I M A BIT APPREHENSIVE IN LEAVING A WELL DESERVE REVIEW ONLY BECAUSE ..I WANT TO BE ABLE TO GET MY VEHICLES SERVICED WITHOUT ANY DELAY AND PHONE CALLS ANSWERED .(You Gotta See How Busy The Servicemen and Owner COOL OSCAR Are, Which Is Thee Only Smudge Upon This Business Which Causes Them Often The Inability To Answer Phone-Calls Expeditiously But, Such A Smudge Is Patiently Over Looked Because, Their Mechanical Work , Fees and Courtesies Are Reassuring Of Common Business Ethnics and Decencies !PLEASE, PLEASE , PLEASE SOLUTIONS WORKSHOP AUTOREPAIR .. Amazing place all around. They took me right away for a synthetic oil change. Upon working on my car they also suggested a tire rotation that was way over due. On top of that they fixed my air conditioning. All the work was done in 45 minutes and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Solutions Workshop.Thank you.

If I could give zero stars i would. How they conduct business is awful. Communication is awful. They don t know how to pick up the phone and it s impossible to get updates on the car. They do extra work on your car without speaking to you and expect you to pay when you pick it up. Avoid at all costs. Incredibly unprofessional and not reliable.

Oscar is very honest with his work. He knows in and out of cars, and charges reasonably for the work he does. This is very rare among other mechanics out there that try to overcharge you.Do check them out and talk to Oscar when you are there.

Their business practices are questionable at best. I could not reach them on the phone. They hung up on me. I was never given an estimate. I never authorized any work. When they finally did answer the phone, I was told the car was ready. "It was nothing". Price given was way too much. I finally negotiated it down slightly (was still way too high for "nothing"). They threatened to undo the work that was never authorized if I didn't agree to pay their inflated rate. (Essentially holding my car for ransom). Then, the invoice had one price, but I was charged another.

I took my car here one time because of the proximity - they were negotiating a price when I told them it was too much, because they said it was a simple job - I left and went somewhere else. On another note, I live extremely close to this business and I can hear these guys at night past 9 or 10pm partying loud, playing music and revving engines. It's like a club scene. During the day they play soccer in the back. Totally unprofessional and shows they really truly don't care about their business. Not surprised another reviewer wrote a scathing review about their service on the weekend. That's their prime party time. AVOID!!!

DO NOT bring your vehicle here. STAY AWAY! I'm on my 3rd try with them because they are local to me, very convenient, the one guy is nice and my 1st experience was OK. 2nd experience was borderline, they messed up my wife's brake caliper and I had to have another shop fix . 3rd time going this weekend, rear pads / rotors on my car, simple job, they quote, said pick it up Saturday by 5pm. I leave my #, said call if any issues... no call so I go at 5pm to pick-up and my car wasn't touched. I should've taken it back then and said forget it, but this guy promised me he'd come in on Sunday AM and do the work, I can pick-up by noon. I just went and nobody is there. And now I can't even get my car keys and get my car back. So one of the younger guys there blatantly lied to me, twice... very dishonest and now I'm stuck without a car Monday morning. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes

I dropped off my car this morning. There has been no communication. I have called several times and have been hung up on twice. Work was done without giving me an estimate and when I argued he said he will take everything he did off the car. Worst vehicle repair experience EVER! This is no way to run a business.

I brought a car here, to get the check engine light and the codes fixed and received repairs on things that did not need to get fixed. I felt scammed, after driving my car after the repairs 40-50 miles later my car stopped while driving and i had to get it towed, when I brought it to another shop they told me that the head gasket was blown and the cylinder 3 and 2 are misfired. Not professional at all, poor quality etc. Run far away from this company.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Battery
