I called this morning to see if I can bring my car for a Headlights Wasn't workingAnd I also need it oil change. And the guy was so nice. He told me bring it in as soon as possible before 9 o'clock I was there exactly a 9.And they did everything in an hour and a 1/2. They explain everything.And I'm pretty happy with their service.

The service at Tires Plus was wonderful, within only 30 minutes they had diagnosed my tire, and replaced it and i was ready to go.

Allowed me to make appointment for tires shows me one price, day of waste my time just to say they don't have said tires and have others that was double the cost for all 4 of them the old bait ans switch very deceitful company and management was of no help pretty much told me to pay more or kick rocks

Ever since I decided to take my car to Tire Plus I have been getting great service on my car and the employees there ALWAYS explain what I need before doing anything and I like that.Thank you for having great employees

Staff were on timeStaff was very nice and helpfulThey took the time to show me what actually was wrong with my truck and even recommended a shop that could fix one of issues since they were unable to weld

My son took his car for an oil change and they told him it needed an oil pan because the plug was striped they seen the treads as they loosened the plug. He called me I'm a mechanic 40+ years told him have plug tighten and bring me the car. They told him they could do the job an it would be alot of hours because motor would need to be dropped to do oil pan that is not true so he brought the car to me I was expecting a striped out plug but to my surprise there was nothing wrong with the plug or the pan they were lieing to up sell a job that didn't need to be done I'm very disappointed such a big company and they are trying to rip people off. How many people have they done this to that didn't know anything about a car please don't go there

I made an appointment, but unfortunately there call center didn't inform the store. They took care of my car in a timely fashion. They handled everything that I needed. I'll definitely return

Great place, safe and clean shop. They got my jeep done fast and efficiently, Evan was extremely polite and helpful. Even checked a few things for free and educated me on my tires. Was traveling through Williamstown and my car starting driving funny. I Was able to make it to this location. Spoke to Lisa. She was literally an angel! I apparently drove through some roofing nails and had them in 2 tires. Not only did Lisa get me what I needed, but she saved me money with a rebate they were offering. Will be recommending this store. Thank you so much Lisa!!!

I've been coming to this Williamstown location for years and I'm always pleased with the quality of service I receive. They do a lot more than tires, and their prices are always reasonable. They're always friendly too, which is always a plus!

I made an appointment. Got my kid dressed and drove to the facility. Got there on time and the kid behind the counter told me he couldn't work on my truck because he had another more important appt on their way. Are you kidding me??? Noone should ever use this company for anything. I even told the advisor that it was really hard with my work schedule to get there. He didn't care and told me he couldn't work on my vehicle. He should not be employed and your business is trash.Service: Oil change

Service was bad I had an appointment and didn't get my car in until 2hrs after the appointment, when I received my vehicle back it was missing the rear center caps. I questioned the manager who was on that morning and was told the tech said they were missing prior, I know for a fact they weren't. Just a terrible place to get any work done on your vehicle.

Had to go here recently to help my dad get a tire for his car. He was running late for work and we brought a tire in. Given it was early, 8:30-9am, but the guy took the tire back and got it done right away for us. Super friendly staff.

Bill was great to work with. Work was done in the time quoted. Upfront about the price and worked with me on that. Only gripe is the vending machine prices aren't accurate

First time in working with Tire Plus, not Firestone, and the main mechanic took forever to explain to me my history with Firestone and everything I had done there, and the verdict was that my alignment would be $231 without any kind of warranty.

Got my tires but, they had my car all day from 9:30 to almost closing time when I went to get my car. Never called me, that's pretty concerning.

Service is friendly and honest but I wish I read what someone else wrote about the service being slow and the price is so high. Don't go here unless you have a day+ to spend and extra cash to burn.*Sitting in the shop waiting for brakes + rotors for over 2 hrs even after having an appointment I'm watching the workers move slow as molasses**Update it took a total of 2 and half hours

Made appointment for tires and a wheel alignment on a Monday. The rep I talked to said they had my tires in stock and they could do it Thursday at 9.Drove 45 minutes and waited In the waiting room for a half hour and then they tell me they have a problem...they don't have the tires in stock...Wasted trip. I'm never doing business with Tires Plus again...

On a Sunday my tire blew. I called AAA and Tires Plus. I spoke to Gary who informed me they had the tire I needed. AAA towed me the less than 10 miles to Tires Plus. They reviewed the different tire prices with me. I knew I needed 4 new tires but was attempting to hold out a few more weeks. They mentioned a credit card they had for 0 percent interest for 6 months. I applied and was approved so I got all 4 tires I needed. They had the work done in about 2 hours. On Monday I noticed the car sounded a little different and had a bit of an odor by the time I got home from work. I noticed something that looked like oil running down the front of my car. I opened the hood and there was oil EVERYWHERE. The cap was off! I called and explained to Lisa when she answered the phone. She was very apologetic. I thought that would be the end of it and I would just have to get oil somehow. She attempted to contact a service location near me as I am 1 hour away. Since she could not reach anyone she said she would drive to my home in the morning before I left for work and bring me oil and clean up the engine. I have never experienced customer service at this level. I am now a loyal and dedicated customer. Have already referred them.

Very pleasant shop. Friendly, smiling people made the wait for tires pass quickly. I would definitely recommend the Williamstown, NJ Tires Plus.UPDATE: After a pleasant wait, I was told I didn't need tires yet ... despite the dealer service dept saying I did. I will definitely go back to Tires Plus for my car maintenance and tires!
