I've been a returning customer for over 10 years. Great service, reasonable prices, honesty, and good work ethics have always been the foundation of this business.I had a tire damaged by a piece of steel on the road. Gary replaced it under the road hazard warranty which I was not aware of. I'm sure another tire center would have just charged me for a new tire.In these difficult economic times it's great to see a business maintain Integrity, Honesty, and Quality! Kudos

This place is very professional and knowledgable. I took my truck to them after a horrible experience with another shop and they did an amazing job. I had my lifted truck's front and rear shocks replaced and it turned out not level. GW took a look at my truck, gave their recommendation, and did what they promised. Outstanding job to all mechanics and Garry of GW.

The receptionist has screwed me over time and time again. Firstly trying to shoo me away after I got off the phone with Gary and then called him back after he told me to, I get her instead insisting there is no gary that even works there. The owner. Doesn't work there. Secondly I schedule to get my breaks done and a noise checked and she puts me down just to get my brakes checked and not done. Why would I drive all the way over there with squeaking breaks not to get them done? The kids that run the shop when gary isn't there are insufferable and unprofessional, the son and the daughter.Then I was left a voicemail gaslighting me telling me that I was told that they would need to check my breaks in order to see what needs done and to order parts which is a LIE. Not surprising that they have no remorse in constantly lying to me.

I've been a GW Tire customer for many years. Gary earned my business back in the day and now Corey and Jeremy continue that customer service tradition. Whatever I need, from lawn tractor tires to major auto repairs, they can get it done...RIGHT! Recently, Jeremy performed some front end work and an alignment on my 1966 Ford. It's hard to find a shop willing or able to work on classic cars these days, but as usual, he said yes. The work was FANTASTIC! The old Ford handles and steers better than new!

Service was outstanding from a phone call to being in the actual place in person they helped get my tires ASAP after I gave them a call they gave me prices and called me when the tires were in the shop to get it done. Very Clean place, they took the car and I was in and out in no time.

I have a mobile grooming van and needed tires promptly, I only had to reschedule 1 appointment and they ordered tires for me and then next day they were on my truck by 1:30! They are very caring about their customers and their needs! I only take my personal cars here for tires also. They are priced very well and do the job well! They truly are affordable, fast and quality!

Traveling in our motorhome from Tennessee and had low tires and needed valve stem extenders. On short notice these folks aired up our tires and installed extenders. Nicest people. Great country hospitality. Jeremy and your staff. New Jersey was a blessing to visit.

*UPDATE:The owner responded below, so I will reiterate that the PROFESSIONAL way to handle this would have been to call me, being honest, and tell me that they don't have time for my car, instead of stringing me along for 2 days, without any updates.*This is 1 of the worst places that I have ever brought my car to. If u have an older car, don't consider bringing it in 4 anything but tires. I went for the first time on 8/2, and I got 4 tires replaced. That day was a good visit. It took several hrs, but that was fine, because I had my car towed there, and they had no advance notice of my arrival. I worked in customer service for yrs, so I understand that part of being an adult is knowing how to wait ur turn patiently. I'm also very easily satisfied with the services that I receive; as long as it gets done, and it's done honestly and professionally, I leave happy. So, that was no problem, and I was very satisfied with my experience. I chose to bring my car back on 8/7, when I started to have issues with my car shutting off while I was driving it. I called in advance, and I was told that they were busy, but that if I brought my car in between 10:30 and 11, they would be able to look at it. So, at 10:45, I brought it in. I asked if I should wait with the car; I was told that the process would be pretty quick once they got to it, but that they had to take their previously scheduled appts first. That's not an issue 4 me at all. I left my key with the woman at the front desk, gave her my phone #, and left. Normally, when I leave my car at a shop, I get an update within 3-4 hrs, but I didn't, so at about 4:30, I called for an update on my car. The person I spoke with said that they had not been able to get to my car yet, and that all of their mechanics had left for the day, so they would get to it the following day. On 8/8, there was total radio silence, until about 4. The mechanic told me that he didn't have the right tools to run a diagnostic check on my car's engine, because my car was too old. I asked him why he wasn't able to tell me this yesterday, so that I could take my car elsewhere to have it looked at. He told me that he had no idea that it was a '93 Camry. (I'll include a picture of my car below, and u can tell me if it looks like anything other than an early 90s Camry). I asked him if there was anything he could do, and he said there wasn't. So, I drove to the shop (at the very end of the 2nd business day, by which point all other mechanics in the area were closed) to pick up my keys and my car. When I got there, the mechanic asked me if they had explained to me on the phone what was wrong. I said something like, "What is it?". At that point, he began addressing my boyfriend, explaining to him what was wrong with "her" car, completely ignoring my presence. About halfway through his conversation with my boyfriend about MY car, I interrupted him and asked for my keys. In no uncertain terms and in a loud tone, I made it clear to him that I really didn't care about anything he had to say about my car; if his opinion had come within 2 business days of my dropping it off, I might have cared. The woman behind the counter, who was rolling her eyes, muttered something about my not having an appt, to which I responded that it had taken them until the end of 2 business days to tell me what they could have told me in 10 mins. Not only that, but if they knew that they were 2 busy to look at the car, then y tell me to bring it in?! Just be honest, and tell me that u don't have time to look at it. Don't keep my car for 2 days without any update, and then tell me that u can't even test it to see what's wrong with it. And, when they told me that they didn't know that the car was a '93, that was obvious bs, since they had a record of its details from my previous visit less than a week ago, and from when I dropped it off the 2nd time. If u don't want to be strung along like I was, please never bring ur car here for anything other than tires. They will not respect u or ur time.

Went here for a simple oil change that I should have done myself because it ended up costing me $1,000. Not long after leaving the shop our car started smoking and there was an obvious burning oil smell. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they just spilled some oil when completing the oil change, but it continued to worsen as well as leave puddles of oil wherever I parked. After bringing the car in 4 times and them telling me they "fixed" it and it was just "residual" oil that was leaking, they finally had the nerve to call me and tell me that the oil filter housing was cracked (which I already knew because this is what I was telling them the whole time, due to the mechanic over tightening the oil cap) and that it would cost me about $700 to fix. They were willing to work with me on this issue until they realized it wasn't an easy fix. They blamed the issue on it being a known issue that this happens to Jeep/Chrysler engines, which would be acceptable, but my car went into the shop with zero issues and left leaking oil all over the place. Seems like common sense to me, but I am told it was a huge "coincidence". I guess I'll start playing the lottery with those odds.

Friendly staff and always give great prices. So close to base and gives military discount. Been here multiple times for 2 vehicles and never had an issue.

Tire was cheaper than first told always a good sign. Was in n out in under thirty minutes. Even put my spare back up and my jack away.

excellent job by all,gary,rachel,jeremy and the service tech & their welder needed 4 tires & a rim fixed . was going to see my grandkids for the next day & couldn't go without a spare .gary and team got my rim done in the same day!! this is how you do business & customer service !! great job by all!

great ppl- clean, comfy shop/lobby- stellar service- no hassles- great pricing. they really work to make sure that your issue is fixed... which is just a GIFT when you have an older vehicle that you want to keep running for as long as possible. def going back. thanks GW!

Awesome garage, highly recommend! The office is big, clean and spacious. They fixed our car really quickly and only 8 minutes from McGuire AFB. Have and will continue to recommend to others. Thank you!

We brought our SUV to GW tire after a car backed into me in a parking lot. Their exhaust pipe punctured my rear passenger tire and it was completely flat. After having the car towed and dropped off late at night we had to deal with insurance companies for the tow and new tire. GW was super patient with us while we took a whole week to finally get answers. They were great the entire time using them but they ended up going above and beyond for us. After picking up our car I heard a noise I had never heard before. The next day while driving the car completely died on us. After getting it towed again we found out our transmission was damaged. Turns out the tow truck towed our car incorrectly and damaged the transmission. Thus started a new insurance claim and reaching out to a lawyer when the tow company refused to take blame. I called GW and asked if they had secuirty footage of the parking lot. They said yes and looked it up right away for us. The next morning I received two texts with the video footage. They didn t have to do this for us but that secuirty footage has already come in super handy for us. I can t praise them enough for not only being wonderful for the service we paid for but going above and beyond for us. Any business that works like that obviously deserves 5 stars!!

Gary and the team are always the most welcoming and professional crew around. Unlike some other auto shops, I've never felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck off of me. The two times I've gotten tires done at GW, Gary worked with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed and not just what he was going to make the most money on. On top of that, the service is always done quick and done right. If you're looking for honest and quality service then I can't recommend Gary and the crew enough.

This is an EXCELLENT shop!The owner is very courteous and knowledgeable, their tire machines have a Teflon coating to prevent from scratching your wheel face. They are very familiar with high performance applications and do a great job. Can t recommend them high enough.

Took my truck here for a rear wheel bearing, ended up having to go back twice after the first time and than tell me I needed a whole new rear they'll call me with a price, never did over two weeks so I took the truck to another shop, they fixed it properly and diagnosed an issue Jeremy ignored, when going back to be refunded the $300 I was charged for failed work he initially told me he'd make it right, than when returning the following day only refunded me a portion, these guys are tire jockeys and that's it don't trust them for any other mechanical work as they're clearly not qualified.

Been going to Gary and Cory for over 20 years, just moved to Virginia and if I can tow my vehicle back to them to get it repaired I would. I m over 600 miles away and Cory is still taking care of me. My rebate for my tires expired cause I lost my the receipt during the move. Cory said he will honor the expired forms and ensured I will still get my rebates.This has been the norm with GW Tires, they ve always went above and beyond for all my automotive and tire needs. They are fair, honest, and trustworthy. Everyone I ve recommended to them have never been disappointed. Most of all they are very military friendly and always give back to the local community.Through the years I ve owned 10 vehicles, Gary and Cory have helped me with all of them, which also includes tires for lawn mowers I have. Never once have they turned me away, even for last minute emergencies. They always solved my automotive issues.So if you re local or visiting the area, even from out of state rest assured they will take care of you as if you have been going to them like I have for over 20 years. They will never perform any work that s not necessary nor over charge you.

I was driving heading to an appointment in Jersey from Long Island and I kept receiving a message in my dashboard stating that I needed to check for Low tire pressure. I went to another tire shop first and they didn t find any issues. I drove more and the light came back on and I googled tire shops near me and noticed GW Tires had excellent reviews. I drove to GW tires and it was clear they were quite busy however Dave who assisted me made an effort to see if they could help me out. They were very gracious and took my car and got everything done in a very timely manner. I was stressed due to my tire issue but they made my day and I cannot express gratitude enough to the wonderful staff at GW tires! I highly recommend that you come to GW tires, they are simply wonderful! Thanks so much GW Tires!!!
