Traveled from NY to get my civic tuned.They were professional and the technician was trying many different options to see if they can gain power however they could really care less considering my civic was not a fast one like they have.I have a 2.0 not much out there for power gains but I m only leaving this review because My ktuner v2 cable that connects to my ecu came into Clm motor sports brand new and I know that because I have to unplug it and plug it back in when I turn my car on and off to set the screen for the v2.I noticed on my drive home that the cable that connects to the Ktuner device had no metal piece on and was actually broken.The technician did not notify me about that and I m a little bit mad because my Ktuner wire started smoking because the metal piece was stuck in the device now forcing me not to be able to use my Ktuner until a new obd wire ships to my house.Very unprofessional not telling me that they broke it considering the money I spend to get my car tuned.
