I had gotten a screw in my tire on Friday. I called and spoke to Ken that afternoon. As my tire is not a common one, I needed to order it. Ken had the tire there Monday morning by 10 AM. It was amazing. I had never used Tire Tech before, but now they are my new go-to tire place. Great news is, they re only a short ride after you get over the bridge from PA.The staff is super friendly, their prices are great, their service is excellent. One of their Employees named Stretch , Worked on my car today as if it was his own. I really appreciate the extra care and attention to detail.You won t be disappointed here, these guys are the real deal. I give them an A+++

I was in a jam and needed 2 tires mounted and balanced on 2 aftermarket black 20" wheels and Tire Tech came through!! Steve squeezed me in and took care of everything for me! No scuffs or scratches on my wheels after installation! Great customer service! Highly recommended!

The guys at Tire Tech are awesome! It s good to see that the quality of service has not changed since it has come under new ownership. The management and staff are helpful, kind, and courteous! I don t plan on going anywhere else for my future tire needs! They really hooked us up, putting the off-road tires on our brush truck!

Wasn't sure how things would go since Dave retired, but news guys are great too! Steve and Kenny have taken care of us several times now with the same care as before. They have also upgraded some services, including providing a vehicle inspection report that they text/email to you.Went in with a flat tire caused by pot hole. After inspecting it Dave mentioned it wasn't a cheap tire and I should check with my dealer to see if it was under warranty. It was! He saved me over $200! This is now my place to go!!! Thank you!!Now I've been back and they took care of my wife's car. No appointment but I was in & out in well under an hour. They gave me several options and price ranges. Very happy with everything

Steve and team are awesome. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. They installed a lift kit, new wheels, and tires under 4 hours with very competitive pricing. Thanks again team.

I ve had 2 cars now so I ve been almost all over williamstown to different tire places but THIS is by far the best tire place in town not only in my opinion but my whole family takes their cars here. The service is affordable and efficient they have an incredibly helpful staff especially my man Kenny! They know how to take care of their customers :)10/10 recommend

atleast for tire installs, these guys are great. They can work on lowered cars! my car is lowered and ive had bad experiences at chain tire shops in the past (waiting 3+ hours) but these guys got it done very quickly even when I was late to my appointment. Friendly staff too! ill be back for sure

I took my SUV in to have a tire checked that I thought may have had a slow leak (due to a possible screw or the like) because my tire light came on and the air pressure in that tire appeared to be a little low. However, after checking all of my tires pressure and examining them. I was told it just appeared to be the tire pressure and I was sent on my way with no charge at all. I will definitely recommend them and return should I have a need! Excellent customer service!! The office is nice and clean as well.

These guys are great. I had a flat tire and they replaced it for a nice discounted price. They also noticed that my spare tire was punctured and gave me a used donut free of charge. I highly recommend Tire Tech!

These guys were all awesome! Called at 2pm on the day before Thanksgiving . Had 2 options for me- new or used (mind you I have metric size tires) and had to drive all the way to newfield to pick up my rim got there by 3:45, and was home by 4:30. They were all pleasant and a pleasure to do business with!!! Thank you guys! I will recommend you any chance I get! Also, their prices were fair and their work impeccable!

Tire Tech for the win! These guys are amazing! Had a bad tire (also one of 4 didn t get changed). Blew out while driving down the BHP. Stopped at Pep Boys, didn t have my size in stock but a store few towns over did. Said I could drive there with flat tire. I said no thanks. Called tire tech they didn t have tire in stock but said they could get one within an hour from one of their vendors and install right away when they get the tire. Life savers seeing as I m about 45 mins from home with nobody around to help me out. Thank you so much Tire Tech!

Super grateful for these guys! I ran over a nail about an hour from home. Tire tech was the closest tire shop to my location. I was nervous going somewhere I ve never been before but I lucked out. I brought my car there and they were able to get me in and out quickly so I could get home safely.

Got all 4 new tires and a battery. They also pointed out other issues I had and even went out their way to take care of them. Excellent service and excellent pricing. Steve, Kenny and Chris are great! I highly recommend Tire Tech!

They recommend tires in my price range, I didn t feel sold too. They knew what I wanted and needed. I was in and out within 30-45 minutes without an appointment! I m glad I gave them my business, I ll be back.

I CAN'T BELIVE WHAT THIS PLACE HAS TURNED INTO !! THIS IS NOT THE GOOD OLE SHOP PREVIOUSLY OWNED BY DAVE AND RAN GREAT FOR DECADES. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP THE PRICES NEARLY DOUBLED !! MY LAST TIME THERE (AND I MEAN MY LAST TIME THERE!!) THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK CALLED ME TO THE SIDE OF THE BUILDING, WHERE HE THEN ASKED ME TO PAY HIM IN "CASH" DOUBLE OF WHAT WAS QUOTED OVER THE PHONE FOR TIRE MOUNT INSTALL AND BALANCE. HE STATED A DELIVERY WAS IN ROUTE AND THE NEW OWNER "STEVE" WASN'T THERE TO PAY THE BILL SO HE "NEEDED MY CASH..." IF THAT DOESNT SOUND LIKE A DRUG DEAL WAS BEING ARRANGED, THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT DOES. THEN WHEN THEY WERE DONE THE SERVICE THE MECHANIC FORGOT TO BOLT MY FRONT WHEEL BACK ONTO THE CAR AND THE WHEEL SLAMMED WHEN DRIVING BACKWARDS OFF THE LIFT. HOW BAD CAN SERVICE BE??? I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED OF THE WHEEL WOULD HAVE CAME OFF WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE STREET!!! THE WHEELS WERE NEVER BALANCED PROPERLY, BUT AT THAT MOMENT I REALIZED TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! THEN LAST WEEK I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH AN "ANGEL" THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE. I DID NOT MENTION MY PAST EXPERIENCES, BUT WANTED TO DISCUSS MY DAUGHTER'S TIRES, IN WHICH, WERE PURCHASED AROUND THE TIME OF MY LAST EXPERIENCE. SHE WAS THE MOST RUDE WOMEN I HAVE EVER SPOKEN WITH. I NICKNAMED HER "ANGEL FROM HELL" LOL!! MY DAUGHTERS TIRES WERE NOT HOLDING AIR. WHEN I ASKED HER ABOUT THE WARRANTY SHE STATED THEY HAD A NEW SYSTEM AND THEY CANT TRACK THEIR CUSTOMERS WARRANTIES. SO WE WERE BEAT. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH STEVE AMD I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO HIM, BUT UE WAS EVASIVE. I ADVISED HIM WHY I STOPPED COMING TO THEIR SHOP, NAMELY FOR THE MONEY THEY OWED ME FOR THE OVER CHARGE CASH DEAL ON THE "SIDE OF THE BUILDING", AND THE DAMAGED LUGS ON MY HUB (THAT I PAYED ANOTHER SHOP TO REPAIR) DUE TO BEING STRIPPED WHEN THE WHEEL CAME OFF. STEVE DID NOT WANT TO ADDRESS. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS SHIESTY BUSINESS. THEY HAVE NO GOOD REASON TO BE IN BUSINESS.

Last week I had a nail in my tire. We took it to Pep Boys to get it patched, and the very next day it was flat again. So we took it back to give them a 2nd chance to take a look and correct the issue, but I was told to my face that there was nothing wrong with the tire at all, so they put it back on my car and sent me away. Sure enough, it was completely flat the next morning. This time we made an appointment with Tire Tech, and they found that not only did Pep Boys put the patch in the wrong location so it wasnt even covering the nail hole, they also put the patch upside down so it wasnt properly adhered to the tire. They got everything taken care of and I havent had any issues since! HUGE thank you to Kenny and the team at Tire Tech for their professionalism and for letting us know what happened to cause this whole mess. I'm so glad this saga is over and that I can have the peace of mind knowing my tire is safe to drive on!

These guys are amazing! Sourced a tire I needed but they didn t have in stock same day, within an hour had tire and hooked me up when I was stuck hour from home! Thank you guys so much!

Can t say enough about this place. The guy who runs (I assume owns) this place was super helpful over the phone and in person. They really pump people out here and they were very speedy. They were about 1 hour in the rain to down 6 tire pressure sensors in my camper. Will be back.

I had the best experience at tire tech! Steve Pfeffer gave amazing customer service. They were very quick with fixing my tires and got me in out. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. I will be coming back every time I have a problem with my tires.

The best of the best! First time customer here. We took our dump truck in for new set of tires not only did they beat everyone s prices they had us back on the road very quickly! But what I m most happy about is my Toyota sequoia I had new cooper tires put on by Mavis almost a year ago with constant balancing issues and several balancing attempts I was getting no where. Tire tech Guys Steve , Kenny and chris took my vehicle right in diagnosed the issue and had it corrected with in 20 minutes!!! Now my vehicle rides like it should. These guys are awesome and super knowledgeable! They will be my go to tire guys from here on out.

Took my truck to Tire tech as a first time customer, completely by accident Long story short they were having an issue where the google ad phone number was ringing a completely different business. Long story short I arrived thinking I had already talked to someone about my issue. The staff not only got me in right away, but made sure to spend the time to make sure my issue was resolved . Under new ownership or not, all the 5 star reviews you see for this place are completely warranted. Also received a quote for 4 tires for my truck and it was by far the most reasonable in the area, will definitely be using them going forward.
