The attitude of the manager is terrible, I went to pick up an online order and he threw a tantrum cause was about to go home. Then he yelled at the employees. Not coming back to that store anymore

My son ordered a motor for his jeep. He had good communication with the store with the purchase & updates. Very easy to pick it up. My son had questions regarding his motor. They were very helpful gets him the answers. They also helped with gets parts for the motor build. Great customer service.

Not impressed with the lazy serviceman at the counter. Could barely get off his stool to get the air filter I needed. ALSO, Napa doesn't read error codes for you? Told me I had to buy the reader to do it myself! Not what I expected from Napa!

If ur a joe coming off the street and not a priorty/shop account, dont expect much. The guys have good knowledge and right parts but have little patients. Been waiting a month on paint, even left my phone number (multiple times) and order cause their machine WAS down.

I dealt with Lucyann today from Napa Parts in Williamstown. She was the most genuine and caring person I have ever met. She was very helpful with providing me information on what is needed. I can not thank her enough. If I owned a business, I would employee her in a heartbeat. Lucyann made my day! Thank you.

4 hours to order a part and when i get there , they DO NOT eve have the number for their own parts driver for my 2 parts, he did however deliver 1 of the two parts even though it was not even the right part. O and it took 25 minutes of standing around for them to figure out they cant even get ahold of their parts guy so if you need part today like i did your screwed

Needed a flange repaired, they said whole muffler/exhaust needed to be replaced, paid $700, found flange wasn't replaced.
