Cannot say enough good things about how my wife and i were treated. I have be purchasing Ford priducts since 1969, and yhis is by far tge best experienced i had. I cannot say enough good things about my salesman Junior. He went above and beyond to help us. Thanks again i will be telling all my friends and relatives, if they wish to purchase a Ford product go to your facility and ask for Junior. THANKS ALOT. , RON COMUSO

Rick was very helpful in understanding everything the car came with(packages wise) and he made everything feel smooth and easy sailing, will definitely be coming back to see him if he is still here for my next vehicle I purchase

Wow, what an experience, a non pressure, non haggling place. My sales guy was Colin, I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend and all my wants. Man he hit a homerun, he was able to work all my wants in and at a great price. He also told me if he didn't have something on his lot that met my wants he could certainly find it. Well thanks Colin I am very happy with my new Chevy!!! Will tell all my friends and relatives!!!

First time there and it was a very pleasant experience, got an oil change and on my way within an hour! Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff!

I didn't like the idea, when you call and explain your problem, with my truck, and your told anything to get you to come in, then you get there and told something, completely different you ask for the service manager, and he tells you different ! How would you feel?? Come to find out from other service department that I called around, that there is no fix at this time! For the reprogram. Other dealers know about it, came out and said it right away!! I wasted time, fuel , and aggravated for rest of the day!! When this could of been avoided!!

Been dealing with this dealership since 2011. I have had nothing but great experiences with sales & service depts. I drove 1 hour to this facility and now living in Maryland I scheduled my service appointments when I'm back in NJ because they have earned my trust.

Service department is great, personal are friendly and efficient. Salesman Wayne who sold me my Cruze sold me my 2002 blazer new. He even sends anniversary texts to my Cruze which I have had for 3 years this November. Just too bad GM can't get a replacement for my Blazer correct! The new blazer just doesn't work for me.

I had really good experience with a Gentilini Motors. Recently I bought a car over there. I got really good and a professional help from Emil. Atmosphere there is good and every employee is really helpful. I recommend it to everybody!

Gentilini Parts is always knowledgeable and helpful. If they don't have the part they can usually get it in 2 days. Cheapest oem parts dealer around. My go to for oem.

Have had several problems with the used 2015 Explorer I bought. Had to fight to get them to fix a problem that the vehicle had from the time I drove it off the lot & then they asked for my deductible when I picked it up. Had to get approval a 2nd time. Not extremely happy with service or my salesman...a couple things he told me weren't true.

Stopped in there a few times looking for a used truck they had a few trucks I liked with the engine size I needed but we couldn't come up with a price then I wanted to pay so I kept looking

TIRES FELL OFF TRUCK!!!!! I brought my truck in for service. Had the oil changed and tires rotated. I made it half a mile down the road when the tire came off my truck.

I was far from home with car failure, they took it in immediately to assess the problem. Fortunately the fix was not too complex and they got it done in one day.

If you book an oil change that's all you will get no other service can be rendered have to make another appointment for anything else needed
