Great place to get a high quality oil change performed. We were only there for a little over 15 minutes. The oil change was being performed while they changed a wiper blade. And an air filter. We go there a lot.

I drive a lot, and I come to the Deptford nj location about every three weeks due to my business. My last time there, I noticed when I left that I had a leak underneath the passenger side of my car. So had it looked at by a mechanic, and he told me thatsomeone drilled a hole in a reservoir, and it needs to be replaced. I know for a fact that it happened at this location because I never had a problem before my last visit to this location.

15 minutes for oil change and headlight replacement, which was great. Everyone was very nice and informative. I was able to use a coupon from their site as well.

Getting an oil change at Valvoline is very convenient and quick. You don't even have to leave your car while it's done. The crew at the Deptford location are knowledgeable and very helpful.

All of the staff here is always kind and respectful. This is the first place I ve been as a woman for an oil change and felt comfortable!! And they don t push extras at all, just explained what their suggestions are for additional service and moved on.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Unlike a lot of negative reviews on here, I found the staff to be very courteous and professional. The only thing that could be better is communication and transparency about the work they did and weren't able to do to my vehicle.

Over tightened the oil filter so badly that I have to force remove it with alternative means.They charge just as much as a dealer, but their oil and filter suggests a 3000 mile change for FULL Synthetic while OEM Subaru is higher.They also hard sell you for everything from coolant to air cabin filter to engine air filter.Note that I also inquired if they would use my own bought/preferred oil filter and reduce the total cost.. They said no, but would charge me the same amount if I insist in using my own filter.

This is my first time to get my oil change done at this place for my Lexus RX 350. They are friendly and professional. They are honest to me of what I should saved from group coupons. It was a great experience and fast from what Lexus dealer gave me. In term of pricing, it was way cheaper than my Lexus dealer to get the same job done. I recommended this place.

Went in and got my first oil change done at a shop instead of doing it myself. During the job I asked if the service included greasing the zerk fittings, to which they replied yes. However, after returning home (less than a mile form the store) I crawled under the truck to find that no greasing had been done at all. I called both the main number and the customer service number. Customer service offered a 50% off coupon. Haha at $120 for an oil change .even $60 and they re making a profit. That s not trying to maintain a new customer after claiming to have done a job you didn t the first time. I ll go back to doing my own oil changes for $35 bucks and 20 minutes of my time to know it s being done correctly.

I'm giving this review post service. My car has been making noises as if there was no oil in my car. I went to a different place yesterday and got my oil changed. When finished the guy asked me who did my oil change prior. I said Valvoline. He said my boss wanted me to tell you that they did not put the cap or screw on tightly afterwards and it caused leaking. I said would that explain why I'm here earlier than I should be and my car was driving as if it was completely empty. He said yes. So I'm a little upset with that and as nice as the guys were at Valvoline things like this are disappointing because they did so much talking and trying to offer me different products that they missed something as important as that.

They never have filters for a VW Atlas and I usually call ahead, but this particular day I just went. They said the could get one by Wednesday. Called Wednesday they didn t get it and they said they were too busy help me. What is it about an Atlas that they never have a filter for that model?

I have been to this location several times and always impressed. Highly knowledgeable staff that really embodies great teamwork. Everything was clearly explained as you could largely watch the work get done. From basic oil changes to more complex maintenance, it has been a consistent positive experience.

This was the best oil change experience I've ever had. I recently moved to the area and will always use this location! They didn't push the upsell tactics AT ALL and actually told me I didn't need a new air filter yet!All the guys working were very professional and I totally recommend this place.Thank you!

The very heavy set light skin bald woman with really bad tattoos is extremely ignorant and has ZERO idea what she is doing. I was there for about 40 minutes and I watched her have issues with 3 different customers. She was very rude and was cursing under her breath about 1 customer Non-stop. I will not return with employees like that involved with the company.

Everyone was friendly and they all wore their masks correctly. The store was clean and seemed to be properly taken care of. I normally do my own oil change but didn't have time. These guys got it done quick.. They also do more than just oil changes if needed. Prices are a little higher but you're paying for the convenience of getting it done quick rather than waiting all day for your car back. (Free tip, you can go in and get air in your tires and fluids topped off for free, all you have to do is ask.)

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I'm BEYOND upset to say the least, I got my oil changed at this location early in August 2022. They were very ignorant in how they interacted with people unless you were female but that's the least of the problems. I have a 2022 Ram 1500 and I needed my oil changed and they had good reviews so I took my chances, well here we are three weeks later and my oil filter suddenly backed itself off meaning they didn't tighten it enough cause they were to busy talking about partying or they left the old O-Ring on from the previous filter. It's a simple task involved in a service they perform HUNDREDS of times a day and it wasn't done properly and it almost cost me my BRAND NEW TRUCK. If you care about your vehicle take it to a reputable mechanic or do it yourself if you can.Service: Oil change

Have been here a few times, usually just oil changes and haven't had a problem. Got tires rotated today and while I can't be sure as I couldn't give it my full attention, I'm pretty sure they didn't cross the tires and just swapped the rear and front tires. I don't think this will be an issue, but it's not how it's supposed to be done either.

Good service. Make sure you can afford the air filter as well- they have a tendency to tack it on.

Probably the easiest and friendliest oil change I've ever gotten. I must have been in and out of the drive thru within 10 minutes. Eddy took such good care of me that I'll probably come back to this location for my next oil change, even though it's not close to home.

The guys here are very thorough with your car. Fast service and reasonably priced. This was my first time and I will definitely use them again.
