Jack and his team at Karl Mey s should be your go-to spot for any collision repairs. The day they received my vehicle they started the repair process, and worked alongside my insurance company. They were communicative, and all the staff with whom I interacted were helpful and kind.All told the job was completed within about 2.5 weeks faster than their initial estimate! The quality of their work is superb, and my vehicle feels as if nothing ever happened. Not to mention the detail job they did made it also look like I rolled off the factory lot.Their workmanship passed a trial by fire too! My collision occurred in the middle of a long distance move and soon as I picked up my vehicle I hit the road for a 500+ mile journey. Absolutely no problems on the road, and I tend to make long trips go by much faster Within the week I had to take another 300 mile round trip ride! Again zero problems and my vehicle rode perfectly.Although I d never wish you to be in need of body work, Karl Mey s will treat you right and take good care of you.

Best Automotive Repair Shop on the East Coast.Over the last 25 years or so, I have used Karl Mey's five times for the typical ding and dent repairs needed before I turned in my leased vehicles to the dealer. These repairs were always done perfectly and on time.Recently my wife's car was badly damaged by an older driver who lost control of his vehicle. I was very concerned that because of the amount of damage to her car that my auto insurance company would total the vehicle and I would be stuck having to pay the leasing company a significant amount of money to close out the lease.I had the car towed to Karl Mey's, and Jack and his crew after reviewing the damage and working with my insurance company, worked out a plan to repair the car. Several weeks later, I picked up the car and it was better than new. If I didn't know better, I would have thought that it just came off the dealer's showroom floor. That's how good the repairs were. During the time that the work was done, Jack kept me informed as to what was being done to the car and answered all my questions.I am very pleased with the work done on my wife's car. A big thank you to Jack and the crew for helping me out of a very stressful situation. Karl Mey's has consistently done great work and super Customer Service, you can't ask for more than that!

Had my first encounter with a "Jersey Deer" in November of last year. Karl Mey's was the first highest rated place I came across with my insurances approved car repair place. I was able to get an appointment the same day the accident happened, walked in and went over the damages, I believe his name was Jack he was very personal and professional with me, we joked about the deer and getting stuff altogether, made me feel more comfortable. Luckily I was able to continue driving my car on Jacks and my insurance companys recommendation while they got the parts ordered, saving me money in this whole process. Of course it took a hot minute because of the car part shortage going on. Eventually came time for the fix. Turned it in and they fixed it in about 2.5 weeks. Got calls and emails every other day updating me on the repairs. I greatly appreciated the updates. Finally got the car back and BOY, she looks even better than when I picked her off the lot! These guys did an amazing job here, and would highly recommend Karl Mey's to anyone. The only issue I had was more self-fixable, a blown fuse to my door handles button lock. I figured it was more than that so I brought it back up and they fixed it right away.

Reason I m here: my car got hit in a parking lot while I was enjoying dinner at market fair. Scott from Al s towing recommended this place and I m glad he did.Charlie is the person I spoke too at this auto repair shop. I m telling you just hand off alone was excellent. My insurance company provided me with an estimate. Charlie emailed with a quick response about the estimate repair time. Thank you Charlie for making an inconvenient accident in my life less troublesome.Update: The repair total time 8 days, great turnaround. They worked well with my car insurance and got the repairs . Thank you Charlie and the crew for wasting no time getting my car fixed

Karl Mey's is the best. They do beautiful work. You'll never know your car was ever in an accident . They are professional, easy to contact and keep you up to date on your repairs. We live over an hour away and still only bring our cars to Karl Mey's

While getting an estimate, they were very attentive to every detail and actually found damage that other repair shops did not even notice. They were very professional and did an amazing job with the repair. I did go thru insurance (as the accident was not my fault) but in comparison to other shops they had reasonable pricing for their much higher quality work and professionalism. Overall I m very happy to have my car back looking better than ever. I ll be sending my recommendations there

Exemplary repairs to my vehicle and excellent service. I was kept informed with progress reports throughout via text, phone calls, email and vm. After completion of repairs, my vehicle was washed and polished and looked brand new( for a 16 yr. old car). Kudos to Jack and the entire Karl Mey s staff. I informed my insurance company abut my complete satisfaction .Highly recommended.

It's nice to know I have such a reputable, experienced shop near my home. This is my second time using Karl Mey's, and they always do a fabulous job. I had a crushed door from hitting a metal pole. Jack walked me through everything and kept me up to date on the process. Originally knew about Karl Mey's after they helped my parents with a car accident years ago. After shopping around at 2 other services, Karl Mey's was by far, the fairest price. Meeting Jack and looking over my car, he was fair, kind, and professional all the way around and the final result was good as new. Their work was on both time and 3 days shorter than my other quotes, professional and as easy and painless as you can get. I got a car from Carvana and the car had scratches & dents on the rear bumper. Jack worked with the warranty company to get this resolved and the car looks brand new again! Very friendly people there & work quickly. Thanks guys!

Well they try to repair my job from my insurance company and it took them over a month to fix it and then they left out parts and pieces and it took him another month before I had to call them to get it done and it's still not done right My headlights off the bumper's off do not recommend going there anymore well they care was getting their payment so just be aware Make sure you hold the cash until your car looks correct after repairs don't send them a paycheck or the payment from your insurance company straight to them

I Highly recommend Karl Meys. Charlie & his team provided excellent service, were very professional, kept me updated with the progress of repairs & answered any questions I had. They were super friendly & helpful. My car was in excellent hands and no doubt they treated it as if it was their own vehicle. I'm very pleased they went above & beyond to repair my car & are particular about their work. It looks brand new & drives the same as it did the day I bought it off the lot. I definitely recommend Karl Meys for all your auto repair needs. Best auto body shop in the state. You won't be disappointed.

I have used Karl Mey's 4 times over the last 12 years, from the van that hit a deer in 2008 to being rear-ended in route 130 2 months ago. The work in every case has been exceptional. In each case Karl Mey's worked with Allstate to firm up the estimate and any additional problems that were found in their detailed review. Awesome and caring people over there. Very professional job! I recently needed my Subaru repaired/painted due to my car getting rear-ended from an accident, and they fixed the car to as if it never happened. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort in having my car fixed. They are also prompt and open in their communications with me. I have no complaints about Karl Mey's. I'm very picky with who fixes my car if I'm not the one and they have definitely passed. They would be my #1 choice to go back if I needed any body work done. Plus, they are local to me so its nice to find a shop that does good work that is near by. No doubt, I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs work done! Job Well Done Karl Mey's!!!

A collision with a deer damaged most of the passenger side of my car. My insurance company listed Karl Mey's as a preferred repair shop. Everything I needed from start to finish was handled by Jack. Jack is friendly and understanding and explained everything which took the stress away from the situation. My car looks great and is driving and handling like it did before the accident.
