Great Customer Service, always was updating me on the process of my vehicle. Quick service in and out in 20 minutes. Also having my kids can be a hassle but the manager and associate Quickly turned on the popcorn machine and by the time my car was ready, hot popcorn for the kids.. Way to go the extra mile. Will be my oil change location from now on.GREAT JOB FELLAS..

The owner and the employees were extremely friendly, informative, honest and professional. I was also able to save money thanks to the owner s thorough inspection of my vehicle. The customer service is beyond amazing and I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Jiffy Lube in Woodbridge.

Went to this location because it s close to where I work. Was happy to hear that they were black owned and can perform a wide range of services. The service guy was extremely nice and knowledgeable, it was a great experience until I got home. Upon leaving I realized that they never reset my oil sensor because it was dinging and saying 0% oil life but hey no big deal that s an easy fix. I pulled over rest it and kept on my journey. It wasn t until I was on the highway I kept hearing something rattle under the hood so once home I lifted it open and to my surprise they never put the cover back on my oil/engine it was kind of placed to the side, again no big deal I can just snap it back on right? Well, actually no, they had broken the clips to the cover and instead of telling me they just sat the cover to the side. Never again!Service: Oil change

What a pleasant experience getting an oil change. I had my 9 year old daughter with me and even she said this place is amazing! We pulled right up and they opened the garage doors and waved me up to the door. We were greeted by a kind, friendly person who then offered to take my car into the garage for me. We then had the door held open by the next kind, friendly person who offered myself and my daughter fresh popcorn, cold bottled water, coffee, tea or hot chocolate. To top it off he even offered her a lollipop. She was thrilled. We ere only there for less than 10 minutes and it was the smoothest easiest errand ever. Thank you so much to all the guys at Woodbridge Jiffy Lube! We will for sure share our experiences with everyone and we will be back!

I've been bringing my work vehicle to this location for quite some time now and I'm always satisfied with my experience there. the teams friendly, service is fairly quick. highly recommend this location for your standard car needs!

Jiffy Lube has made a name for itself for it's fast service and great customer satisfaction.I am happy to say that this particular service center didn't disappoint. As soon as you drive up to this place, a customer representative would come up and ask you for the kind of service you require from them. Once you tell them what you need, they then ask you to take a seat insdie their office and take your car for the service.I specifically went for an oil change at this location. Inside, they have a vending machine for some basic drinks and you could see the work being done to your car through the glass. The place is clean and well maintained, has a few seats for customers to sit and the entire process took only a few minutes so you won't be spending a lot of time indoors waiting for your car.They topped up all the fluids, did the oil change and inflated the tire to the correct level. They also cleaned the windows which was a good touch from their part. The synthetic oil change along with the labour charges cost me around $99 which was a little expensive but the prices are comparable to other similar service centers.

Crew was quick, friendly and professional.No complaints!See ya in a few thousand miles!I DO miss the hot dog cart out front! That nice lady was out there for years!

I came here for an oil change. I informed them many times that my car takes 5w30, but they still put 0w20. I asked them to re-do and put 5w30 as I requested. When I got home, I've noticed that there were oil leaking, so I went to the shop to get it checked out. The oil was all over the place and the filter was not properly tightened. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The team at the Woodbridge Jiffy Lube never disappoints, they are friendly, helpful and make the experience a smooth one.I had my 2 year old with me for this visit and they offered everything- water, popcorn, candy, making his time an awesome one too!

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in and out quickly however after driving for a day. I hear a chank and the loudest scraping sound... And this Fell off....I'm assuming it's a skid plate that wasn't secured down....

This place is always busy but that's a good thing, quick service as expected. Always good for me, although I know not everyone has the same experience.Either way still better than going to a Dealer service center.Happy Holidays

The staff at Jiffy Lube were professional, kind, friendly, thorough, and thoughtful. They took care of my vehicle and were very considerate to us. Angel explained everything to me and discussed my options with me and reminded me to use the coupon I had for my oil change! Will definitely go back and recommend them!

To Whom It Concerns. 2/09/2024. Jiffy Lube Woodbridge $ 15.00 coupon! No App't Needed was Busy but took me in Right Away! Offered myself & Son a Bottle of Water! Friendly! Polite! Kind! Helpful! Open and Closed Doors for me while I was using a Rollator! Very Outstanding Place to have your Oil Change!

Really great place for an oil change! The staff that works there is very kind and knowledgeable. They won t try to upsell you for services you may not need, and offer you different amenities (I.e. coffee, water, hot chocolate, etc.) as you wait. Highly recommend.

I want to strongly caution everyone against using Jiffy Lube for car services. My recent visit turned into a nightmare as they caused engine failure due to stripping my oil plug. Shockingly, they refuse to accept responsibility for the damage.Despite my attempts to resolve the issue amicably, they have been uncooperative and unprofessional. In response to their negligence, I've initiated legal proceedings against Jiffy Lube.I urge you to take your vehicle elsewhere for servicing. Jiffy Lube's lack of accountability and professionalism is alarming. My hope is that others will be spared from the ordeal I've endured.Avoid Jiffy Lube your vehicle and peace of mind deserve better treatment than what this establishment offers.

Good quick fair price reason for 4 star is young kid who works there was having alil to much fun reving my car and I heard my car in back definitely get into 2nd gear in back when he pulled it out didn't like that very much
