My experience with Sullivan was amazing. I got what I wanted with no problem. Jason G. is the man to see at Sullivan. He was great, explained everything to me and was very patient. I recommend Sullivan for a car and Jason G for a salesman.

John Egbert was such a great help. He was patent and kind. John made sure that he gave us the best service. He even let us do another test drive right before the last signature to ensure we didn t have any doubts about our decision. Such a nice guy. Would definitely refer.

Horrible !! Stay away !! Sold us a complete piece of junk !! Had the car 1 month and the car has been inoperable for almost the entire month because the incompetent service department. However, I can t blame it completely on them because it starts at the top - literally the top floor of the office. The owners won t ever come down to discuss the situation instead they watch you from cameras from the second floor of the office and tell their staff to advise disgruntled customers that they aren t in the office.They sold us a lemon and now they won t do right by their mistake. They won t return calls and they won t even help us to get into another vehicle. To make matters even worse, Bill, the service manager is borderline racist. The entire company is a joke. We aren t asking for anything more than for Sullivan Motors to do the right thing !!

Nick was great. I went online, found a vehicle that I liked, inquired about it online, nick phoned me right away, we set up a time, he valued my trade, was very knowledgeable of the car I wanted, and we put a deal together.
