I came here because I was having issues with my brake lights. The pleasant associate named Kevin went above and beyond until the issue was resolved. I will definitely be returning for all my car needs. He saved me a trip to the mechanic!

Maybe it's me. Maybe I ask too much. Maybe I'm just getting old and cranky. You tell me.The starter went on my car. The same starter that I replaced with an Advance Auto starter last year. None of the stores near me had it in stock so I drove out to this store after purchasing the new starter online and picking up in store (which I highly recommend to save 15-20%).So I make the drive with the old starter. The guy behind the counter knew nothing of the order or how to see if the old one was still under warranty. He eventually tripped over the new starter that was sitting behind the counter. He literally tripped over it and said, "Oh, there it is.'" Odd considering he is the person that picked the order and set it there within the past half hour.So at this point I figured the guy had to be stoned so I took my new starter and left. Whatever. Clearly the downfall of Advance Auto is corporate wide because the one by my house is awful too. Obviously their Field Leadership Team, which is mentioned in all their bad reviews, isn't addressing any of the issues here. I'm thinking the "team" is just lip service. What a shame. It really is.On the upside, the starter fit and works great. Hopefully this one lasts more than a year. But I'm not holding my breath.

Polite and helpful staff. But prices are crazy. 50 or 100 dollars for a light bulb for a 2002 car? I just got the same bulb at autozone for 17 bucks.

I have been to this location several times for miscellaneous car items. Parking is good, and located right in front and to the side of the building. The staff here has always been helpful when I have visited. The store is located just off of Rt 130 on Rt 571 Westbound

Very convenient for me. My place for wipers and wiper blades and other miscellaneous auto supplies.Staff is friendly and helpful.I have not compared their prices with other similar stores but assume they are competitive.

Came in to get a car fuse. Asked the gentleman working if he could advise on where to find it. He didn t care to even look at the picture and was busy playing with his phone. Extremely poor customer service. Called another store nearby and the lady was kind enough to explain where to find one and took the time to research. I understand if the store is busy but to have no line and still not care is a sign of poor customer service. Thank you

The manager here sold me headlights that were the wrong ones for the car. He insisted I was wrong even tho I had the headlights in my hand and could explain i needed HB3 not H11 bulbs. He wouldn't honor an exchange. Huge rip off. Never use them again. You can buy all the same stuff cheaper at Walmart, Napa or countless other companies. Do not use them.

There's an older gentleman "working" at this location that actively avoids helping customers, wanders through the store muttering angrily under his breath, and when asked to help snaps at customers. Inversely, the two younger gentleman that did assist me were pleasant and helpful. This company needs more of the latter, and none of the former.

The store employee assisted me immediately. He was very knowledgeable when I asked him why the high beam and low beam bulbs were identical for my car. He honored a price match without any hesitation. He just needed to verify, which took less than 10 seconds.I look forward to doing business with this store again soon.

I placed an online order for a couple of low profile mini fuse add a circuits. When I arrived at the store to pick them up I was told that the parts could not be located. Will went out of his way to locate the parts for me at other Advance Auto Parts stores all while simultaneously helping other customers in his own store and it was definitely busy there. His knowledge and customer service skills are top notch and Advance Auto Parts, if you're listening, if Will is not a manager of some kind at this store or within your organization he should be. I have been working on my own vehicles for 25 years and in that time have come across hundreds of staff members at so many different parts stores and Will stands out by far. Keep up the good work Will

My first time going here was amazing. I was engine swapping my car, every time I came here for supplies the workers gave me tips and info on the engine and car I was working on. A year later I still go to them for regular maintenance on all my cars. Amazing service and Will and Joe and this other guy I forgot his name he s pretty old but they are all very helpful and chill.

Received excellent customer service from Greg. Went there for a simple car battery replacement due to a practically dead battery , only to discover that corrosion had practically welded the old battery in place. Greg worked at it for over 45 minutes until he was able to get it out and put the new replacement in. Really appreciate his effort to get me back on the road!

ONE OF THE TWO GUYS AT THE REGISTER WAS IN A BAD MOOD, WENT TO HIM FIRST, BUT RESPONDED VERY BADLY, THEN IGNORED HIM AND WENT TO THE SECOND OLDER GENTLEMAN, WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL.GOT A RESPONE BACK FROM OWNER, THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT, MAYBE THE EMPLOYEE WAS JUST HAVING A BAD DAY. I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR 15 YEARS, WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

I went in for wiper blades for one car and a turn signal bulb for another. In all the years I've shopped for after-market products like these, my experience had been that I would have to look up the vehicle in a giant dog-eared book to find the right part numbers and then go find the parts on the display. Shopping for two products would have had me digging through two books, probably in two different aisles.Today was a totally different experience: I was greeted within about 15 seconds of walking into the store, and asked what I needed. I described the cars and the needed parts. The gentleman helping me keyed these into a terminal, described my alternative choices to me, and called them out to another store associate who picked and brought the parts to the counter. I was also set up in their rewards program on the spot - seems this one purchase already qualified me for my first rewards coupon.Silly as it may seem, I was blown away by such a customer-centric approach, and delighted at the experience. This was a small transaction, but the best I've had at a car parts store. Kudos to Advance Auto Parts, and to the management and the staff at this location. I'll be a repeat customer and will also recommend you to my friends.

They installed windshield wipers in 3 minutes.Great service. Good price . Friendly. Brought a lot of parts they had all of them in stock.Had question's and they answered all the them. Will go back when I need something else for my car.I left a very happy customer.

Great store friendly help. Long story short I had to order a new car battery so I did it online and if he even offered me a 20% off coupon for the Purchased which was great went to the store about an hour later battery wasn t ready and waiting for me the people most of the very friendly and extremely helpful even when I return the battery two days later the employees at this location again were extremely friendly and extremely helpful

This store is excellent. It's well stocked and friendly. But the big differentiator is the people... The employees are a wonderful combination of knowledgeable and patient. They help novices to do it themselves.

I called this morning and the person who answered treated me with utter disdain and nastiness. He spoke over and through me. On the website, one of the 'free services listed is Engine (OBD-II) Code Scanning'. The employee stated 'We don't check engine lights we aren't a repair shop' I attempted to inquire again about running code, and he said I said we don't do it we aren't a repair shop. I said it is a service listed on the website. He very nastily stated we don't do it there's Covid. He said he's been there 2 months and they don't do it, haven't done it for years.This man was nothing but nasty and condescending. I have shopped in this store before, but won't ever again. And if in fact, this horrible 'new employee' is correct maybe TAKE IT OFF YOUR WEBPAGE rather then be rude to a potential customer looking for help.

Store manager name is Bob actually refused to accept my core return without the original box for the item that The core is replacingI mHe basically tried saying there is no way to get my $200 core charge back without the box and it took a call to customer service to force him to do it.He was passive aggressive, refused to speak to customer service on my phone and demanded they call him directly. Then he complied with great ease Waste of everyone s time please don t come here

Edit:Downhill since the pandemic.. many parts are unavail. Even if avail elsewhere, advance can't seen to get some things in. Seems like their distribution is different too. Saying that they are not able to order from certain warehouses eventhough stock was available there.Upsetting.____________________Decent options. Good pricing.Parts on hand within a day in most cases.Some of the staff know a thing or two. I'm thinking of one or two guys in particular whom I've seen there for awhile now. However, on more than one occasion, if I had taken the advice of the sevice desk employee, it would have had disastrous results.All in all, go there for parts and they'll have what you want with competitive pricing and decent knowledgable staff.

I am a regular customer here, most of the core staff know me by name, or at least my vehicles when I call. They will always find me my parts even if I have to go elsewhere for them. Mostly Car Guys here, so they usually get what you are talking about, even if you can explain it fully. The same cannot be said for some other competitors of theirs.They also offer custom accounts, so if you are a regular, you can save some coin on your parts.Pro tip: Signing up for their online newsletters yields a lot of coupons and deals on a regular basis via your email.

They generally not bad. However, their return policy really bad. I bought a tool kit and never used it. They didn't want to take it back, telling me that it was open. Item was in original packaging, but I removed plastic wrapper. Everything else was intact, without any sign of use.

Brought in a badly discharged battery. They charged & tested it, & found it to be fine. Carrier it to & from the car for me, since I am disabled. And all this at no charge. Very nice & pleasant!Will return for all of my car related needs.

Purchased wiper blades, prices were higher than Walmart by a lot but the employee's were great. My wipers were installed and gratuity rejected. Just say a prayer for me, was the response. Can't beat that.

I bought a battery here because I left my car off for 3 months and it wouldn't keep a charge. After driving to this store and others to prep for changing the battery myself I got home and was able to turn my car on consistently so I decided against replacing the battery. I waited 8 days to return the battery I bought to not expose myself and other by going out back to back. I come in with the battery to return it and they tell me it has been installed before and thus cannot be returned. I was shocked given that I kept it in my apartment until I went back to return it. A thing I found odd was that they knew how to remove the cap without breaking the seal on the battery. Then they started going on about how it had clamp marks and so forth. In the end I have to keep a battery, that apparently has been previously installed by someone, I don't need, then I will have to go somewhere else to charge it so it can be used.However, If I did not install the battery and they claim it has been installed previously and they obviously know how to take the cap off without breaking the seal. Then something is going on here no? While finding evidence to counter their claims will be hard, if someone is reading this take note and go somewhere else.tl;dr: Shady people, I would go to a different location.
