I have had my car worked on by Ola and Ken at Midas many times and they are the only mechanics I trust to work on my very difficult mini. The shop is amazing and well priced. Timing is always perfect and having a woman run the store is very comforting and amazing to see. So glad I have found this place.

I had a blowout on the NJ Turnpike - A female on her own, WOW! what an experience.This Midas is conveniently located minutes from NJ Turnpike off of exit 8 on US 130. These guys were the best! Ken was accommodating, helpful & honest - giving me his best recommendation. Long overdue I decided to purchase all four tires. He took his time to find matching tires, for the width of my front and rear tires are different.Keeping in mind I was an unexpected customer, he immediately accommodated me, order the tires from the warehouse and I was on my way in a little under 2 hours.This was such a pleasant & seamless experience that I decided to get my oil changed on my way back down from NY. Thanks again Ken

Wonderful customer service. The whole staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and I always feel like my car is in good hands. Ola at the front desk is personable and friendly from start to finish. Scheduling is a breeze and their recommendations are realistic. Couldn t recommend this location more!

Great experience at Midas in East Windsor. They were able to see me and finish work quickly, saved me some money compared to what dealership wanted to charge, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Recommend highly and will take future business there.

I called for new tires on a Saturday morning, but they were not in stock. The team at Midas drove out to pick them up so they could be installed that same day. Super fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Midas was able to identify and fix the problem I was having with my truck within 24 hours, when the dealership couldn't even identify the problem after having my truck for 4 days! This business is terrible in terms of their commitment and work. We called up this morning to replace a tire and got a quote, they kept us waiting for a long time and then quoted us a price much higher with various taxes and fees added on. The best thing was that they completely denied proving the quote itself. We changed somewhere else but we re disappointed with the rude behavior of the front desk associate. Do yourself a favor and try and find somewhere else to service your car.

Great service, courteous staff! Will definitely be back. I had a simple oil change and then an overall checkup, so nothing extensive or pricey. But Midas was great!!

I had a good experience at Midas in East Windsor route 130 the service was excellent, Ola at the service department explained what issue I had with my car I felt very confident my car was in good hands thank you I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Sal, Ola, and team are outstanding! Extremely friendly and will take the time to listen to your issues/concerns. Sal sat with me for about 45 minutes researching a part with me in the office. The workmanship is extraordinary and the work on my truck was done right the first time (and even if there was an issue it would be corrected with no problem).Parts installed:Borla S-type exhaustFox 2.0 2 leveling kit (front coil overs and rear shocks)Mopar 2 upper control armsHelwig rear sway bar (center position)

Went here three separate occasions and everytime it s an issue. Today was my last time. Went in to get 2 tires replaced with brand new ones. They take my car and have it for about an hour, I m thinking they re changing my tires. Nope. They gave me an oil change I didn t ask for. After they told me they did that (which was a fault on their end but I m not upset yet because it was a free oil change.) We went about talking about the tires until he told me it would be $576 to change two tires. Is $576 for 2 tires not insane? I politely decline annd just ask for the car back. After all that, I finally get my car back and there s an emergency message across my dashboard that wasn t there 2 hours ago. Now I have to get up at 7am to take my car all the way to Toyota to fix this mess. I can t believe I wasted an hour and a half to leave with more problems than I walked in with. We were so pleased with our experience at Midas. The ease of getting an appointment and the great, professional service we received. We brought 2 of our cars for oil changes and one of our cars needed a complete muffler system.Took only a couple hours to complete everything. We would like to thank Ola & Sal for making our experience at Midas a great one. We will continue using Midas for all our cars.

Came in without an appointment but they took my car pretty quickly. Got an oil change and some filters replaced plus they looked at my leaking tire and fixed it. Overall would very much recommend.Update: Took my car back for some shaking and noises. They diagnosed it quick, got it fixed and back to me in two days. Awesome work as always and now my go to place for any car maintenance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Do yourself a favor if your engine light goes on and go to a place that will take the 5 min to read the code for free. Not 200 bucks. Autozone among many. Nothing that can be said of a business taking advantage-especially of senior citizens who are on a fixed income. The sad part is they would have made their money repairing it. You lost 3 customers here. There is no way to defend such a disgrace practice no in between here. Bye!

I was so impressed with how I was treated at Midas. Mechanic was Sal, and he did a great job. But most of all, I was so well treated by the front desk person, Ola. She knew I had a very pressing appointment that day and she called me a taxie which was paid for by Midas, so I would be able to make my appointment. I don t think there are very many businesses that would do that for you. I will always go back there for all my cars needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

My husband and I caught a flat driving on 95 at 7:00am while on a long road trip. We changed it and threw a donut on and went straight to Midas since it was closest to where we were. Got there at 7:15am and a gentleman took the tire and started working on it right away. They were fast and empathetic to our situation with two young kids and a trunk filled with luggage. He went above and beyond to get us up and running again back on the road. If we lived close we would make this our preferred shop! Great people and great service. Thank you!Service: Tires

DO NOT COME HERE. My car was taken here to be repaired a couple of weeks ago due to some issues with my brakes. They charged us $1000 to "fix" the rear brakes - calipers, rotors, pads. After the service, the car would not stop until you pressed the brake all the way to the floor. Ola reached out to us to ask about the car, we told Ola that the car still had issues and we scheduled a time to bring it back. When we brought the car back, we were told that the car had "no issues." Still skeptical, I brought the car to Honda to see what the lingering issue was. I found out that the new caliper that they installed on my car was FAULTY, and that the handbrake on the car was absolutely loose. $1000 for an awful job and awful customer service. Absolutely ridiculous.Service: Brakes

Great staff and quick service. I not only got my car serviced quickly but without feeling like they were trying to sell me something extra. The staff was kind and friendly as well as professional. I left with a great experience. Just want to say thank you to the staff.
