My son and I bought 2 new trucks in the same week. Eric the finance manger lied to us so bad. He sold my son an extra warranty and told us everything was covered. Windows windshield dings dents. He had it sound so good. We go to get a window that was scratched and a ding fix dam all sudden that wasn t covered. He told us everything was covered and it wasn t. He sold us a warranty and gave us the wrong papers. Totally lied to are face. After buying 2 trucks in a week and you treat us like that. All to make a few bucks off us. Then we go back and very disrespectful. Jerry the service manger was suppose to get back to us by Monday and we haven t heard from him either. They got the 2 sales and don t care. We will never step foot in there and hopefully nobody else gets treated like that. The are liars and very disrespectful

First time at this dealership. It was clean, and the salesperson was friendly. They will not budge on their prices. We ended up going to Sea View Auto ( which is an hour away). To get the same truck but in a different color. This dealer works with you. Thanks to Mike and his sales team.

Customer service was great, but the service of my vehicle was a bad experience. I took my 2020 RAM 3500 dually in for a recall to replace the fuel pump and to replace the wheel stud. A few days after I picked the vehicle up, I noticed the steering wheel tightening up and making noise when I would turn it. And I also noticed that my brakes were not stopping as they should have. I checked the power steering fluids and brake fluid and they were pretty low, so I replenished them. A few days later I noticed the steering wheel was tightening and making the noise again. I looked under the hood extensively and noticed that the power steering fluid was leaking and an unattached bolt laying on the frame of the vehicle. I also noticed a plug not properly mounted.

I came in to suprise and buy my husband his dream truck. Chas helped me find the perfect brand new blacked out 2500. Chas helped me quickly finish all the paperwork and get everything done while also entertaining my daughter. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Performance Dodge! Called to ask about draining and refilling trans fluid. Because Jeep threw p0732 code. Which is a known issue with bad sensors and bad trans fluid on GM trans well documented. The service Manager bombarded me with warnings of my trans coming apart from a fluid change and just so you know attitude of smugness Not knowing the vehicle condition, or issues if any. He says this There isn t any issue lol Jeep drives and shifts fine, just a code thrown.So I m just trying the eliminate possible causes proactively.Anyways Mr. I ve been doing this 41 years service advisor, proceeds to get bent because I m just looking to swap my trans fluid now, then again in a month. Since only 4qts are able to be removed of the 12qt capacity. So I figure in 3 fills I should get most of the old fluid out. Anyways avoid this dealer they charge $289 for a service most dealers do for $130-190

I had an amazing and stress free experience with my sales rep Chas at Performance Dodge. I was NOT an easy customer, and Chas ran circles around me to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. Too often I feel like the dealerships and sales reps want to put you in the car THEY want and it was definitely NOT that way with them. I have zero allegiance to any one specific dealership and at the end of the day it comes down to dollar and cents. I am happy to say that Performance Dodge checked all the boxes.

The place is beautiful, clean and the for-you attitude is the energy vibrating in the air. Alex, Troy and staff made the entire experience worth the candle. It is refreshing to feel like you matter, that you don't have to settle for less because of your past. Performance Dodge, performed best in Customer Amazement with me. Thank you a thousand times, thank you from this veteran and soldier.

Nothing but scumbag liars. Don't believe a word that comes out of there mouth they lied to me and I just found out and I'm stuck. Stay away from here go somewhere they'll be honest with you but that's def not here.

My husband and I along with our family have been purchasing all our new vehicles since 2007 from Performance. We have always found them to be professional and knowledgeable about all their vehicles. The service department is always willing to schedule service appointments within our busy schedules. I would highly recommend Performance Dodge to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

Jorge was extremely helpful and kind. My charger needed a bit more help than I planned for but he kept me smiling and was quick with communication. The service team got my car fixed up and had me out the door in about 36 hours and that was with shipping time for a part. They gave me a ride home as well when my ride cancelled. I will definitely use them again.

Justin was good in service. But they couldn't fix my issues or had a resolution. Then when I went to trade it, they tried to give me $7500 below KBB trade value. Left bad taste in my mouth. Dodge sold me a vehicle knowing it has defective U connect radio. Another dealership sold it to me.Dodge Chrysler list my business. Back to Chevrolet

The service manager kept me well informed of everything including pricing. He sent me a text explaining everything and gave me a chance to review the information before he called. I found that to be very helpful especially when there was other things that needed to be addressed on the car. By reviewing the text first that gives you time, that you don't feel like you're under pressure to give an answer right away.I was very impressed, keep up the good work Derek.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

Truck was towed in because it wouldn t start. It s sounded like a fuel issue. I dealt with Derrick mostly. Very friendly. They call the next day and say a fuse was missing. I told them I don t believe that to be the issue. Derrick recommended I drive around a couple days and see what happens. I do just that and the truck still had starting issues and died out while driving. I came back into service and got Dave. Nothing about Dave was friendly. Grumpy and defensive from the start. Very dismissive. He shouldn t be in customer service at all. A few days later they call and say it s relay and they did not charge me labor they only charged for the part. So I pay and pick up the truck and a nice older man went to go get it for me. He noticed the slip light was on the dash. It certainly was not on when the truck went in. He does and gets Dave who says nothing else but it ll be $150 to look at it. He didn t care that I mentioned it wasn t on. A common practice that should be in place there is to obviously check to see what lights are in the dash or what damage is done to vehicle so people can t try to get over on them and so they don t take it out on people who are being honest when they do notice something. Dave was rude and dismissive. I won t be going back there if I have to deal with Dave. Had Dave had a bit more patience and took the time to even acknowledge the concern they probably wouldn t have had to do anything because the light went off as soon as I started driving. This review one star is strictly for Dave.

I was having an issue starting my car with the key fob. My husband had the car sent back to Dodge. The tech's there stated that the key fob was broken. We would have to leave our car there until a key fob was delivered. As the days went past I grew frustrated waiting for the key fob and being without my car. However the company stayed in contact with my husband, letting us know the status and reassuring me that will be there as soon as possible. There was a shortage on that product at the time. Not many days later our car was ready for pick up. The tech's also fixed other issues that they found while the car was there. I appreciate their patience with me and expertise.

Came in for an oil change and to have my Town and Country van looked over. Several things needed to be done, Brakes, Air Filter, Tires rotated, New battery, oil change, breather filter, new wipers, top off fluids and a general check of the car.The work was completed in a couple of hours and done correctly. The entire staff are very courteous and easy to talk with. Very reasonable price wise.Every time i go this service dept its a great experience. Troyes was the first person I met he was very helpful and understanding of my situation both him and his manager tried there best to get me the best rate they called the bank 3 times to get a lower rate they were really helpful and they also were respectful of my father who is veteran of vietnam and they showed mad respect to him which makes me happy. Just glad I went threw them.

I bought a used car from this dealership. Truth be told we had our differences during the process; however, their salesman was what made the difference in order to close our deal. John Schwartz is a gentlemen and clearly cares about his customer. He was understanding with each of my needs and saw them through to the best of his ability.Finding a dealership is hard, finding a decent salesmen who doesn t just want another sale is even harder. I would not only recommend John to a friend looking to buy a vehicle, I would buy another vehicle from him myself. He cares about his customer and knows how much of a commitment a new vehicle is to a family.If this rating were to be going to John, I would give it five (5) stars. The dealership did a fine job, just had a few personal little things I would have changed. Nothing worth ranting about here. As a personal tip: make sure you do your homework and always negotiate the bottom line, not your monthly payment.***** GO SEE JOHN SCHWARTZ! FIVE STARS! *****

Outstanding experience from start to finish. John did a great job diagnosing the problem quickly (even though I broke down and didn't have an appointment). The car was ready ahead of schedule and everything was fixed perfectly. The only thing stopping it from being a "10" was the front left tire was down to 12 PSI when I picked the car up and they could have caught that. Otherwise, it was the usual Performance Dodge excellence.

Came in for an oil change after 3 hours was told that all my tires needed to be changed and that they were all 2/32nds tread and that I needed 5 lugs. Said no thank you to the tires but yes to the 5 lugs. Was told the mechanic was on lunch and would get to it after lunch. Took my car to a tire shop and was told 1 of my tires was 2/32nd 2 were 4/32nd and the last was 5/32nd. So decided to get 4 brand new tires somewheres else they are on the car and car rides great. I've had my car serviced here a lot over the past years and never had an issue or had anything bad to say about you guys. Actually until now would highly recommend it and was always treated great. Iunno if it was just a bad day or what but hopefully going forward I dont have any bad experiences like this.

I made the mistake of not buying from this dealer a few years back and very recently had an issue with a radio update and my radio fried and never came back. I went to another dealer who was unwilling to help me. I then went to performance and worked with Jorge who was great from day 1, got me in communicated well, worked with Chrysler and got me my replacement radio and hit it installed in under 3 hours. the service department is friendly and will work with you. I would highly recommend them and will be visiting their sales team when I purchase my next time, thanks again for fixing this for me.

I had my Grand Caravan towed to Performance Dodge because I couldn t drive it, due to bad Transmission. They checked it out and found the Transmission had gone. They suggested to replace it. So I did. They did an excellent job. However I am not at all pleased with Dodge. They should have paid to do the job. They knew the 62TE Transmissions have a lot of problems. You pay big bucks for vehicles now, but are made with cheap parts.Service: Transmission

I have been going to Performance Dodge For , the last two years now. I go there now regularly to get my oil changed tire rotation brake work if needed and troubleshooting of repair work on my work truck. They always know what they re doing and great at figuring out problems. The front desk staff is super friendly I travel the extra distance to go there because of the EXCELLENT service.Service: Oil change

Horrible experience. Undervalued my car trade in by over a thousand dollars. Other places offered more than them. Sales people were incredibly pushy. Yet they wouldn t tell me how much a used truck they wanted to sell me was priced at even after I asked them directly. Yet somehow, they knew how much the monthly payments would be? Wouldn t let me look at trucks myself, instead would just pick one out that they hoped I liked. Constantly were trying to get me to sign a non legal blank piece of paper saying I d take a deal even though I had no knowledge of the price or conditions of a lease for a new truck they showed me. Won t be back. My business will be taken elsewhere.
