I've been using Glasson for many years for my car maintenance and repairs,they are very friendly and knowledgeable. They get the job done right. I highly recommend these guys.

BAD BAD BAD , Maybe one of the worst Dealerships I have ever been to, and as a reseller I have been to allot . I am more than convinced that every other review on here is a fake . Paid for or created by this crooked company!!!Not only do they try to take advantage of you, but they also engaged in unethical and possibly illegal practices.From the moment you walked onto the lot, you could tell that they were more interested in making a quick buck than helping you find the right car. They were pushy, aggressive, and didn't listen to our needs.The car was a little expensive so I asked for a lower price. In a sneaky attempt the sales person removed the warranty without my knowing and without my permission .the worst part of the experience was when I discovered that the car I purchased had significant mechanical issues that were not disclosed to me. When I brought it back to the dealership to get it fixed, they tried to blame me for the problems and refused to honor their warranty. With smiles on their faces ,This is the moment they explain they have already removed your warranty.I am furious, but who wouldn't be after robbed of thousands. Buying a car is stressful and expensive and the last things you need are dishonest, unethical, immoral people who will do whatever it takes to make a profit, even if it means taking advantage of their customers. I urge anyone reading this to steer clear of this dealership and find a reputable one instead.They have ruined a moment in my life in which I can't do anything. Its suffocating and I refused to see anyone go through that.Services: Transmission, Auto engine tuning, Auto maintenance

I urge you too look through the bad reviews for some truth rather than these seemingly fake, paid for , computer generated reviews.These guys have no respect for their customers. I was already having problems with a terrible car they sold me. It felt like I was back every month for a car I have not even driven for a full year.On this specific day , I noticed a argument going on between a customer and who seemed to be the manager.Apparently they dealership sold him a bad car , they removed his warranty with out him knowing forcing him to pay 3000 to get it fixed. He screamed that he paid and the problem contained to occur . A couple of workers almost seemed to gang up on him as the manger said they refused to fix the problem that this customer already paid for.Im not one for emotions but my heart broke for this individual .he was young ,serious , and furious. Not to mention he was Black , and as soon as he raised his voice they called the police. THIS IS WHEN I GOT MAD.This establishment is disgusting

The people at this business are exactly what we look for in a repair shop, Honesty and Great quality service. I had Brakes done on one visit and today I had the tune up on my V-6 Toyota Camry, not an easy job by any means, the intake manifold has to come off to get to the back of the engine. The quality is unmatched by any other shops I have used. If you need Honest service at a fair price, give these people a try, you won't be disappointed. 5*****Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair

i found myself having so many issue with Glassons since i first bought my car from their lot in February.i was constantly bringing it back for minor problems for months. but now my vehicle hasn t been able to even be on the road since June,In July, i took it back to the shop & spent a couple hundred dollars to get a part replaced only to find out; that wasn t the issue. Glassons held my car for about 3 weeks after that only to tell me Bob doesn t want to discuss the car anymore . he was refusing there was an issue with it & to come get it.Now, again, i am stuck paying for a car that can t drive while i look for a better business that can actually fix it right the first time .don t understand how this place can be overpriced, have a bad attitude, and still not even do the job correctly.

Before using Glasson's, I had a mechanic that I used since I was driving. I had always stated with him because I knew and trusted him and had a relationship over the years. Once I got married, I had recommended him to my wife and in-laws. However, he decided to retire and now it was time to find a new mechanic. Yuck. This is about as fun as looking for a new job and interviewing. Luckily, I knew my neighbor had used the same mechanic and he recommended Glasson's to me. As with anything I was worried about many things including trusting them for pricing but more importantly, quality work. Well I have been going to Glasson's now for over 10 years and now I have another good relationship with a mechanic shop. I've gotten to know the owners and some of the mechanics there and everyone is nice and I trust the work. If anything is not right after they work on your vehicle, they will take care of it. They won't just do work without telling you the cost and their recommendations about doing it.Another good example of good customer service was on my last time there with my old Dodge Ram. I had them do a bunch of front end work and other stuff which was pricey, but worth it. After I got it back, I had some issues, but not related to the work they had just preformed. Since I had just spent a lot of money, they worked with me on the price of the new repairs needed. Needless to say, I was very happy that they did that, because they didn't have to. If all mechanics were like the people at Glasson's, the public would not mistrust mechanics by default.I highly recommend them if you are in the area. Even if you are not close, it is worth the trip to get quality work done right the first time.

After reading the other reviews, I saw one that bothered me. I have to say that THIS IS MY PHOTO, and I AM NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!! Just got home from having an oil change, and transmission leak repaired. DROPPED OFF THIS MORNING....Ready for pick up at 2:30PM. Running like a champ!!!Wonderful family owned and run business for generations, where the mechanics and office workers still take pride in what they do, knowing they are placing their name and reputation on every job, large or small.I'm amazed at their organization, and ability to meet reasonable time estimates, while doing superb work.Of course, after many years of doing this, they do have the knowledge and experience to spot potential problems, and will let you know about them, giving you a date that would be best to have the work done by if it is not an urgent problem that can wait until the next oil change etc.The prices are very reasonable, the work exceptional!! And a BIG PLUS you don't often find these days, they always find the time to explain everything done, needed, etc, in great detail, being sure non-mechanic-types like myself fully understand, and as I wrote earlier, you never have to worry about picking up your car just to find something you didn't ask for was done, leaving you wondering if you really needed it, as I have had happen a few times at other places. They simply recommend. If you want to get a second opinion, they never pressure to do it NOW.Just a GREAT experience!!!A place you could send your daughter or son with their first car and not worry about them not being treated right.A++++++++ Business!!!!!

I used glasson in the past because it was recommended by others in the community. I needed an oil change so figure I go back. I scheduled the oil change with them, when I called they said they couldn t see me until 2 weeks. I said ok put me down for that day, he didn t specify a time so I specifically asked, the person on the phone said come any time in the morning . I showed up at 9:30am on the day specified, they said they couldn t see me because I came too late. I told them they said come anytime in the morning. Apparently 9:30 is not considered morning and they claimed they wouldn t have said that, insinuating that it s my fault. Then he proceed to say come the following Monday by 8am. Again didn t even bother to properly schedule an appointment or write anything down. I m not gonna argue with them so I just said ok and walked out, took my business to the shop across the street from them, they couldn t see me right away but at least they gave me a time that same day to return and took care of me. Will not be taking my business to Glasson anymore.Services: Auto brake replacement, Oil change

They are the best! They always take care of their customers and don't try to force extra repairs on you. We've been coming here for our car repairs for years and never had a bad experience. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely exceptional service. I went here a few months ago to get a starter replaced ASAP in an emergency, every other shop in town turned me down but the owner at glassons assured me they would take care of it. My car was finished promptly and the quality was exceptional, everyone in the office was very pleasant and they didn t even up the price because of the rush job. I would recommend this shop to absolutely everyone, especially if you are a woman afraid of being upcharged like some other shops do. Excellent work, very trustworthy, they have my business for life

they are not upfront about the condition of the cars they sell. They will hide defects, cosmetic damage, and other issues that will become apparent once you start driving the car. When you confront them about these issues, they will deny responsibility and blame you for not noticing them earlier.This will cost you so much in the long runServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Engine repair

I was referred to Glassons by someone who had previous dealings with them. I live in Florida and was purchasing a used car for my daughter who lives in PA. As you can imagine, nor being to be able even view the car in person or inspect it, I really needed to work with someone I could trust. I was assured by the referring person that I could... Glassons gave me a very fair price on a used car, they did some work to the car that was great and worked with me knowing I was out of State. I would have no hesitation dealing with them again or recommending them to anyone looking for a used car or automotive repair! Thank you, everyone at Glassons!was

We were on our way to our vacation destination and something came loose underneath our car. We googled car repair shops and this business came up as a choice. We called and they were very helpful. When we arrived, they took our car in right away and we waited in the lobby which was clean and organized. The staff offered us food and conversation. 10 minutes later they had fixed the loose bolts and sent us on our way. They wouldn't allow us to pay for the minor repair. If we lived nearby I would be a loyal customer. What a pleasure.

I don't go anywhere else, I'm good friends with a guy who used to work there when he was younger as a mechanic, he told me that they are legite and honest, that was 10 years ago. I travel from Millstone because I just trust them. Email me if you think this is BS. I was a cop in town and I sent everyone who's car broke down here as a recommendation when they asked. They we're all super happy when they used them. They are the real deal honest guys in the business and they know their stuff. They'll do anything to save you money.

Went to get the engine light checked. They fixed it and said it shouldn't come on again. After spending $1000 and waiting 1 week the light turned on again!! They also cracked my bumper and broke my tail light!!!. They didn't tell me!!! SCAM!!!! I know about the light because the new one has a different brand.

I had several indicator lights come on in my car so I was worried. Took it to AutoZone and they read the code and then were nice enough to recommend Glassons to me since I'm new to the area. I called and they were able to fit me in quickly. They were very honest and upfront about pricing and service was very good. I will go to them again in the future.

Myself and several people I know have bought vehicles from these guys and we all bring our cars here for any service we might need and now I don't go anywhere else. I went to the same place for years and even though my old mechanic is still very good, I can't help but to keep coming back here. These guys are thee best

These guys saved our vacation. We were driving on 95 on our way to DC and all of a sudden our car started making a load noise. Our stomachs dropped because we thought our vacation was over. I called the closest shop just to get advice. I never thought they would take us in , fix it up , and get us back on the road so quickly. Some of the best people you could hope to find if your looking to get your car repaired. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great place and great people. Always fair and accommodating. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else to have work done. Great place to purchase and service your vehicles.

I like these guys because they are honest and they charge you according to how much time they spend on the job instead of just charging you what the book says the job should take. If the job takes a 1/2 hour, you get charged for half hour. That's probably why they are so busy every time you go there and why they have been in business for over 20 years

Great service. The mechanics here are honest and I trust them with my car big time. As a woman, I get manipulated and taken advantage of when it comes to auto repair/ maintenence. Glassons is the ONLY place I will take my car. Thank you Glassons Auto.
