The single star can only be attributed to the fact that they did in fact put tires on my car and balance it BUT the process to get the tires and their customer service is completely atrocious!! And not to mention there was an additional 50$ added to the bill upon pick up; when I questioned it they offered to take the tires off if that was all I was "willing to pay for!" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Very unprofessional...one day this guy tells me he can get anything just let him know I showed him a tire I want to order and he says yes he can do it...and it ll maybe be a day for a new tire and he works on all types of cars..Mercedes, Acura , and trucks as well and does it all I walk in and he s sitting along with a friend or co worker both very well intoxicated watching TV...so I ask for a price on a new tire then asks me what kind and size because it ll take a day I told him that s fine so I give him the info and he tells me very nervously it ll probably take a day so once again I told him that s ok how much will it cost then he replies well idk if I can get that tire so I replied can you order any other name brand in that size it doesn t matter what brand it is and he looks at me nervously and intoxicated and says no idk and does not bother to check or find out when I gave him the info so I walked out..I cannot trust someone intoxicated like that and confused working on my car very bad experience unprofessional..

Dave goes out of his way to make sure that everything's taken care of in a timely manner and is 100% upfront, can't ask for more than that
