The guys there did an excellent job on my tires and my alignment. They didn t overcharge me and they were honest about the work that I thought I needed, but did not need so I will be back there again.

Absolutely a horrible service center. First off the place smelled like a weed dispensery. Ian the manager is a joke. We made an appointment, showed up early and they still held my son hostage for over 90min just to patch a tire! When I called to ask what was going on I was hung up on twice and then the workers decided to harass our 17yr old son. Absolutely a joke of an establishment! Looking forward to talking with corporate. DON'T GO!!

I had this shop mount four tires. 10k later my valve stem blew out. I tried to put on my donut only to discover they had cross threaded one of my lugs. I had to have my car towed to them. They charged me for the valve stem and a rotation which I only requested to make sure no others were damaged. A day later I decided to check my lugs before traveling and their impactgun happy mechanics struck again and cross threaded another lug nut! They made me an appointment to fix there mistake only to let me sit there for 2 hours while they stood around the shop, got lunch and then decided to do the ten minute stud replacement. To top it off I had them also mount a spare tire only to discover when I got home they charged me a tire recycling fee even though I brought them a rim with no tire on it. Total incompetence and rude service.

I called on Sunday morning to inquire if I could have a flat tire fixed. I was told by Chris to bring it right over. After inspecting the tire and finding it could not be fixed a new tire was installed. All in an hour . During my wait Chris was very personable and definitely an asset to the front desk. Will definitely use their services from now on.

I had my passenger side rear tire replaced. It was Sunday morning I scheduled an appointment online. The tire for my car was not in stock and had to be ordered. Because that Monday was holiday I was told it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before the new tire would be delivered. I left my car there and to my surprise Tuesday morning before 11am my car was ready. I actually received a follow up call and email to make sure everything was good. I had an excellent experience.

Excellent customer service. Went in for engine light was able to have my car fixed without hassle and they work quickly. I highly recommend coming here for good service

Great Service and Prices.Had new tires installed and Alignment.They got the steering wheel straight which was off a bit prior.Hate driving down the road and steering wheel is off center.Now it no longer drifts and steering wheel is centered.Very happy with the work they did.This is second vehicle we had taken there and very pleased both times

I made an appointment for an oil change, which after arriving wasn't necessary at all. I had other things scheduled for this day, as I wait I can see that it wasn't full at all but I sit here waiting for over a half hour for them to decide to do the oil change. What's the real difference between an appointment or walk in? Apparently here nothing, that I should have gone anywhere else. They don't value your time, so what else do they not value? I don't understand how people can rate this place so well. Especially since I was the only person waiting, I guess people like that you can drop off your vehicle, so you don't have to wait here. Waste of time and money, not a value to me. Ever make a doctor visit and wait for an hour and your appointment was the previous hour? No respect for anyone but themselves

The manager was polite and efficient with providing information pertaining to services to be rendered on my vehicle. He spoke to me and not at me, when I asked about different service options, at my current appointment and future appointments as well. The mechanic was polite as well! When I asked about prices for additional services, parts, etc. I did not feel as if I was getting a sales pitch or being forced to receive additional work done on my vehicle.I will be returning to this location.

-update- I have been coming here since 2016. The service here is amazing. Brandon is an amazing service manager.Found out today 6.24.2022 that brandon is no longer with the company. Alex is a great service tech. But, it just isn't the same under new management. Do not take your car here.!!! New management is terrible!

Brought my car in to Brandon to find out he was no longer working there, very disappointing. Alex who worked on my car was good, very polite, very professional. However, I will not be returning. I took my car to this shop to have someone work on my car that I can trust. Brandon is no longer there, and I won't be returning until he comes back. The shop will not be the same. It's a shame he left.

I had a great experience with the guys at this service shop and will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future. They were kind enough to look over a used car for me prior to me buying it and it gave me the piece of mind to go ahead with the purchase. It's great when you find a shop that feels trustworthy!

Use to be a great shop, however I learned they let go the Brandon, who was the best. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I will not be returning.

Fantastic service! I dealt with Brandon, the manager I believe. He addressed the issues with my vehicle quickly and the cost was very reasonable. He was forthright with what I needed to do going forward. I highly recommend this location.

I called several shops in the area for a tire rotation. My right passenger tire had a small bubble and I wanted to rotate to the back. No one would fit me in, this was extremely frustrating . I eventually drove into Monro muffler/ brake. Staff told me YES they could help me within 40mins. It actually took less than 20mins. They were so kind and efficient. They were great!!!! They didn't even charge me for the tire rotation. My experience was wonderful thank you so much guys highly recommend

I went out this morning to a flat tire. Unfortunately, my Kia does not come with a tire (only came with an inflation kit) so my husband had to take the tire and rim to Monro. They were super nice there and Alex Moi took the tire right in and was able to plug it. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Definitely, will be using them again.

I brought my car in to have the brakes checked.Anthony Frederick the Store Manager was very accommodating. They did the inspection and quoted me a price. Fortunately they were able to take my car right away while I waited. I was very pleased with the service. Another service place wanted me to leave my car all day.

My girlfriends car is old and showing its age and the guys at this location are always willing to help keep it running. Very honest and upfront whenever we request work done.

I brought my work truck in for service and Brandon the manager was great. He walked me through the process of showing me what was wrong with my truck and the pricing was fantastic. I would definitely recommend using this particular store on the Black Horse Pike.

I can t say enough about how wonderful Alex moi was. My mom and I went out on a Sunday afternoon and got a flat tire. We were in a total jam. I called monro and Alex answered right before closing and told us to bring it right in. He was so nice to stay late on his Sunday afternoon to help us. Not only did he patch the tire he checked all the others for our safety. I will be returning for all our other repair needs!

I'll only take my car to someone I trust which was Brandon. I've been taking my car to him for years and even followed him from the Turnersville shop. It was a shock to learn he's no longer employed. I won't be returning if he's not there.

I've been bringing my car and my wife's car here for a few years now and I never have complaints. The prices are affordable, the wait time isn't unbearable, they always have coupons online, the service we have received is excellent, and the staff is courteous. Thanks for the great service and I will continue to bring our cars here.

I went to this location for the first time for an oil change. I was so impressed on how professional, personable, quick and easy my experience was. The store manager, Anthony assisted me. He was exceptional. The store was so clean and comfortable for me to sit and wait for my car to be done. I already have 2 friends going to him this week. I will never go anywhere else!!! Thank you.

Anthony is by far the best customer service person I've met in a while. Helped me in my unique situation. Lost my job and worked with me with cost and payment. I thank him and team . The work was better than expected and i could afford. I am using them for everything no matter how small or big. Loyalty.

Horrible customer service!!! This place is GARBAGE don t take your car here!!!! They rip u off and are incredibly rude!!! Brandon was the best and since they ve lost him this place has gone downhill!!! I ll be spreading the word!!!!
