I walked in at 3:30PM and was told they are closed for the day and don t take any more walk in. However, Timing they posted at the store says 7 PM closing time. They don t answer the phones either at 3:30. Someone was calling the store and no one answered. They don t take an appointment either, I was told appointment should be at least 7 days after. Rude staff. Not professional, need some basic training again

I get there at 7am when they open just for an oil change. It s supposedly first come first serve . Me and 2 other people are in the waiting room. After 3.5 hours of waiting I ask the guy how much longer and he says there s 5 other cars in front of me and it will take 4-5 more hours. Meanwhile as I m waiting I see a couple get their car taken care of who came way after me. The place is understaffed and the people there lack communication skills. Never go to Walmart for your auto repairs. There s plenty of reputable auto shops along route 130, and they will communicate with you too.

Worst services in Mercer County area. No way to finish your auto care services on time. we are here 7 people & every single one have same issue. They have to change the management or do something better.

East Windsor, New Jersey Walmart automotive is the worst run automotive center I have ever experienced in my entire life. They are rude, understaffed and take hours to do things that should be done in a third of the time I would recommend going to another Walmart automotive just not the one in East Windsor. NJ

Came in for a basic high mileage oil change. Waited almost two hours just for them to start service and then another 45 minutes for the oil change. There was one car ahead of us getting a battery changed (which took them over an hour to do). Just go somewhere else and pay a little more for an oil change.

You do not find any one to repair if you reach after 5 pm. Be there by latest by 4.30 PM. Morning times are better. Less Crowded

Worst walmart auto center ever. They are super lazy. They don't accept cars 1 hour after they open and ask you to go to Hamilton branch or come back next day. I changed oil and tires there and next day the engine splash cover fell down while driving and the tires warning light also went off. They don't care about your safety. Horrible mechanics !!

I booked an appointment for replacement of tires which I already ordered online and i got appointment for 7am I come here before 7am but i couldn t find any one at the front till 8am after that one person showed up and he was so rude he doesn t even know how to speak with customers and he was saying me that no I can t do anything you have to wait till 9am because I don t have any working with me i am alone so I asked him why did you booked my appointment for 7am then if you don t have enough staff he didn t say anything he was just saying I can t do anythingI wanted to ask the Walmart where is the manager and if something happens with the customers whom they should contact to get out with this problem because i saw so many review that customers are provided but no response from Walmart team

Took tire off and put one back on.After reading some of the negative reviews that are mostly on the 5 hour oil changes my advice change it yourself ya bums.Don't have a lift then ya find a curb and pop a tire up on it and shimmy under it.If you don't know how, YouTube.Don't have the oil or filter, my brother in christ you have been sitting next to it for "all day".Y'all probably just nagging on here for handouts.

Wouldn't be that bad if it didn't take 2.5 hours for a oil change. Unbelievably bad, but nobody seems to care. I absolutely believe every bad review they received.I'm being extremely generous giving 2 stars.

After using the Hamilton Walmart in the morning...went back later...the techs refused to work at 400pm to correct their mistake...they close at 600pm...the techs said to go to East Windsor...East Windsor polite and accommodating...

Recommend making apt in advance to make the auto center process seamless... as this is Walmart and they are notorious for long lines and not enough staff.I made apt week in advance and had all new tires put on in under hour. Granted, I was first apt of the day. At the last minute I decided to throw in oil change with no hassle from staff.Received notification when my car was started on and when it was finished via text. Nice to have the update .Waiting area is available inside however it would be nice to have table outside to sit. Safety precaution as well due to virus

It was just an oil change and minor tire issue (air pressure). The service and price were good. But they recorded a wrong oder meter that I needed the accurate number. Then, I also found a noticeable 2" wide scratch on the body of my car (just above the driver side rear tire). I check the scratches and dents few times every day, and there was no such a scratch before bringing into Walmart Auto Center. They need to be very careful. I am very disappointed.

Thomas was working on my lexus for oil change, he tried to not to take the job, came up with lame excuses such as we don't have a filter for lexus, then he said it's going to 2.5 hours. I was like I've been here before a couple of times. I'm usually in & out in 1 to 1.5 hoursThe kept asking for help from his Co workers and nodding his head as if he didn't know what he was doing.He made my car dirty, put oily fingers on my car, and steering wheel, didn't reset maintenance required alert and put a wrong info sticker on windshield .So, please avoid getting your vehicle done if he's assigned to do anything

Got to this location at 8am, I was ignored by the staff for 2 hours, while there employee walked around confused and blatantly ignored me. To finally telling me to come back the next day, or wait 6hrs.Inexcusable customer service.... The employee name is John.Now it's 15 minutes to 1, and I'm being told they will look at my car. 5 hr wait for a oil change

I ordered a set of tires and came to install it on site. They charged for installation and tpms reset. I have not much idea about tpms, but the tire pressure on dashboard keeps coming out. I went to the Honda dealership, where I usually get my service and they told me that all four TPMS sensors completely disappeared.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRES. Bought tires in December 2021 and as of March 2022 (3 months) they have been going flat. I have had several visits there within a 3 months span to patch these tires. I also purchased a warranty. Tires should only be patched no more than once yet they still continued to patch my tires and they continued to go flat. Today I went again and told them to replace my rear tire and do not patch it again spoke to management Stephanie with the botched tattoo on her arm who did not want to speak to me. And pretended she on the phone. When I received my vehicle back the tire was in the SAME condition that I gave it to them instead they replaced a front tire that had a new tire on it! Which means they lied on the paper work that they checked the tire pressure of all the tires because had whoever bird brained individual did that this would have never happened. Please do not go here customer service is mid-grade.

So slow. Was there before 7 to be "first in, first out" as they told me, and they didn't even start my car for an hour and a half. Did another car before mine that came in after me. I was here on 2 separate occasions, both times it was clear no one is trying to break a sweat. 2 rear tires took an hour. 2 front tires took 2 hours. I'm just glad I only have 4 wheels. $40 cheaper than Mavis for better tires, techs are polite, but bring a snack and a pillow and clear your schedule.

Had a nail in my tire, caused a flat so I took it in. Had a 3 hour wait time, called me back to tell me there was no leak. I showed them the nail which they could not find and he proceeded to tell me that there was no leak coming from that spot. Took my tire back and had a leak very next day. When I took it back to the guy he said that there was no leak so he could not work on it. Very nasty guy, bad customer service all around. If there is a nail in your tire and it went flat the next day, there is a leak. If that's how they handle a simple flat you can be sure I would never use them for anything serious. His name was gru or something like that, was not wearing a badge and did not want to write down his name.

Worst experience I ve ever experienced. I will never be back here again . Understaffed. Guy took his lunch break while doing an oil change , the mechanic doing my tires seems to have little to no experience whatsoever. It s been over two hours for two tires The assistant manager working the desk is the rudest lady I've ever met.

Best Experienced I've ever had. Everyone was willing to go the extra mile. The Manager Steve was extremely helpful and caring and helped me in any way he could. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend this Walmart Tire and Lube to anyone. Fast, friendly service with knowlegable Managers.

Came this morning Walmart at store 3266. The Employee at the Walmart Auto Service very rude and rough to all the customers. The customer in front of me was asked to leave. I too wasn t treated nicely. At least 4 of the customers left one after the other.

Ordered tires on walmart.com and installed at the East Windsor store. Appointment next day, first in and was out in 90 mins. Danilo and his crew were very professional. Would recommend taking an appointment and avoid the queue

Walmart has everything you need for your car. I took the car there to Get new tires and breaks aswell. They employee explained every step in detail and I was able to sit by and watch it done. What a wonderful experience.. Usually auto shops try getting over in women but not here. There was no deception what so ever. I recommend highly.

Ordered some tires and got a great deal by buying online. Tires were nearly twice the price in store for the dame make model and size. Had Wal-Mart do the install. Ive heard horror stories about having any repairs dine at Wal-Mart. The tech seemed old school and appeared to talk the talk so I decided what the heck...do it up. Took forever waiting for the first two people to be helped at the counter. When it was finally my turn the guy working the counter was so slow to input the info and maybe even had a cigarette break while he ran outside to check a few things with my car, plate #, and mileage...that took about 10 mins!..?! But anyway he finally comes back in and then accidentally deleted all the info he Took forever to input. By now everyone on line was moaning and mumbling some mean things under their breath. I stayed calm to allow the guy to feel calm enough to do it all over without losing his mind. Once that part was thru the install tool about an hour for all four tires. Its been about a week and so far no issues. I'd go again for tires not repair cuz I work on my own car...just not during a busy time

Best prices on tires from doing comparison shopping. Also installation and road hazard warranty actually honored here. Have had bad experiences elsewhere. Wal-Mart replaced a punctured tire no question no games. Also includes lifetime rotation

I am a returning customer. Three days in a row! Three days they have not been accepting jobs. I am ticked off that the attendant could not understand english she was playing a joke as if I was speaking a different language. They need a new mechanic or one that actually does his job. I would not mind dropping my car off for 1 day, but this is extremely unprofessional.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. If I could rate it a 0, I would. The whole point of an oil change is to repeal and replace the old oil. I was confident they did the oil change. Two days later my car was telling me I had to review the oil. I check the oil, ABSOLUTELY NO OIL. What kind of bs is that? On top of that you cant ask them for anything without them looking at you as if you were dumb. Hate the employees at this location.

Recently I installed my tires and oil change in Walmart east Windsor nj. The oil chose was done and the protective cover was not closedThey lost the bolts. (Careless reply was given when questioned ). There was no refilling of fluids and the inspection as stated in WalmartWebsite. I ordered for air filter replacement and super replacement they did not do it. In fact I dropped the cat at 9 in the morning and picked up at 5 in the evening. Very bad service. Better Walmart update their website than misleading the consumer
