I always have great experience when I go there Alex, Wilson, Adam and the techs are awesome! They are all professional in how they speak and always want you to be comfortable with the services they provide wether you chose them or not to do the work(How you treat others often effects the outcome of all results).

Alex was such a help today! I needed two new tires installed very last minute and he was very accommodating and was able to squeeze an appointment for me the day of! So helpful and nice!

HONEST, DEPENDABLEThe staff is exceptional, provided me with full reports for my vehicle, educated me in the process. Offered many options for tires, as well as warrantees. Prices are great as well, buy 3, get one on MANY tire brands..Observed Alex educating other customers as well as I waited about the depths of tires and where their tire was in comparison to replacement requirements, offered her options "I can find you a matching used tire that would work with your AWD vehicle" explained to her why maintaining proper tread was important, I learned a-lot listening in. These are the businesses we need in this community, with hard working, honest people.HUGETHANK YOUWILSON AND ALEXI will be back for all my tire/maintenance needs

My buddy goes in and asks these technicians for a total lug nut replacement and the car comes out like this. Would never recommend anyone comes to this location. How as an auto body shop can you only put three of the five back, not replace one and leave one of the threads untouched entirely. Horrible technicians, would give 0 stars if I could.

Went in to get my tire replaced, and bought new taillights and headlights so I could get my car inspected.I got pulled a week after for my tail light and brake light being out after spending over 600$ at this location. Not to mention they broke the middle storage compartment on the car! Would highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere, they charge an arm and a leg for labor and faulty parts that don t work past 1 week and return the car with more problems than it was brought in with!

They charge a premium price for services, but they didn't do premium work on my truck. Got charged $170 dollars to balance and mount 4 new tires. Inspection report says check the new brakes they installed so I asked the desk manager, he said don't worry if there was a problem the mechanic would say so. Of course the brakes failed..so it cost me another $124 to bleed the line. Having a hard time trusting

Great customer service at the Woodbury shop. James is outstanding, and so is his team! Someone needs to purchase them new computers though a complete IT overhaul really. The poor IT degrades the customer service, and it makes very good people doing their best work so much harder than they should have to work.

The team fit me in to get a new tire an hour to closing. I was traveling and away from home at night in a snow storm. They were very accommodating and friendly to a traveler.

Friendly, convenient, responsive. More expensive compared to independent garage that I usually use, but close to work so I can drop off and walk, and then pick up after because they are open till 7.

This has been my pep boys for years and I Needed tires on my ram 1500 after wearing out a set of cooper discover at's after 65k ....went with cooper at force and super happy with the service and the tires .....guys are friendly there and good techs ....don't hesitate to go to woodbury pep boys

Service writer Aaron , tech David and manager Wilson were all tremendous, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, careful about keeping my car clean and neat. Kept me updated and informed throughout entire process. A joy to finally have such quality customer service! Thorough in putting me in new tires and installing my aftermarket rims safely and properly with all sensors reset and car ran so smoothly after they finished job ! Very satisfied!

Exemplary customer service at this PepBoys! Dropped my rims off at around 3:30 and my tires were installed and balanced by 5:00. No nonsense, completely fair and clear pricing, and no surprise fees. Satisfactory experience all around! All the employees were extremely professional gentlemen and friendly as well! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!The Cherry Hill location, however, I do not recommend at all. Refused to give me a quote for a price. Rude, dismissive, unreceptive of their guests. Could not grasp the concept of a loose tire job and were demanding that I leave my rims and tires with them not only overnight, but it could ve taken them 48 hours they claimed. It was worth the trip out to PepBoys in Woodbury for sure.

Assistant service manager was great. As far as the technician who serviced my truck I cannot say the same. He damaged all four of the rims on my truck that didn't have one mark on them before my appointment there. He mounted and balanced four tires. If I didn't actually see him using the balancer I would say he didn't balance the tires as I have a horrible vibration at 60 mph The assistant service manager could not remedy the fact that they messed up all four of my rooms. So now I am stuck waiting on a call tomorrow from the actual service manager to see what they're going to do about the damage to the four rims on my truck

Aaron at the desk was kind and efficient. I came in close to closing time with a flat tire and they got it fixed and pointed out another tire in unsafe conditions. They fixed both for a reasonable price.

I came in very close to closing time this evening after discovering a tail light was out on my car. Tom and Tommy were friendly, helpful and made sure they took care of getting the bulbs I needed installed even though it took them past closing time. The bulb I needed didn t come up in the system, and they could have easily left it at that. I m extremely appreciative and wanted to commend their friendly demeanor and excellent customer service. Thank you!!

This was my 1st time at Pep Boys to get service done on my vehicle.The gentleman at counter was extremely nice & efficient & the gentleman who serviced my vehicle was quick & thorough.I received an inspection report showing what my vehicle needs to be running properly & safe.I was happy I didn't have to hear from them how much more I needed to get done to my vehicle.I read the report at home & I am looking forward to getting all my services to my cars done by Pep Boys,instead of where i have been going.I also received an unexpected discount,which was awesome.
