I have purchased my cars from Gentilini for the past 20 years I can not say enough about this dealership!! I have dealt with Buster and now Jayson with my last lease they are the most helpful, kind, professional and accommodating people you could ever work with. From beginning to end Jayson made my experience seamless and enjoyable. I recommend Gentilini to everyone and they have helped other friends and family members previously. I would give them 10 stars if I was able to!!

This is a fantastic place to purchase either a Ford (I purchased a 2011 Ford Edge) or a Chevy!! The salesman I worked with to buy my 2024 Chevy Trax LT, Colin Lally, was great! He answered my questions, called me when there was a Trax available so I could test drive it. I decided that it was the car for me and that I wanted it in Crimson Metallic:-) I had to wait while it traveled across the Pacific. He kept me abreast of where my car was in it's journey to Woodbine! He always got back tome when I had a question. I highly recommend this dealership!!

They were very flexible with me and my situation and couldn t be more thankful for it. Felt like I was buying a car from a friend, that s how welcome I felt walking in there. My purchase two weeks ago of a Traverse with Colin could not have been a more pleasant experience. Going from a 2009 Trailblazer with no safety features to a Traverse was overwhelming. Colin was kind, showing great patience. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle and no pressure to understand the many options. His constant assurance that my comfort and happiness with the car were most important. Great job, great guy!Lyn Higgins

I bought a used car at Gentilini Chevrolet and Tom Remaley was my go to. He connected me with Jason Hunter and I ve never experienced a more professional car buying experience ever. Both these guys are the standard by which all others should be measured. Seriously. Low pressure. Informative. Understanding. And complete professionals and I got a great deal on a great little car.

After car shopping all summer, my husband and I decided to go with an Equinox. Everyone at Gentilini was friendly and helpful to us. Wayne Sedberry was an amazing salesman. He was patient with our questions and did a tremendous job answering all of our questions. We were thrilled when our car arrived earlier than expected. Our pick up appointment was effortless as we signed papers and learned about the features in the car. We love Gentilini and will most definitely be back again.

Wayne Sedberry is hands down the best car salesman I've ever come across. None of that typical salesy stuff Wayne's straight up and honest.I was scouting for a Bolt EUV in July, looking all over the state. Wayne reached out, we had a quick chat, and bam, he ordered the car for me. Kept me posted on the whole deal from the car being built to rolling up at the dealership.Come pickup day, Wayne had me in and out of there in under an hour. No surprises, no funny business just the exact price we talked about back in July.If you're on the hunt for a car and want a real, no-nonsense experience, Wayne Sedberry is your guy. Solid dude who knows his stuff. Highly recommend.

Anyone in the market for a Chevy, PLEASE go see the guys at Gentilini! I was in search of a 24 Chevy Trax and was able to put a deposit on a newly produced one. Rick was my go to through the journey from production to delivery. He took my calls with patience and kept me updated when timelines were pushed back (the nature of the beast with these particular models) when it came time to purchase, Mason was there to guide me through the process. He was informative, kind and relatable. I cannot stress how thankful I am for the Gentilini team. This was my first Chevy purchase, and these guys absolutely make me want to stay in the Chevy family for a long time. The absolute BEST car buying experience I have ever had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I travel to Gentilini as it's near our shore home. Their service for breaks has always been 200-300 less than the dealer by my home in PA. I do think the vehicles sales side of the house is high in comparison to other dealers but always nice to deal with.

Wayne was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gave best estimate timelines and the car was delivered on time. I will be dealing with him and Gentilini again in the future for what would be my 3rd car purchased from them.

I purchased a 2023 Equinox premier from Gentilini Chevrolet and I am completely thrilled with the entire transaction. Wayne Sedbury was very professional and walked me through the process. He was extremely helpful in explaining the car and its features as well as all the paperwork. I would highly recommend Gentilini Chevrolet.

Our first meeting was with Jamie that was our best experience. Extremely nice and efficient. Answered all our questions. Then the wait... The wait factored into our dropping from 5 to 4 stars. If we were just judging the wait they would have gotten 1 star, but that fault does not belong to the dealership, it belongs to Chevrolet. Then having to change to a different model of the same vehicle, because the wait would have even been longer...From there Rick kept us informed from the time our car started being built at the factory, through it's delivery. Extremely happy with our new Tahoe z71 car.

Purchased a 2023 Chevy Colorado after finding it online. Rick was very helpful showing us the vehicle and walking us through the process. Friendly staff and the relaxed atmosphere in the showroom made for an all around good experience.

My experience was absolutely amazing! Collin did a fantastic job from start to finish. He was attentive to what I needed and understood everything I asked. He explained all the details of the car in language that I could understand. I will recommend Collin over and over again. He was superb! Thanks to Gentilini and Collin.

So I was there last week and I had the worst experience that I have ever experienced at a car dealership. My salesman was Rick and he was very rude at times during my visit there. I found a suv I liked and he was just very rude to my son and I. I wanted to test drive the car I got my license out and he starched it out of my hand in a very aggressive way. I wanted to use my current car as a trade in and I was trying to explain to him the issues with my current car and he responded with an attitude saying he didn t need to know all that he wasn t the one appraising the car. I responded by telling him that I was just trying to give him heads up, he responded again with an attitude. I ended up not getting the car because my payments would be too high. They gave me a horrible deal on current car trying to rip me off. Later that night I realized that Rick never gave me my Registration back from current car. I called the next morning to let him know I would come and pick it up and he tells me that he mailed it., which I found odd that he wouldn t have called me to tell me I left it there instead of mailing it. Now 5 days later he called me telling me it s been there all weekend. I said but you told me you mailed it, so here I could had picked up the registration when I originally called about it! Rick is so ignorant and doesn t know what the heck he is doing. Rick is the biggest clown I have ever met! I m so annoyed. If you go here, stay away from Rick!

They used to have a great service department, but not anymore. They can t even handle a simple brake pad replacement. Never had a single problem with my car until they replaced the front brake pads. Now it squeaks and makes a grinding noise every now and then, but never when they have it. Put over 50 miles on my car in three days (to check the brakes), but could apparently never make them squeak. They did it for me 10 minutes after picking it up, and the next day .and the day after that
