They were an absolute delight to speak to, deal with and overall experience. I will always suggest them, I ve already had friends go and have equally great experiences. They re family owned and operated. They re reasonable with appts and timing, just great experience. I ll always go for any thing car related. And I ll send everyone, as always.

Our family vehicle was recently hit by a deer, causing significant front end damage. Luckily, I was introduced to Jim and Kim Carl. From the initial phone call with Kim, to the completion of the repairs, our experience with their team was exceptional. These guys are truly professional and stand out to their completion. They kept us informed throughout the process and worked directly with our insurance, making the process extremely easy on us. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you guys!

My vehicle was hit from behind and was questionable if it could be fixed. Thanks to the awesome team and technicians at Jim Carl' Auto Body, my vehicle was restored and looks brand new. Kim and Jim kept me in the loop regarding progress along the way. They took care of having the car towed and the insurance paperwork. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Jim Carl's Auto Body Repair.

Every time I deal with Jim and Kim, it is an absolute pleasure. They not only do exemplary work and provide the best customer service I've ever seen in the auto body industry, but they treat customers with the care and courtesy you would want, especially in a time of distress. You can easily tell that they truly appreciate their customers and will go out of their way to make the experience as good as possible.

When you have the unfortunate parking accident that makes your car look like Frankenstein, it's great to have a knowledgeable and trustworthy shop to bring your car to be repaired. Kim Carl's clear communication and updates made this process easy and stress free.Jim Carl and his team did an amazing job with the bumper repair and I am back to driving my car and parking a bit more carefully once again.

Communication was great throughout the whole process, they dealt directly with the insurance company and Enterprise rental. They communicated to me in a timely manner and with the right amount of detail. Most importantly, the paint job and repair was flawless. The paint match is perfect and there is zero evidence of any pre-existing damage. I would highly recommend Jim Carl's for any auto body work.

This is a great auto body shop! They are professional, timely, and attentive. I always knew what was going on with my car from weekly updates and phone calls. The process from dropping off to picking up is super smooth too. I m very pleased with the work that I had done and I had a great overall experience.

Wow! What an incredible experience. One of our vehicles sustained extensive damage to the front end. Our daughter needed the car to go back for college this week and they were able to get it done in THREE DAYS!!! It looks brand new and you cannot even tell the difference. Did not think to take before pics. Jim was super nice to deal with and extremely fair with pricing. Kim was great communicating every step of the way. Thank you! Thank you! Jim and his wife are absolutely amazing to work with! My car was returned to me in like new condition and I honestly couldn t have asked for more. We received regular updates on our car via text and phone call. When we needed an insurance extension on our rental, Kim coordinated with insurance and the rental company and I didn t have to lift a finger! The best part is the rental is delivered to you at their location and you can drop it off there too! It s so convenient. Thank you both for your help! They fixed my ranger when someone hit it in a parking lot and didn't leave a note. They fixed it and the ranger looks flawless. You can't even tell that there was any work done. They were giving me great updates while it was being worked on and it was ready on time.I would not hesitate to use this shop again and would gladly recommend them to everyone

I went to Jim Carl's through GEICO and it was a great experience. Both Jim and his wife Kim were very communicative. They gave me updates every couple of days and had me back on the road sooner than they estimated.The workmanship was excellent and everything was explained when the job was done.

I visited Jim s after a minor collision and I was so glad! Friendly faces greeted me at the door and guided me throughout the entire process. Kim kept in touch every stay of the way and my truck was returned in beautiful condition. It s like nothing ever happened!

Jim Carl s Auto Body shop is literally the best place! I had the luxury of working with Jim and Kim when my car got rear ended. Kim s friendly and enthusiastic personality made the whole process painless. She helped me get a rental car and took care of any insurance issues I had. With Kim s great personality and Jim s wealth of knowledge, these two make the best duo. They also have the best team of body techs. My car was done so quickly. It took longer to find time to go pick it up! Their body techs are very talented and detailed oriented. I seriously recommend everyone to go here. They make a painful situation less painful. I have nothing but great things to say about this place!

My Bronco ran into an unfortunate incident with a bike handle and my door had a 4 inch gouge down to the metal! I contacted Jim Carl's and brought it over for them to check it out. Jim felt confident that it would be a simple repair and look seamless. The price was very fair and I picked up my vehicle today and that little "cosmetic procedure" looks amazing. I hope to not need auto body services too often but if you do I highly recommend Jim Carl's. Jim and Kim communicate well and take great care of their customers.

My high end vehicle needed significant repairs and I m a very meticulous on who works on my vehicles. This shop came to mind based on the owner s history of attention to detail with his work. I ended up using this shop and meeting the employees directly. All of which had an abundance of knowledge and experience in the field, showing from the work they did which was amazing. From dealing with the owner(s), Jim and Kim to their employees was extremely pleasant and friendly.To say they go above and beyond would be an understatement. Every detail on my high end vehicle was scrutinized and discussed with me prior to moving forward and everything was completed at a fair price.Bringing my vehicle to this shop was one move that I m so glad I made. I had the pleasure of getting rear ended and used Jim for repairs based on habit. When Ray was there he was my go to man. I barely recognized the place when I got there. They cleaned it up big time! The work came out great and they are super easy to deal with. The most important thing to me was the fact that every promised timeliness was met and the whole repair was effortless for me. If I find myself with a busted up car you guys are my go to! Sorry Ray but they have one upped you! I highly recommend these guys!

I don t think you can find nicer people. The work that they did on my Outback, after hitting a deer, was perfect. They texted me every step of the repair and finished on the projected date. I couldn t be more satisfied.

My husband was in an automobile accident an we took our car here to be looked at. Jim an kim hold your hand through the whole process. There facility has state of the art equipment an the shop is the cleanest shop we have ever encountered. It was worth the 35 minute drive. This shop stands behind their work. Look no where else. Jim Carls auto body is the way to go.

Wow, let me tell you about this amazing place I just found! It's an absolute gem! The owners there are such wonderful people. They pay attention to every little detail and are so incredibly kind. They really went above and beyond for me! The service I received was absolutely outstanding. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, so there were no surprises. And let me tell you, the work they did was not only fast but of the highest quality. My Mini has never looked better! I can't recommend this place enough. Truly an exceptional experience!

So we all know how stressful even a minor fender bender can be, (having to deal with an insurance adjuster, the insurance company, finding someone to repair your damagevehicle,) but in our case we found Jim & Kim Carl s Auto Body Repair, they took care ofeverything , from the adjuster, to having our rental car waiting for us when we dropped off our car, to having it pick-up when our vehicle was repaired. They also kept us informed of theprogress of our repairs the entire time. We would highly recommend them to anyone whois in need of their services.

Performed repairs on one of my vehicles. Turn around time was extremely fast and the work was flawless. The repaired area was unable to be differentiated from the original paint work even by a paint detailer.
