Excellent repairs and service! I have had many repairs done by First Choice on my Grand Marquis including replacing the gas tank and car's computer. They always do a great job and provide excellent service for a good price. I would highly recommend them for repairs, tires and general maintenance.

First Choice helped me quickly with new tires after a flat tire emergency when I was in the area. They even diagnosed and fixed a problem with one of my other tires while they were at it. If I lived nearby I d come back for my next needs. Pricing was fair and team very professional. Thank you!

They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I didn't realize that it was a full service center. So I was not just buying tires but I also bought a sensor that my car needed. They are now my go to place for car Repair.Thunder within 2 mi of my apartment which makes it so much.

Excellent customer service. I got a 6 bds kit with wheels and tires. They got it done quickly and I could not be happier. Ed worked with me to find the exact look I was going for and Joe made sure I was happy with the finished product. It turned out great. Thanks guys

I've been going to first choice for a while now. Always friendly helpful and reasonable prices. Great place to go for anything you need for your car. And great people who work there. Always helpful explains everything and I've never ever had a bad experience there. If you need experience car repair service they are the place to go to.. thank you first choice for all you have done for me. Always fast efficient and reliable.. I recommend them very highly.

My experience here was great. The gentleman patiently listened to me explain what was going on with my tires, and asked me questions to make sure he had a clear understanding. He told me what would be done to my tires to identify the cause, found the issue, and fixed it. I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you

Best place around, hands down. They do it all and bring it to the table. 5 star, A+ service. Between the great prices, quick service and the over abundance of knowledge that Joe & Ed offer, you can't go wrong in getting exactly what you're looking for.You won't be sorry when you deal with them.

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment. Dropped truck off on time. Drove by 5 hours later and saw my truck was moved. I stopped to pay and pick it up. Was told that I m at the end of the line by the owner who chose to yell instead of talk. So I took my keys and left. I found another place that scheduled me to get it done for $100 cheaper. So if you like people yelling at you and overcharging you then this is the place for you. Definitely get a second quote before having them work on your vehicle. I did hear that their mechanics there are great and do excellent work. If they could just get the owner to act right.

Amazing Job! I finally found a place that were able to fix all the little issues building up that No other place cared to do right! My car never felt better driving afterwards! We are new to town and are so thankful we found a good honest place that delivers amazing results!! We will be taking all of our cars there from now on!

My back passenger back tire was losing air. It was at 4 psi. I came here they took care of me. They were up front with the price, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend my family and friends to come here.

Got my car towed here after blowing a tire on 295. Great service and price plus very quick turnaround. In and out in about 45 mins and that s with replacing both front tires. Def will be using them again for any future car issues.

Good friendly family own tire shop. The do great work for tires, suspension work etc. They do have mechanics that will offer to tackle larger jobs and engine work but I had issues with them competing that kind of work so if needed they will do what they can but I'd recommend sticking with what they are best at such as wheel, tire, suspension jobs.

I had a few things done on my 2007 f150 by this shop,including a 6 in. lift with new wheels and tires....ALL work done was above my expectations,and the work was done right the first time..They clean any area that was repaired,no left over grease or oil on or inside my truck,it`s obvious the mechanics here take pride in their work and I appreciate that..,,VERY pleased with First Choice in Woodbury..

Trustworthy, quality work performed here. No matter what I've brought in, from regular maintenance to wacky issues with used vehicles I've had in the past, these guys have been able to diagnose and replace parts at a great price and quick turnaround. Really can't ask for more than that!

Had a slow leak on one of my tires. I stopped by First Cholce and within 45 minutes I was on the road again. I ll definitely consider returning when my automotive needs arise. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommends.

These guys are LIFE SAVERS!!!!! My tire had a leak and they were able to squeeze me in right before they closed for the weekend and fixed it up within 10-15 minutes! The price was great too! I used to go to the Toyota dealership for my services but for now on I am coming here. They just earned a new loyal customer!

Great experience! I came in for tires and started with Ed behind the desk. I could tell immediately from Ed s advice how much experience he had and knew I was in good hands. I also interacted with the owner, Joe, who was very friendly and accommodating. Professional shop with great expertise. They also worked within my tight schedule. Will definitely come back.

Outstanding shop, did a level kit with wheels and tires. The staff very helpful even after I made some changes, they kept me informed of everything. Even a week later had a small problem that was not any fault of shop and corrected it at no cost. Highly recommend, my new go to shop.

I've used First Choice as my primary vehicle service center for about a decade. The owner of this place is very down to earth and seems genuinely concerned about your safety. He also at one point declined to replace a set of brake pads another provider said was desperately in need of replacement.The employees always seem to have a great amount of knowledge and are also friendly. I cannot recall a negative experience. Most importantly, My vehicles always seemed to have run well since I've started using these guys for routine service and am grateful for their services.

Called the shop upon opening at 8:30am on a Monday. I needed a tire patched from a nail. I brought the tire in, and within 30 minutes the tire was unmounted, patched, re balanced and mounted back on the car. The guy at the front desk (I think his name was Ed) was incredibly on the phone and in person. I couldn't have had a better experience. Would highly recommend for tire repairs in the future.

DO NOT FREQUENT THIS BUSINESS! I STOPPED AT THIS SHOP ON THE WAY TO THE ER and explained that my tire light came on and that I needed my tires checked. I was more then willing to replace them if necessary. The gentleman put air in all my tires and told me I had life left in my tires. Fast forward to 30 mins of driving later my tire pops in the middle of the highway. My tire was literally shredded. I called the shop just to make them aware and the response I got was okayyyy? The customer service is terrible and they clearly do not know what they are doing.

Came here with a coupon for an oil change and the guy got really moody about it and had an attitude with me the whole time. Why make coupons if you're just gonna get mad when someone uses them? Then when we got the car back, the engine light was on because they apparently sliced the intake hose and left the dipstick hanging out. Do not recommend these guys. That's shady business and completely disrespectful and unprofessional.
