McBride Auto Body, Inc. was a great company with which to deal when my car was damaged in an accident. Sloane and Joe were knowledgeable, very professional and explained everything they were going to do. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle and the car was clean and ready on time. I highly recommend this company.

I don't know how this business got so many good ratings. I had a very bad experience with them. Very bad customer service and unprofessional. This guy, Joe, was very sarcastic, impolite, rude and arrogant. It's a small mom and pop type of place. He never listen to me and my requests. Finally I couldn't take it no more and took my business somewhere else.

I ve been going to McBride Auto Body for many years and never disappointed. Joe does beautiful work that you would never know you had work done. Mc BrideAuto Shop did a ghe office is very pleasant to talk toand work with. I was kept updated on the repairs and my car was done 4 days earlier than expected. When I picked up my car it looked like new both inside nd outside. Thank. you thank you for being there when I really needed support and a great auto shop!!!

My insurance company gave me McBride Autobody info...they did a great job on my car. Sloan was awesome..there was only a 2 day delay but she kept me informed and told me what was happening. I picked up my car..looking like it just came off the assemblyline. I walked 30min. To pick up my car and i paid for it later but i have to say it was well worth the walk.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

My present and past experience with McBride Auto Body has always been exemplary. I really like the professional and their understanding care that McBride Auto Body takes with the customer. Joe, the owner, and Sloan, the office manager, are a delight to interact with and make the process of repairing one s car go smoothly as possible. The workmanship on the car repair is excellent and the car was finished before the date they promised. McBride Auto Body provided me with an excellent experience. Excellent communication with me from beginning to end, dealt with my insurance in less than 5 minutes, went out of their way to make sure I could get a rental and helped me get a lesser rate than normal. These people were just genuinely kind. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me during the most traumatic experience of my life. I have dealt with this company many of times, with multiple vehicles. I would highly recommend them to anyone!! Besides the fact they have been established for over 85yrs, they are remarkable in their profession. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and kind and willing to help. They are right in our backyard, so you don't have to go far for excellent work!

Amazing customer service and in keeping me informed via text during the whole process the body repair was being done and when it was ready. Sloan in the office was super friendly and thorough in her explanations of the process from beginning to end and what to expect. Honestly my only complaint was having to wait weeks for an appt BUT the job they did was amazing so I can see why they're booked up so far in advance. They even cleaned the interior of my car for me. Highly recommend McBride Auto and would definitely use them again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent experience from start to finish. Communication was great, they kept me informed with updates, and answered every question I had. The entire right front end needed replacing and the truck looks like it's brand new! It was very easy to work with them and they took care of everything with insurance. I have 2020 carola I went for repair estimate Owner refused to open the hood of the car to see if any damage to radiator support .bumper is loose mis aligned from accident & give me a free estimate.i returned with nothing waist of time going to this business guy don't want to do nothing.its amazing how can he stay in bussiness pay rent .I went to little falls body shop they did the great job

McBride Auto Body is a very professional and high class body shop. "Uncle" Joe the owner is a Master at his trade doing this for many years. Sloan his trusty assistant, is very organized, detailed oriented, knows how to organize a job to get it done in the time frame promised. I plan on using them for all future jobs! Just found out that they have been in business longer than any other in Woodland Park, and if you ever have need to use them you'll find out why!! They are friendly, perform excellent work, and will try to work with you and/or your insurance company to give you the best price possible. When you get your vehicle back from them you'll think they got a new one from the dealer, their work is that good!!!

Bad customer, the mechanic Joe was very rude do not recommend a bunch of scammers. He degrees women giving back the car with the front bumper still cracked and there saying they fixed the car and clearly the shop did not fix the problem. There is no other place I would trust with my Lexus that was just repaired. From the 1st call to the time I picked up my car it was a pleasure working with them. Also the work was done so well that nobody would ever know I backed into my car. Thanks for making my car look as good as it was when I picked it up only 3 weeks ago from the dealer.

started with my accident and next thought was, now what. called Mcbride they recommended a towing guy. he drove quite a distance to bring my car to them. next day is when I got a call from them to talk to my insurance co to speed things up. that worked perfectly and they were able to start work. next started receiving texts as work progressed. final message was work was done. it was ahead of schedule saving me money on the rental I had. picked it up looked like new. 2015 dodge ram 2500.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Car towing, Battery

No Covid or snow storm stops this establishment. My RAM 1500 was brought in after hitting deer. The work was completed on time and when I picked it up I was giddy with happiness it looked so new.
