DO NOT RECOMMEND. Was told to drop car off on a Tuesday at 830 to diagnose a belt squeal. No contact until 3 on Wednesday asking for my "concerns" though I already stated my concerns a week prior when making the appointment. No further contact was made until I showed up at the shop Friday morning asking for an estimated time of completion, 4 days after I initially dropped it off. Was informed the squeal was a "leak" and then was told it was a loose belt in the same explanation by the same guy spoken to on the phone. Claimed he wanted to get the car to me by COB that day. No estimated cost of the job was given at any point, up until when I called later that day at 4. Says car is finished and the bill was $800! for two new V belts and an alternator adjustment bolt replacement, along with the water pump bolts that were "leaking". See attached pics for the "quality" of work performed. Side note: This was a 1969 Dodge Charger that they left out in the rain on the one day the sky opened up for a couple hours. Driver and passenger floors were wet and the truck pan had to be towel dried. But I digress. Pictures show the painted water pump bolts that were "removed and resealed" undisturbed and the alternator bolt making contact with the belt they installed. Simply a bad job. Overall experience: terrible, both financially and practically.

The guys at Integrity Auto did an excellent job and really went above and beyond. I ve had a problem with my vehicle and had my car looked at 3X at the dealership s garage bc they couldn t identify the problem. Spent over $2,000 and still had the same issue. However, took it to Integrity for a day, and they identified the problem, fixed it and I had my car back the next day. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Who would have thought that getting your tire repaired could be such a great experience?! We got a flat tire on our way down the shore on NYE weekend (with two energetic young boys in the back seat). We wanted to take care of it right away so that we could get to our destination safely and so that we wouldn't run into any issues getting it fixed on a holiday weekend before heading back home. Integrity Tires of Williamstown, NJ took us in right away and even had a playroom for the boys, fresh coffee and treats! Thanks for taking such great care of us and our car!

Integrity lives up to their name. Every job is done right the first time. My family has used them for years. Unlike other shops, they do not make unnecessary repairs or repair something other than the problem you came in for without your knowledge and permission. If something is found, you will be contacted and asked if you want the recommended repair (s). There are no surprises when you come in to pick up your vehicle. You will never be unhappy with work done at Integrity!

I got my car towed here because I read a bunch of good reviews and it was close. Someone broke into my car and broke both back windows and took some wires out in the steering column but the car wouldn t start for them because Kia just installed their new anti-theft immobilizer due to this Kia boy challenge on TikTok where the kids steal Kia s with the back end of a car charger. So Integrity tried to charge me $2,000 for 2 back windows and to put my steering column back together smh. So needless to say I didn t get the work done there because it would have been even cheaper to have Safelite come out and fix the windows and they would have came to me. They quoted me $789 to do the windows and Integrity tried to charge me $1,300 for it. Make that make sense please

Wanted to thank Integrity service and Tim the mechanic who worked on my dad's car "The Intimidator" they were actually able to break down the car completely bring down the motor and fix everything that my dad was worried about now he's happy again and I just wanted to take the time and thank you as now I can ask my dad about Roblox $$$again

It turns out there was really nothing wrong with my car other than an aging battery that may need to be replaced but my experience with Integrity Auto was easy, efficient, kind, and honest. Instead of giving me a good alignment, they charged me $600 to ruin my control arm bushing with a torch.If your names integrity its because you have none.

Just had a rebuilt engine put in a work vehicle. When I brought it back because it was smoking , eating oil and under performing, they stated I had a head gasket leak. I am not really sure how that happens when the engine was just rebuilt. I would say this place is a complete rip-off. Stay far away from the scam artist

Everyone at integrity was great. They were able to get my air conditioning back up and running on one of the hottest days of the year. They did a used car inspection for me, they sent me a link with pictures and documentation of EVERYTHING right or wrong with the vehicle. They worked up pricing on everything that would need to be done and sent me a price quote specifying all labor and cost parts for every job individually. They we re in contact with me constantly about the vehicle and looked at it a second time for me, with more pictures and documentation sent to me along with phone calls to make sure I properly understood everything. They were honest all the way around and so helpful! They went above and beyond the job I had initially paid for and the staff is so welcoming and easy to talk to! Also very professional and all around an amazing mechanic shop! If you re in the area I would HIGHLY recommend going to these guys! It s well worth it for the service you will receive!

I wanted to have a car I was interested in buying inspected to see what shape it was in. Carlo fit me in pretty quickly and his team did a very thorough job looking it over. They even looked into the car s recall history to see what had been done and if anything was active/outstanding. Their final report, which was exhaustive, was made available online and included easy to navigate menus, helpful photos, and clear info. Fortunately, the car got a clean bill of health from Carlo and his team. His work gave me the confidence to move a head with purchase. Carlo was very friendly, responsive, and professional. Thanks Carlo and the rest of the Integrity Auto team!

My cars warranty listed Integriy as one of their facilities, and after having routine maintenance as well as some concerns addressed, I will definitely be returning. They are great with communication, and very friendly. The daughter is a peacock!The level of intensity in caring about your automobile is off the chart! Especially if you own a classic car! I brought it in midweek for the first time ever meeting these folks and I requested for them to have my back and get me to the pumpkin run which is a very big car show in Hamilton New Jersey and they put all the stops out to make sure that I showed up with the car appropriately repaired and ready to go I can't be more pleased more happy and feel more secure and safe with the level of integrity and personal care of my classic car I waited my whole life to have! These guys are badasses to say the least!

Received basic tune up, oil change trans flush, spark plugs and coils ,great service, very knowledgeable and great at troubleshooting problems. Im not saying it was cheap but my car is still trucking so far .

I went to integrity recently because my car kept stalling I had it towed in and found out my fuse box was completely shorted and after a million issues with getting a new one (not their fault) they ended up having to build a new one and through all the issues carlo was super nice kept me up to date called when there was an unexpected issue or good news and kept me in my wanted price range. I was super satisfied with my car when I got it back they did their best the fastest that they could!Service: Electrical
