The manager John was really professional when I had a flat tire. It was raining and really ugly outside when it happened and he was nice enough to even not charge me for the job due to having a horrible day. Thank you John! Definitely will recommend this place to my military people!.

This place beat the heck out of my expectations by a mile! John was quick and professional throughout the whole process after I banged up my truck and I got it back looking better than when I got it new! 10/10 would recommend!

If you re looking for an honest, fair, reliable, mechanical that does exceptionally great work, look no further! My son has been bringing his cars here for years and always tells me how great John is! I met John for the first time today and my son is so right! Thank you so much, John for putting my license plates on my new car and saving me a trip to the dealership! You re the best!

By far the best place I ve took my car. Needed a door replacement and some paint. Absolutely killed it! Not only did they finish earlier than expected, their customer service and transparency regarding the repairs is by far superior than any other shop out there. Definitely recommend for whatever vehicle needs you need done! Five stars!

John is extremely honest and doesn t cut corners.For any of your car needs he doesn t charge any diagnostic fee. If you get into an accident please contact John with any of your car repair needs. Don t go anywhere else. If you want the job done right the first time this is the spot. He s helped out so much and i have so much respect for this company and it s employees.Thanks John!

Nice honest guyAm Goin there in Feb 24!!=====================REdone April 1st 2024..John and his crew were Fantastic. Always kept me in the loop,in no way overcharged me, we both worked with the insurance company,and was always kept up on the month long process.His work speaks for itself,and he really cares about his customers and not by how much he makes.One downside u may find..It is in the middle of Nowhere!! But never let that bug you.Once u make the trip you will see it was soo worth it!!!Trust Me..check out this shop!Mark Lippman

If you re a service member on base Jim s Auto Body is the place to go. Fair prices and quality service is what you ll get here vs the Firestone on base. I personally like to work on my own vehicle but have had some physical problems that have kept me from doing things myself. Between insurance work, preventive maintenance, or fixing stuff that s straight broke take it to Jim s!

The owner, John, is awesome! They really care about their customers and it shows. I had something in the center of my tread on one of the tires on my new Silverado and they were able to get it in and get it patched and back to me the same day. Customer service here is exceptional! We can't say enough about this place. We brought my wife's Expedition in for an insurance repair. Not only did he do an amazing job repairing the bodywork and the frame, but he blew us away with awesome customer service and the way he took care of her car.The other driver was at fault, and their insurance was awful to deal with. John ran interference with them the entire way. I felt bad for the amount of extra administrative work they made him go through, but he made sure we didn't feel the effects of it.John goes above and beyond. This is the guy you want working on your vehicle. Great work, awesome customer service, and as honest as they come.

I removed a large factory decal from the side of my rv and won a prize! A 12x16" unfinished bondo repair hidden behind the decal. Deep breath.. np. We can deal with this. But who will accommodate a 13'3" tall 40' vehicle and do a good job? Jims Auto Body.Here's why I'll call John at Jim's, first:My ride: 2005 Fleetwood ProvidenceService: Large broadside paint without painting the entire bodyside. 3 colors+ clear.1. This is a great family owned business. Jim, John, and their family own and operate. When I called, John took care of me thru the entire process. I was comfortable knowing the critical stakeholders and their reputation were on the job.2. John answered every phone call, listened carefully to my needs and recommended appropriate options, based upon significant experience.3. It wasn't an easy job to do without repainting the entire bodyside. It required 3 color matching. They had someone come in, specifically, to do that and provide the paint. They fixed the original repair. Then, they blended and feathered the new paint with the existing. Each color was clearcoated.4. The result is excellent. I'm not saying every job should be done like this, but it was appropriate in this case.5. They respected my rv and returned it clean.6. They were able to do a great job on a tricky application. That enabled me to meet my budget. They saved me a ton of trouble and cost.This is exactly the excellent service that I look for when I need vehicle repair. The right amount of service. Not more. Not less. At the right cost. Not cheapest. Not most expensive. Just right. John and the Jim's team took great care of my coach. They'll take great care of your ride.Ride on.Cheers.

If you are not taking your vehicle to Jim's you are wrong. As I am sure everyone know, it is so hard to find reliable/trustworthy mechanics today. Jim's Autobody is the only place I will ever take my vehicles. Not only are they reliable/trustworthy... they are fair/efficient/and the customer service is top of the line. If you are stationed at JB MDL or just passing through, this is the only place you should be taking your vehicle for repairs.

Jim's Auto Body is amazing. John was so helpful and kept us updated every step of the way. My mom's engine was fried and she needed a new radiator too. In such a stressful situation, John made the experience much easier. They took their time and didn't drain our bank account. We are so thankful for their help. The car is running better than before. They are wonderful.

Jim s Auto body is simply the best! I discovered Jim s while searching for a local auto body, due to a deer deciding to run into my car, near yet another construction project in our area. I drove through the back roads over to Jim s where I met their main man on the mic, John. Immediately after meeting John and discussing the damage, I was confident I found the right place for my vehicle. Jim s Auto Body went up and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and back on the road. John keeps you updated every step of the way and will work with third party vendors to get the job done right. When the day came to get my vehicle and I after seeing it, I was so stoked because it looked as new as the the day I got it! While picking up my vehicle John mentioned to me that Jim s also has mechanically services as well. If you re a car lover, and understand vehicle maintenance, then you know finding the right mechanic is priceless. This is exactly what has happened for me. Every experience I have had with Jim s has been terrific and am grateful for our relationship. This joint is family run and you can definitely feel the love, simply the best!

Super honest and friendly! Took my car in near opening hours and John was able to inspect it and give me the truth about what my car needs as opposed to other shops trying to get $$$ out of me. I appreciate the work John & Jim s Auto Body does, will definitely be back.

This place is amazing! 10/10. They ve worked on my car and helped with emergency situations so many times. The only reason they re not my permanent mechanic is because I live far away and even then, the only thing I don t do here is basic stuff like oil changes. Anything more, and I m at Jim s. I had a nail in my tyre today and wouldn t have made it home. I showed up less than an hour to closing and they immediately attended to me. Tyre was all patched up and good to go in 20-30 minutes. I went to pay and he refused to charge me, because it wasn t anything serious . This is the 3rd or so time he hasn t charged me for stuff because it wasn t a big deal .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I called Jim's when my check engine light came on a month after moving to NJ. They got me in the next day, diagnosed it was nothing catastrophic, and reassured me I could wait until a more opportune time to be without my car for a few days. And they did not charge me for the check up! Will absolutely bring my car back for the repairs once I can schedule some time away from work.

These guys are incredible. We could have taken our Audi to any body shop in the area, but we took it to Jim's because they did such a great job on my Jeep a year ago. With the Audi, when we got it back, they detailed it completely, even taking the wheels off to detail them inside and out. They go above and beyond and the body work they did looks like it came right off the showroom.

Great people, great service and great price. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that needs to get any work done to their vehicle or even routine maintenance. They are always forthright and will be honest with what you need and don't need done. They also offer excellent service at a low price. So far everyone I have recommended them to has come back and thanked me as well.

Amazing and friendly customer service. They were able to fix the front fenders easily where the doors were grinding against the fenders whenever I open them of my monte carlo. I needed a new front bumper for my '04 Honda Accord after hitting a deer one cold evening in December 2020. Staff ordered it ahead of time and it arrived right on schedule. I was about $30 short on the $650 down payment. Staff was flexible and allowed me to pay the difference once the job was done. It was all fixed before Christmas, as was promised. Highly recommend!!
