Excellent customer service. I want to especially thank Bill Daletto Service Manager. Bill was professional, courteous, friendly, and always kept my Mom and I informed on the day to day issues with fixing the car and dealing with the insurance. I would recommend Meineke to anyone in the future who is having car problems. Thank you.

I booked my appointment online which was seamless. When I showed up for my appointment, the gentleman who check me in was kind and polite. When my car was done, he explained that all looked good, recommended one small fix but didn't pressure me into doing it. Great experience at Meineke!

Back on May 3rd I took my car to meineke to have the radiator flushed and they did but doing the test drive the employee got into an accident. Although the accident was not his fault, he never tried to avoid it. I was told the driver side of the story which was the guy was coming out of the parking lot and wasn't looking but he thought he would stop. I don't know about anyone else but if someone is not making eye contact with me I take evasive action.I was without my car for 6 weeks waiting for it to be fixed. There were no apologies and the work that was done on my car I was charged full price for.I understand accidents happen but I expect better care to be taken of my car whether it is on their property or off their property.I will not be returning to this establishment for anything. I am not happy with the way I was treated. I was basically told your car was in an accident. Here's the case number. Call the cops that was it. I feel it was very unprofessional the way this whole ordeal was handled. I was never given an opportunity to speak with the guy that was driving my car to find out the details. The only details I have are what was written down in the police report.A word to the wise. Be careful who you let test drive your car.And Bill never tried to make things right like you see at the bottom of most of the bad comments. My husband contacted him several times trying to get the offer for even a free oil change to make up for the 6 weeks that I had to deal with out my car and he never offered us a damn thing.

Excellent service as is typical of my history of this locationHeadlight problems investigated well, diagnosed and resolved and also spotted wiper problem which I had not noticed. I'm very happy about that being discovered before my windshield got scratched.

THIS MEINEKE WAS AWESOME!!! I am not from that area and was there at my son's hockey tournament but I ended up with a huge nail in my tire. I was in a panic. I found them after Monroe Tire told me it would be hours before they'd get to me. I left & Saw a young man walking in the lot & asked if they changed tires. HE SAID YES!!! I told him my situation and he said no worries. We got you! I parked and went inside and everyone was so nice and helpful. Shane & Meinke saved my day!! Fixed my TIRE!! I was out in less than 15 minutes, I missed my son's game but made it back in time to pick him up!!!!! THANK YOU MEINEKE!!!!

I am always happy to do business with this store in Woodbury, NJ. Bill, the manager, and his staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy.This recent visit, I had my brakes done. I do A LOT of driving, so I knew if I took it to Bill and his crew, that they would do the job right...and they.Thanks again, Bill and crew. I never do these ratings things, but this place was bad.. I had a cat back system put on my GMC 1500.. Worst welds ever.. exhaust is leaking everywhere my tailpipe fell off within the 1st mile.. Now I have to get my brand new exhaust system repaired or replaced..Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Horrible!! My car was towed in with potential battery/electrical issues. At no point was a diagnostic performed they "assumed" it was a battery & fuses which was replaced. I was called to pick the car up and upon trying to start it the dash board or radio did not come on. I Left the car there 2 additional days. Radio still did not work. I asked for a diagnostic report. I was sent an email with a picture of my car.. My car has been experiencing hesitation since I picked it up and to date I NEVER received A diagnostic report. Lastly my car sustained rear damage while on their premises and it was filthy dirty with grease smeared throughout. I called the corporate office only to learn they are just a call center playing the middleman.I have requested multiple times a call from the owner to no avail! Do not entrust your car here..the service is the worst!!!!

Bill the GM was fantastic! My wife and I moved to the area and were looking for a car shop that offered good (and honest) service. I checked out a few shops in the area and received the best customer service experience with Bill the GM. We were quoted a price for oil change and repairs that was very fair comparatively to the other shops In the area (and better than some). What we liked best was how we received reports of when our car was started and finished. Bill also gave us a standard call before any service was rendered. To top it off we received photos of what was wrong and a link to a detailed report of our vehicles findings. I was told some things needed to be repaired by a prior shop and turned out we had more time. With this great service, price, honesty and fairness we ve definitely found our new shop in town. I would recommend this shop if you re deciding between a few places!Service: Auto maintenance

Wow what a great experience. Matt is a wise and honest technician who took the time to research and to fix my AC problem, and charged me fairly. He is a genius. I could not have asked for better service or more fair treatment and clear explanation. I cannot recommend anyone more highly!

I went to this business to see about exhaust repairs. They took the time to understand my needs and checked out the car while I was there. They told me what to expect and what they were going to do to fix the problem. They gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable so I had them do the service. They started doing the repair right away and was able to have my car back the same day as I waited. I will do business with them again in the future.I think they are reasonable with prices and seem to do a good job.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance

Once I arrived on location I was met by staff who immediately checked my car info. Into the computer and pulled my car into the garage. Once the inspection was done I was given details and pics about other safety issues regarding my veh. Thursday 5:15pm got a small bolt in my tire, first stop was Mr Tire, Manger said, " Well we are only here for another hour we MIGHT be able to get to it BUT no guarantee " we'll goodbye.Next Pep Boys, "we can fit it in tomorrow" NOPEMavis, same thing!I pulled into Meineke, "excuse me do you repair tires? " "Sure we do, what do you got?" Showed him and mechanic said "YES I CAN FIX THAT!"Well 20 mins later I'm back on the road!!!I get my oil changed there and well didn't really know if they repaired tires, we'll now I KNOW!They were AWESOME! THANKS AGAIN GUYS.
