I am so glad that I deal with this store. The young man who waited on me was very polite and helped me not only with my truck but I went right back with my car and he graciously took care of the matter. He smiled and talked to me through the whole process his name is Ryan. I'm an old woman and to have someone treat you kind is rare. Thank you

Needed assistance with a rear window wiper replacement in the snow.Advance had the replacement for my 2015 Chevrolet Equinox.After the purchase, Nwil, who was the knowledgeable store associate, also offered his knowledge and akilled assistance in replacing the rear window wiper.This was quite helpful as I had not ever replaced the rear wiper on this vehicle as I had just recently purchased the previously owned vehicle and learned the slightly different unmount and replacement mounting technique with Neil's help.We replaced he wiper and wiper boot in the snow while still in their parking lot.It mounted easily & worked well to clear the heavy snowfall during my trip home, and since and... it is a good wiper quality.My thanks to Neil and for getting me all mounted up with an effective new wiper and safely back on the road.

A co-worker needed a new car battery.They had the battery here, but sadly I had to change the battery here on my own. In the past they use to have workers who would do this for us. I know it was lunch time so I just asked for the tools and did it myself for my co-worker. However they still tried to upsell up on this, yet not give us a helping hand with changing the car battery.I miss the old days. Either way it was quick. They had the tools and everything went smoothly

I went in for some small parts for my car. The front clerk was talking about pricing. I reacted to that by stating that I'll probably go somewhere in the middle & was told ( with hand gestures) hold on a minute, hold on a minute. Like what just happened here. I'm not allowed to respond to WHAT YOU SAID ?? Last time...& won't refer others.

Nate was excellent. He helped me with replacing the batteries in my keys. He also checked my car battery to see if I needed a new battery or not. It was a rough day for me and I appreciate Nate providing me with amazing customer service.

My experience at advanced Auto was excellent. Although we had a small problem with the product that was shipped there the two gentlemen handled the problem so professionally it was amazing! That's what makes the experience even better that they were so compassionate about fixing the problem and work together to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them and the advanced Auto store on 130 in willingboro excellent excellent service!

Since I m not a motor head, you won t frequently find me in an auto parts & supplies store. But even my wife and I occasionally need to stock up on windshield washer fluid, microfiber cleaning cloths (you do dust & clean the interior of your vehicle, right? ). The store is clean, for an auto parts store, and the staff is friendly & knowledgeable.

The Advanced Auto store in Willingboro, New Jersey will assist with Mostly everything in a Auto Parts store except tires! Great shopping experience! And the store Personnel will make every effort to change your car battery or check out your alternator?

The store was manned by only one sales associate on an early Saturday afternoon. The line to purchase items was long as a result. When I did get to the counter to purchase my six quarts of oil, I had also wanted and hoped to have my 'check engine light' diagnosis - but I could not do this because the associate knew he was alone in the store, he had already committed to another customer that he would replace his vehicle battery. He said I could wait about 25 minutes and he might then be able to do the diagnostic check then once he was able to help any customers that were in the store at the time to simply purchase items. I had to go to the competitors store about a half mile down the road to get my diagnostic engine check and one the recommended relacement sensor and replacement air filter. It's just an unfortunate circumstance due to having the store insufficiently manned on a busy early Saturday afternoon.

The disrespect I was met with . I know we can all be wrong about things, calling a car part by another name. That still excuses noone from calling a customer out their nameTo: Owner where can I offer suggestions? Because this new trend of savage service will never replace good customer service, I can garen-damn-tee it

I recently purchased a gallon of antifreeze. The silver seal was already broken when I opened the black outer cap. I brought the antifreeze back and asked the clerk to verify if the contents were legit as it seemed too thin to me. The first clerk assured me the contents looked right and was the same color. The second clerk opened another bottle and confirmed it was the same liquid as in the original gallon I purchased. Both clerks did what I asked but the second clerk has a poor attitude and acted as if I was trying to scam the store. I told him his customer service skills were lacking and I prefer to have a refund at this point. My request for a refund was dismissed because the antifreeze was opened even though I explained it was purchased this way. Tired of going back and forth with the clerk I decided to take the antifreeze opened by the 2nd clerk. When I reached for my original receipt, the 2nd clerk grabbed the receipt, balled it up and threw it in the trash. He said I do not get a receipt because I made an exchange. Now I look like stole the antifreeze from the store. But that's cool. I will never spend another nickel in this store. I will never refer another customer to pick up parts from this store. If a customer brings me parts from this store, I will personally return it. Autozone and Pepboys are less that a half mile away. A customer called me tonight stating Advance Auto had a whole hub assembly for his 2006 Nissan for $241.00. I told him to order it from RockAuto for $99.00.

Sometimes the people here do not know what they are talking about, but if you order online you can usually find a promo code for some kind of discount. I usually only go here when I'm looking for a bargain. One good thing is sometimes they have sold me the wrong part and I've opened it and tried to install it before realizing that maybe the threads were wrong or something like that and I have never had any issue returning it for the correct part.

I went to the store to buy a battery than I ask to the guy name john you guy have the same battery online for 20.00 dollars cheap what you think . guess what hi told me ...I don't care what price they have that's my price if u wanna its gonna be that??? pure hued /// than today I went to the store to buy a spray paint and hi was with a customer a old lady about 50 or 60 years old than the same guy john start to discussion with the lady for no reason than his talk a ton of trash for the poor lady hi than hi treats very bad...... not cool advance auto parts you guy shod hire more education people

Terrible service by employee. Came to see the price on some parts for my car, was told they don't have them to look some ware else. They did not even give me the price. Dont wast time in this store.

Purchased what I came for, kudos for having stock. Tried to buy a part for car, for the 3 ppl standing around on their phones, nobody wanted to put in effort to figure out what part I needed. It was down to two options, coulda showed me a picture of the two, but wouldn t... just Kinda sad. Store down the street found it in .5 sec.

The guys there were really helpful. Made sure that i had all the parts that i needed to complete my job. They were very knowledgeable.
