They cleaned and detailed the car made her look brand new but I quickly learned this to be not true. They did a lousy job, on the drivers side after 2 months pieces of my door started chipping. The bumper has chipped paint. I went to them again to have them look at it and they said I caused it?... they do a superficial good job. All I can say is I won't be a returning customer for any work at this place.

Got tires and wheels delivered off of tire rack To the shop and installation took about 45 mins. Also asked where I d want the tires they took off placed. They placed them in tbr back seat and put cardboard down so it wouldn t mess my seats up. Very nice staff and service installation was 58$ for wheels on my car

The work done to my brand new Maxima was incredible, with an obvious attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and reliable; they even setup a rental when repairs were going to take a little longer than expected.

Our situation was probably the most difficult and Jenna handled everything for us when I got to my boiling point of the run around from the rep. for the ins. Company of the man who hot my car. They are very resourceful and made it happen now my Chrysler 200 is finally getting fixed. Thank you

Stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Continually called with updates about the repairs. Even followed up after the job was done. I felt taken care of and informed with everything. Everything seems in order and like factory condition. Not necessarily a company you want to see bc it means you have some sort of damage to you vehicle. But if you need to see someone for repairs, these are your people.

Lynn is a godsend! The staff is super sweet and always there to service the customer in the best way possible. We have many reputable shops closer to us, but we prefer to drive 40 minutes out of our way to use UC2 simply because of their phenomenal service and attention to detail!

They kept my car for a little over a month only to tell me they couldn't find OEM parts after charging the insurance for OEM parts. They after market tail lights have gaps in their housing the work has uneven gaps on each side of the care and they charged me and extra 100 dollars to bolt on my fender without doing the entire job. Don't go here....take the time and drive away from this place. There location is their niche...dont fall for the convenience!!

We recently had UC2 repair some damage to my wife's car from a parking lot fender-bender. UC2 came highly recommended. They were excellent at -- Handling communications between them, us and our insurance company- Communicating to us the process and status of the work- Attention to detail! They did a post-fix, final check and found/fixed some other minor, unobvious issues. Finding them after getting the car back would have been disheartening.Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly staff.

From start to finish great people to work with..girls in office know there jobs well..I never experienced a company that would keep you so in the loop of every step of process..I never wondered once what was going on with my truck..My frame needed to be replaced and still had truck back in timely fashion..With frame replacement, I was worried that I may have issues with truck upon getting it back being it basically is a complete tear down of vehicle..but truck came back to me like it was before accident,even cleaner..It wasn't a run of mill job either being I had lift kit on truck and a lot of accessories that were all put back correctly..ULTIMATE COLLISION 2 was recommend to me by another auto body I normally use and I'm glad I chose them..5 star company for sure!!!

Scratched my car because I was stupid. Car almost looks new for a price that doesn t cost an arm and a leg. Couldn t ask for more.
